We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and exceptionally comfortable. It felt so private and quiet. The beds were big and so comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beachfront. Access to the beach was a short, convenient walk which was perfect for us. We appreciated the supplied beach cart to bring chairs, tent, and cooler to the beach. Even the elevator was quick and easy. I would certainly rent this property again.

Great location

Perfect location on the beach! There were no sheets for the pullout and we had an issue with the freezer door not closing. Maintenance took care of the issues right away. Our family of 5 enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores!

gulf shores 2024

fantastic place to stay. our only issue is with the door in living room that when you go out, you have to use a wash cloth to keep shut..this is our 3rd year to use this condo; first year no issue, but last year, 2023, we had to do this, sent email regarding this when we got home, but then, same issue this year. not that big of a deal for sure, but really a nuisance when you want to make sure the cool air doesn't escape. we did have tv issues but a tech was there very fast to fix the problems.

Beautiful views and powder sand white beach

Our stay in 1503 was fantastic. We drank coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the sunrise and dolphins. The condo was comfortable and had great amenities including fridge/freezer with ice maker, stove and washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable and having two showers was so helpful. We appreciated the starter pack of supplies as well as the hair dryer, pots/pans, dishes etc. We enjoyed pool and outdoor hoses to rinse off after the ocean time. Wonderful location and not too busy on the beach.

Nasty

There was a very bad smell coming from the sink. The furniture was stained and also smelled. There was little room in the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area despite the pictures showing plenty of space. The guest room in particular was so cramped that to get out bed it was necessary to step in the bathroom. There were piles of popcorn, mouse droppings and crumbs everywhere. I sent photos and a complaint about the smell within 18 hours of our arrival and did not receive a response. Over all, everything from the non hot tub to the pool, was a disappointment.

Great location, great property. The only problem we had was the slow drains in the bathroom. We called the management company and they started a work order but never heard anything back from them. Overall it was still a fantastic stay and we’ll stay here again when we come back.

Storage

We stayed for 41 days. First off our code for the door didn’t work then Previous renters apparently had seafood in the freezer that leaked and froze. I called the rental company three times and they finally sent someone to clean it but it still stunk. We bought baking soda and and changed daily . Still no luck! We had to be careful what we stored foods in because it absorbed the smell. My husband had to fix the toilet because it wasn’t secure. There was no storage for any groceries. the closets were so jammed with stuff, shelves and floors we had no room for our things except what we hung. Pots and pans had no lids that fit. Couch was dirty and about the only place to sit with any comfort. We ended up renting a comfortable chair for the month. Other than all that we did enjoy sitting on the deck watching the dolphins. Also sunrise and sunsets.

Great stay

Registration, check-in and check-out were all very easy. The few concerns we had were addressed quickly. The condo was nice and as described/pictured. We will be back. The lobby and elevator had a funny smell but the room was fine.

This was the perfect little place for us. Beautiful view right on the beach. Walking distance to a few necessities. Everything was great. The only thing was no cleaning supplies. You get 1 roll of tp & 1 roll of paper towels and one dishwasher thing & 1 laundry thing. There was a broom but no dustpan even. I wanted to sweep while there and I hate leaving places messy but I guess if they don’t care?

Great location, poor housekeeping

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful beachfront view and convenient access to the beach. Although it was nicely decorated, sadly the inside of the condo was not as desirable. Upon arrival, we discovered several house keeping issues. The bathroom rug wreaked of urine, the kitchen trash can contained trash without a trash bag from the previous renters. We eventually had to take care of this ourselves. One of the beds was not made, the other bed was made, but the sheets were dirty and full of sand. Because of this we had to sleep on top of the comforter. The discolored grout of the tile floor left it feeling dirty. We tried contacting the owners, but they were not in a rush to remedy the situation. I had to take care of the disgusting rug myself. A tropical storm joined us while we were there. Not only did we have the uneasiness of the storm, but also had to hear the wind whistling through the glass doors all night and rain leaked in causing our belongings to get wet. We did not feel that the doors were sealed properly to handle this type of weather. We felt bad for the owners at first because we understood it was the cleaning company who had not done there job. But when Beachball properties was not as concerned with our issues it was clear they did not have the cleaning expectations we had hoped for. We became frustrated with having to use up our vacation time to contact them, and decided it wasn’t worth our time to say anything else.

Perfect anniversary get away

This is the ideal location for couples as well as families! You are right on the beach with easy access to local attractions. You are steps away from the beach. If you forget anything in your room or need to take a break from the beach and go to the pool for a little while. Perfect view for dolphin watching.
