Holiday Surf 112 es una encantadora unidad con temática náutica que cuenta con tranquilas paredes interiores en azul perfectas para después de un día bajo el sol, para ayudarlo a relajarse y prepararse para su próxima aventura en la playa. Duerme 6 con una cama king en el maestro, reina en el segundo y un sofá cama en la sala de estar ..

Recientemente redecorado con pintura nueva, alfombras nuevas en las habitaciones y muebles nuevos. La cocina está bien equipada y también cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos, que harán que cocinar en vacaciones sea muy fácil.

112 es una unidad de la planta baja, lo que significa que estás a solo unos pasos de la piscina y a pocos minutos de la playa, a través de tu propio patio privado cerrado.

Reviewer Comments: We have visited the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club multiple times, and each experience has been delightful; this occasion was no exception. The unit is charming and impeccably clean. Initially, we were uncertain about staying on the first floor, as we have previously occupied higher levels that offered ocean views. However, given the presence of teenagers and the convenience of beach access, it turned out to be an excellent choice. We truly enjoy our stays here due to its prime location, and I can confidently say that we will return.

Our 2nd time to Holiday Surf and we are planning our 3rd now for June!

Loved easy access to pool from our room. Everything was way overstocked with cookware, which was a plus! Everything met our needs!

Condo not so good. Our beds were hard, the ceiling fan in both rooms look like they were going to fall off at any moment. The bar stools were dirty, the toilet in both bathrooms run for a long period of time after being flushed. In the master bedroom, under the tv was a hole in the wall. The laundry room was expensive and most of the washers and dad didn’t work. I give this place a 1 and that is being generous.

Nice resort

I love staying at this facility. The location is great & the units are very spacious. The ceiling fan in the master is very wobbly and loud. There looked to be blood splattered on the wall by the kitchen trash can & there were dirty socks under the master bed. Other than that everything was perfect. We will be back next year!

May 22 beach trip

Property is outdated, both mattresses need replacing. There was a moldy smell. Now for the good words! Beach access/pool was fab ! steps to beach ,being next to pool was a little noisy at night but it was okay..Would have gotten 5 stars if mattresses were replaced and a few light fixtured. Maybe freshen up furniture, tv in family room was very hard to operate.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was wonderful as always. The fridge and dishwasher could be updated. The king bed felt a bit worn as well. None of these affected our enjoyment as we had a wonderful time in Destin for Spring Break!

Is a perfect place for a getaway.

The condo Is ground floor, which was perfect for us. It’s great to not have to use busy elevators. We were able to park (most of the time) right in front of our door. The place was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The pool is right outside of the patio doors. It was not noisy, despite being spring break. Highly recommend!

Seen dolphins from the beach daily ❤️ Only thing negative is that you can’t see the ocean from the condo as it is on the first floor. And the mattresses could use updated ,felt worn down . Enjoyed our stay , would stay here again . Very nice area as it is away from busy downtown but still close enough for dinner or activities .

Reviewer Comments: Well let me just say this ....we have visited surf and racquet club in Destin For the past 5 years !!!!which we have loved and revisited two times a year ...however this visit was much different then our recent visits to Destin .there was a lack of parental guidance at the pool with under age kids and horse play in the pool with no security to be found .The types of people they are allowing to visit this resort is definitely unlike it has been in the past .being from Brooklyn New York ,I leave the area to visit Destin to get away from all the noise and craziness however ,during this visit there were large speakers carried by the guest near the pool area each and every day and night playing loud music which was innaproate for everyone sitting at the pool to endure .even after security was requested to ask our fellow guest to turn the music down nothing was done .. and as for the rough house play in the pool as our 3 year old swam,I worried for her safety .. mind you ,this went on every day for 7 days .there was trash left on on the beach ,which was left by the very people who were playing the loud music..will the beach club continue to allow this innaproate behavior and allow people not to follow the rules that the majority of us follow ? And those who don’t follow the rules allowed to visit ..!!!
