Esta propiedad fue recientemente remodelada, pintada por completo y tiene alfombras nuevas en las salas de estar y dormitorios. La casa está impecable con 5 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños con algunas vistas al agua. La Master Suite es muy espaciosa con mármol en todo el baño e incluye una bañera de hidromasaje para dos. Este alquiler incluye un segundo dormitorio principal en el piso principal. Hay dos lavadoras y secadoras en la casa y una cubierta trasera muy grande. La cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar también son muy amplios y son excelentes para entretener a familiares y amigos. El nivel del sótano está terminado con baldosas de granito gris e incluye un patio bajo la cubierta con una mesa de picnic y un área de recreación en el patio trasero. El patio es grande y está terminado con hermosos mantillos, pasarelas y áreas abiertas.

Owner Michelle was extremely attentive and super nice. The house was in a perfect location for going to different beaches, restaurants etc. The house included plenty of beach towels and bath towels, beds were made and ready for us, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. Great dining space for our extended family and the neighborhood was quiet. Great place - highly recommend!!

Wonderful beach vacation!

We stayed in this house with 12 of us. A family of 6 (adults and children ages 3,9,12 & 16) a family of 4 (adults and 2 children 9&12) and my 2 senior parents. We had an awesome time!! Ample space for all of the kids to spread out or to be together. 3 floors of space and rooms. Never an issue with bathroom space or beds. Michelle was very on top of messaging and making sure we had everything. She even swung by while we were at the beach to switch out the propane on the grill for us. There were more than enough beach towels, bath towels, utensils, bowls, cups etc etc. even a hall closet filled w extra sheets and bath towels. Another closet w beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. Close proximity to Roger wheeler (our favorite) we bought a beach pass previous to our trip. We had zero complaints about the drive, even on one day where the beach was Packed! Case in point, wonderful vacation, house, & host. Thank you Michelle!

nice spot, but crappy house

Area is great, but many things in the house are in an advanced state of disrepair. Old and broken stove failed while we were staying there and the owner wants to charge us for them to get a new one. Many things in the house were falling apart.

Great location

Stayed here on a friend’s group trip that was a mix of couples and singles. There were more beds than we needed which allowed the group to spread out. The dining room was large enough to accommodate 8 people which provided a great place to hang out. There are two living rooms/dens that connect. One has seating for 5 with a tv while the other has seating for 4 with no tv. The bedrooms were spacious and 2 of the bathrooms had been recently renovated. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the living room furniture was a bit beat up and had some stains. I couldn’t tell if this was from use or if they weren’t cleaned well from the last stay. Additionally the house does have air however the units are retrofitted into the windows and many are not sealed well and are gaping which let in a lot of bugs. There were a lot of cob webs in corners when we first arrived that our group had to clear. Again, this seemed like the fault of the cleaning team. Otherwise, Michelle was a wonderful host and so communicative which was great. The house comes well equipped with beach items and has a great patio. It’s also very close to several good restaurants!

Friends Destination Wedding Stay

We came to RI for a friends wedding and all wanted to stay in one house. This house fit us perfectly. It was very clean and had many updates done to it from when we booked it that were a nice surprise. Michelle was very responsive and assisted with anything we needed.

Family Trip

We had a fantastic stay in Rhode Island with a group of nine. The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly situated near Narragansett, URI, and Newport. As a UTI alum, my daughter was excited to show my niece the area. Michellel was an exceptional host, always prompt with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are very pleased with our stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing Personal Touch

Our host - Michelle - was absolutely amazing. She went so far above and beyond for me and my extended family. We were in RI from out of state to celebrate my father in law's life with many extended family and friends from where he grew up. Knowing it was going to be a difficult time and that we were having flight issues getting there - she left us a very touching card, ice, water, some calzones and a fresh pie. It was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it. The location was great - so easy to get to everything and she had everything there we could have ever needed.

Fun Family Beach Getaway

Excellent beach house, exceptional host!

Michelle is an Angel!!!! We had booked another property that fell apart in spectacular fashion. Michelle’s beach house was the only one that fit our needs with same day check in. She took us in and took care of us! She cleaned the house herself in record time so we could still have our first night, and the periodically checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed (which we did!). The layout was perfect for our family - a large dining room, gorgeous deck, a first floor bedroom and half bath, and queen beds for all. There was even a crib for one of our babies, and a toddler bed for the toddler. And the beach, oh the beach. The house is walking distance to the highly desirable Roger Wheeler State Park!!!! We will absolutely book this house again if we visit RI again. Michelle and her house are a true find!!!!!

Exceptional Stay!!!!

Great stay in Pt Judith! Michelle was an exceptional, hostess, and everything was as promised, and as listed. Michelle was very responsive to our needs, and even offered to, and followed through with putting in air conditioning units in the living room, and dining room areas. The house is in a great location, easy access to beaches for sunset, sunrise and great waves at Scarborough. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. Beach equipment of cart, coolers, chair was appreciated! Would love to come back!

