Esta propiedad está dividida en tres pisos separados, todos con disponibilidad diferente. Frente al mar, tres habitaciones, tres baños y medio, ubicadas perfectamente a solo unas pocas cuadras de The Pier Village. Tiene vista al mar desde la sala, el comedor, la sala de estar y la cocina. El porche se extiende al lado del océano con mecedoras y sillas para relajarse y disfrutar de su vista de Jekyll y el Océano Atlántico. Hay dos chimeneas a gas que solo se encienden de enero a marzo. The condo is clean and well appointed.We loved being right on the beach and being so close to pier village to walk to the playground, restaurants and mini golf.

Reviewer Comments: As always, our family had a wonderful time and there are very few properties on the island that have all of the amenities. It was nice to see the new large window and door to the balcony (long time overdue). One issue, that was being worked while we were there, is the internet. It has always been an issue. Hopefully the new service and maintenance will resolve that issue. The only other thing that we always deal with is the ice make in the refrigerator. It is slow and does not produce a lot of ice. We host dinners throughout the week and it's always a drag to have to go get bagged ice. At some point there was an ice maker in one of the storage slots; not sure why that was removed. An improved ice maker (or small one for the property would be nice).

It is right on the beach and the covered porch is perfect to sit out any time day or night ! You can hear the ocean from almost every room. View is beautiful. Location is excellent- very close to the pier village and right beside a beach access. Plenty of room for a good size family. Spacious bedrooms. The main kitchen/ den is open floor plan. The laundry room is off the master. Well designed floor plan. There are 16 steps to the entrance for anyone with orthopedic issues. This is truly one of a kind.

The property location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach so that even an afternoon thunderstorm on the water can be enjoyed from the spacious living areas and kitchen. The unit is well-stocked with everything needed to ensure a wonderful stay, whether you decide to go out for every meal or to stay close and cook for the family. Most of all, dealing with Katie at Golden Isles is always a pleasure. We look forward to building many more family memories,and appreciate the owner's willingness to share this beautiful property with us!
