To start off with, the condo was decently clean, they seemed to provide family games in the room like uno, jigsaw puzzles, and a couple other games, the view from the room was amazing and the room had enough beds to occupy 8 and seemed to be very clean sheets, but there was still a handful of things that would have made the place more presentable, it is in need of some upkeep like for instance the curtain rods for the sliding glass doors were all rusted and some of the handles were even broken and none of them would lock, some of the paint could use a fresh coat or atleast some touchups, some of the light bulbs could be replaced, the showers could use a deep clean and be grouted or sealed again, some of the utensils were either bent or the tips of the knives were broken, a couple of plates bowls and cups were chipped, a pan or two coating was coming off from the amount of use, some of the closet doors needed to be rehung ( which I fixed a couple myself so they could be used), and sure would have been nice if early check in would have been available since we could tell no one had been there since a couple days before, and door code would be great to be a lot shorter because for someone like me with big fingers it was hard to type every time we had to return to the room, also for being a holiday get away I am glad the “hosts” responded in a timely manner even if there answers might have been slightly wrong about where the dumpsters were located. Our family had a great stay

We truly appreciate you pointing out the areas that could use improvement. The HOA has been informed about the sliding glass door curtain rods and handles, and those issues have since been fixed. We have also purchased new knives to replace damaged utensils and have switched out several light bulbs to address the lighting concerns you mentioned. Your comments regarding general upkeep, such as paint touch-ups, shower maintenance, cookware wear, chipped dishware, and closet doors, have been shared with our local team so these items can be reviewed and addressed where needed. We also appreciate you taking the time to rehang a couple of the closet doors during your stay. We understand the desire for early check-in and a shorter door code, and while those options are not always available due to scheduling and security standards, we appreciate the suggestion and your understanding. We’re also glad our team was responsive during your holiday stay and appreciate your patience regarding the dumpster location. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. It helps us continue improving the condo, and we’re glad your family had a great stay.

Awesome ocean view

Totally loved to view! Great short access to the beach! Love the layout of the of the whole condo. The three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths and had great amenities. A little disappointed on a few things need more TLC and will share that with the owners.

This property blew us away! Its absolutely beautiful super roomy and very comfortable and the VIEW!! Oh my goodness! Its a stunning ocean view! Easy access to the beach too! We will definitely be back to visit! I cant wait till we can go again!

Beautiful View!!!

You couldn’t beat the view! It was a beautiful and spacious condo that had plenty of room and comfortable sleeping space. The only issue we found was that the cookware provided wasn’t adequate for the amount of guests. The condo sleeps up to 8 but the size of the cookware couldn’t accommodate bigger meals. The spoons need to be replenished. Lastly, the hot water pressure in the kitchen sink needs attention. Overall our stay was great and those were only minor inconveniences.

Condo was ok, but.....

Condo was ok and clean. However, I would not be able to recommend this condo to anyone. The parking places are assigned to each unit. I can understand this being the case for the ones with garages, but why all the others? You are only given one parking pass, so over crowded parking shouldn't be an issue. Over 80% of the spots were open. I bring this up because my assigned parking spot was blocked off by construction. There is no public overnight parking nearby that I could find. So, I was forced to park in a spot with a different unit number as close to the construction area as possible. I had my parking pass in the window. I was still towed even though my assigned parking was clearly blocked off. I was stranded and had to take an Uber about 15 miles to get to the towing company. I explained everything to the towing company and they didn't care. I was forced to pay them $273 to get my truck back that they stole. The towing company has a sign affixed to the side of the condo building. This leads me to believe they have some sort of contract together. I messaged the Vacasa, the company that owns the rental and let them know what happened. They have yet to respond to me. Not even a “sorry to hear that happened to you.” I don’t expect them to pay me back the towing fee, I doubt they will even acknowledge me at all. I just hope they will find a less scummy/shady towing company so this doesn’t happen to the next people.

Beautiful view… lacks much maintenance

We have stayed here before, so we were excited to rebook with our family for Thanksgiving. It had been raining nonstop, in the master bedroom the door leaked, causing all the carpet to be damp but by the door soaking. It has been that way for awhile as the carpet is moldy. There was even water dripping from the ceiling. There was a very musty smell in the master that even the kids noticed. Water pressure is non existent! The master bath shower you are ankle deep before the shower is over. We did call and they said they would send someone out but there was no notice that they had been there and still a drainage problem. We packed a ton of stuff but bummed that we had to go get knives as the ones provide would cut through nothing. It has a beautiful view great pool for the kiddos but no access to the hot tub! It is a beautiful property with great amenities, but there are some big maintenance issues that need to be addressed before we book their again.

Really enjoyed the view and the feeling..

The only issue we had was we had two cars and wasn’t sure if we could get another pass card so as not to be towed. We called spoke with someone who said they would get back to us and they never did. We did figure it out though. Other than that the place fitted everything we needed to relax, enjoy and enjoy the ocean view..

It's a nice well decorated.. Had issue with sink faucet. Could not get hot water in kitchen. Master shower had drain issues. The oven door wouldn't close . But would rent again.

Breathtaking View

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at the Seagull Condo. The ocean view was breathtaking and only steps to the beach! Sitting at the balcony, we were able to appreciate and enjoy spectacular sunrises and enjoy the views any time of day. The condo itself was exceptionally clean, and each room was comfy and had its own television, which I think is a plus! The atmosphere was very serene ; no noisy crowds or parties. I will definitely come back and stay at this condo again.