Wonderful location

The house is within walking distance to both beaches and restaurants. Michelle was very responsive when we had some trouble getting TV in the living room to work when we first arrived. She also left thoughtful decorative touches and amenities and shared information about events going on in the area for the 4th. We were a party of 6 and enjoyed going to Narragansett beach to watch fireworks, a couple trips to Newport to see the mansions, shop and have dinner, a trip to Block Island, where we rented bikes to see some of the island for the afternoon. We also went to the local beach a few times, walking from the home. Michelle was a very good host. Point Judith is a great location.

Issues and Poor Response

Property had issues during our trip (which was during a heat wave unfortunately), but we had to deal with leaky ac unit which cause constant wet floors in basement, and a very hot house. We did have a person in party - who smoked outside the house in the yard during our visit. Therefore when we brought issues up, instead of being helpful, we were fined for breaking rules. To be honest, we didn't realize smoking included outside yard. But, I would just caution, read reviews and see how the owner responds to issues before staying here.

Relaxation in Rhode Island

A perfect house for our family vacation. Walkable to beaches, and some eateries. We used the wagon to give our toddlers rides to the beaches. Quiet but friendly neighborhood. Michelle was very welcoming.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Great space for a multi family vacation! We traveled with 6 adults, 3 small children and an infant. The downstairs offered a separate living space which was helpful with an infant. The upstairs had a baby gate and crib worked out great! The air conditioning was in all the bedrooms as described in the listing. Great location to the beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed Scarborough Beach the best! Michelle is the best host you could ever ask for! She replies quickly to any questions or requests. She made sure everything was perfect for our stay and even checked in to make sure was had what we needed! We absolutely enjoyed our time!

Hostess with the ABSOLUTE Mostest

Property, space, location and neighborhood were ideal for 4 couples celebrating a 40th. Michelle went absolutely above and beyond for our group. We were greeted with birthday cards, candles and decor. She bought things we asked for to make our beach day easier. She delivered bagels and cream cheese one morning. Her check out process was the easiest. We felt like we didn’t do enough. No chores! Air Conditioning only in bedrooms! Ice machine is awesome and reliable. Totally recommend for large groups and hope we can return for another milestone! Thank you so much for being the cherry on top of our amazing trip. Much love.

Great family vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation! Everything was great and Michelle was so helpful with everything- she went above and beyond to make our stay easy and fun. The location is a very short drive to many fun activities for the kids. The neighborhood is walkable and quiet.

Stay far away from this rental

Upon arrival, we discovered that only 3 rooms in the entire house have AC. The rest of the house was very hot and muggy---some windows wouldn't open, others had holes in screens. Overall the house is run down and smells like cigarettes. We found a baby cockroach in the basement, along with water leaking from below the basement tiles. When we discovered that the dryer was broken, I contacted Michelle, who suggested we use her basement dryer, which is in a locked closet. She asked us to use this basement dryer and gave us access to the key for the closet. After discovering a cockroach in her bed, one of our guests contacted Michelle to discuss and asked her to come by to see the house conditions. Michelle told her she was working until late and could not come by to see. Our guest also suggested a partial refund for the poor conditions of the house as well as the duplicitous nature of the advertising of AC in the listing (it is not clear by reading it that only 3 rooms in the whole house have AC--we would NOT have rented if we knew that the house does not have full AC). The day after our stay, Michelle texted the guest, and accused our group of stealing her toiletries from the basement closet and using too many sheet in the house. Both accusations are absurd and are completely false. We didn't even use the toiletries that she left for guests in the rooms. I would stay far away from this rental.

I work as a Hairdresser around Rhode Island we built our family home in Narragansett back in 1999 and we were blessed to raise our family here the property is in an amazing neighborhood close to the beaches and restaurants all walking distance and a great neighborhood for walking or riding bikes I love cooking, baking, gardening and doing interior design work and entertaining .. I just want to make my guests experience easy to travel by supplying all linens, towels , beach towels , beach, cart , chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers shampoo , conditioner, shower gel , individual wrap, toothbrushes anything that will make traveling easy. The house is very big plenty of space for large families with a beautiful theater room I just want everyone to have a great vacation with wonderful memories.

We built our family home in this neighborhood because is was the perfect beach house for raising kids. The Town of Narragansett has an excellent school system and plenty of things to do. There is plenty of opportunity for businesses to grow and for individuals to thrive in this town and I could not choose a nicer town to live in.

My property is very spacious with 5 bedrooms has 2 king beds and 5 Queen Beds All adjustable Bed bases except 2 leather pull out Queen sleep sofas total sleeps 14 has 3 1/2 bathrooms so plenty of space where you have your own area and not on top of each other also a large deck with seating up to 12 and a theater room for a rainy day
