Acceso directo a la playa desde la puerta trasera! Esta hermosa unidad frente a la playa se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach en Harbour Arms. Disfrute de las increíbles vistas a la playa desde su gran sala de estar, comedor y área de cocina. 3 dormitorios, 3 baños completos que duermen 12 con una cocina bien surtida y hermosas mejoras en todo. Televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones! Lavavajillas, lavadora secadora, triturador de basura, amplio balcón privado con acceso directo a la playa. Harbour Arms es un pequeño complejo con solo 10 unidades más para compartir la playa y a solo unos pasos de tu espacio de estacionamiento asignado.
Harbur Arms está ubicado a solo 4 millas al oeste de Pier Park, famoso por los cientos de tiendas donde puedes encontrar muchas tiendas y restaurantes para mantener a la familia ocupada durante días. En el área de Laguna Beach, muy solicitada, en la playa de la ciudad de Panamá, no hay edificios altos para competir, lo que significa menos tráfico en las carreteras y la playa, pero lo coloca a usted y a su familia en la misma distancia que el ajetreo y el bullicio.

Private beach was fantastic. A little outdated but was still perfect for our family. The beach was amazing and the children spent hours in the water.

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The location was perfect- a not busy area of the beach. The kitchen and living area was spacious with huge windows for beautiful beach views day and night. The bedrooms were a good setup.It was a wonderful week, and we absolutely loved this place.Todd was a great host - very responsive and helpful.

This was a great location right on the sand and the setup with bathrooms in each bedroom is great. Unfortunately the place was not very clean when we arrived and there were a few hardware issues around the house, but overall for the price and location it was a great pick.

Todd and Kim’s place was the perfect place for us to spend a much needed vacation away at a secluded beach. The place had everything and the location was absolutely perfect! Because the place is residential, the beach almost becomes private by circumstance which means no rush to find a good spot near the water or navigating through beach goers to enjoy your time with the waves and sand. The place is very clean and support was spot on. We’ll definitely be coming back soon

When you need a break in April.....

We had a great time at Harbor Arms. The location is great. It wasn't crowded at all. The condo was clean and there was a lot of room! we enjoyed our stay!!

We loved our week here! The beach access was wonderful!! We had a small problem with our lock in our door and Todd was quick to fix it!! We are already looking to book again next year!! Thanks for a great place for our family vacation!

Nice and lots of room

Condo was nice and clean. We had 5 adults and had lots of space. Loved walking out the back door and being in the beach! Stairs going down to the beach are a tick narrow!

The view and location is incredible! My daughter, granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed this location. There was one of those little "beach creeks" right outside our door that the kids played in for hours a day. It was a very family friendly beach with only nice folks around us. Some days we practically had the beach to ourselves.Todd/Kim were great to work with and very responsive to any requests or questions. The building and interior of the condo was needing some updating and love. They've done some things but it needs a thorough going over and bathroom fixtures, doorknobs, etc. replaced. But when you've got a calling card like the view and beach location, I can see why they haven't really needed to perfect the interior. Already recommended to friends!

The property was very dirty, especially the kitchen, the floors, and the ventilation fans and outlets. It took 2 days to get a response from the agent and VRBO. The agent sent someone to clean and refunded our cleaning deposit. There were scant paper supplies, which the agent replenished. Lastly, this property is OLD and needs to be completely refurbished. OLD and WORN

Home away from home.

This rental gives a whole different meaning of “being in the center of everything but far away from everything”. We were steps away from the beach, that we could actually enjoy bc it was on the outside of pcb. The kids and adults enjoyed the night fishing and the insane amount of beautiful shells. Restaurants was a 5 minute drive and local grocery close by. It was nice to fit the whole family in the kitchen for coffee and breakfast without feeling like everyone was too crowded together. The kitchen has everything you need and there is also a closet full of sand toys on the balcony. Definitely a sweet find.

Bad coffee pot

There were 8 ladies from our church who went on this retreat. We loved the location of the property. It was only steps away from the beach. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the coffee pot did not work. It had a short in the switch and when we turned it on it blew out the whole switch. It scared us all when it blew out and sparks and smoke flew everywhere! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the price was affordable for us to be able to come.

The views were so beautiful. While we were at the condo we saw a beach wedding and a clutch of sea turtle eggs marked off on the beach. So much fun!! The condo was conveniently located so close to everything.

Wonderful view, great place to stay!

The entire process was a positive experience from the beginning until the end. The keyless entry is great! We were greeted with messages upon our arrival from Todd making sure everything was ok and throughout our stay. The unit is just as described. It was very clean, and had everything that we needed. The view is awesome! Parking is a bit tight. If you have more than one vehicle, that might be a problem. Each unit is allotted one parking space, and not all spaces are clearly marked for each unit. But that didn't cause an issue for us during out stay. I would definitely rent this unit again.

After opening the front door, Took my breath away! Breath taking view!

The location is spot on, drive up appeal is nice, easy access with keyless entry, then, open the front door and through the beautiful house, see the emerald coast, it literally took my breath away. When searching for days and hours for a safe, clean, comfortable home away from home, you hope you make the correct choice. My family and I could not have asked for anything more special. We will 100% be coming back to this oasis. To be able to walk from your own spacious patio to steps to the sand and water is a blessing!!! We are still in awe of the location, privacy in home and on the beach to the spectacular view!! Needless to say, We did not want to leave. Also, Todd checked on us couple times when we arrived making sure all ok... thank you!! You will not be disappointed here!!!

Wonderful Location

We loved this area. Right near everything you could want/need but located between two empty lots which helps spreading people out making a more comfortable beach. The owner was very quick to respond and remedy any problems. My biggest problem, which might not inconvenience most, was the property when I booked it 6 months in advance, had comfortable sleeping for 10 counting the two bunks with trundles. We were told three weeks before, right after we paid the full amount, the bunks had broken and they weren’t fixing or replacing them, but offered a blow up mattress and cots (which are not the same to me). We made it work with two kids on cot mattresses on the floor. Again, very responsive, great location and beach, just would have felt better with some kind of compensation.

Great location

Had a few check in issues with housekeeping which were addressed by management quickly. The bunkbeds which are not there anymore provided an issue with the sleeping arrangements. Management was able to reccomend an air mattress. The location is amazing with the beach just moments away. The beach was also not crowded at all with the vacant lots on either side. Parking was a bit of an issue if you have more than one car though.
