Great Location Would Return

Beyond all our expectations, for size, parisian style and the best location we could have asked for. Jean Philippe was an excellent host. While he was out of town while we were there he gave us very precise information on location and how to check in. He was also in communication with us throughout our stay. The Metro is right in front as well as three restaurants. If back in Paris, we will be rebooking this apartment, loved it! Thank you Jean Philippe!!! Lovie, Ed, Leslie and Trisha

We had a fantastic time. The apartment is centrally located near restaurants, stores, and the metro. Jean-Philippe is an excellent host and very helpful. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Paris. Thanks again Jean-Philippe for a very memorable time!

Great location in terms of being near many great restaurants and attractions. Responsive and helpful host. You might hear a little street noise at night but hey, it's Paris.

Amazing stay in Paris!!

Don’t hesitate, book this apartment!!! It is in the perfect location. We walked to all the sights but stayed nearby exploring the neighborhood too. It is a great neighborhood, everything you could possibly need with some great shopping and dining steps away. Inside was surprisingly quiet making for a great nights sleep. Jean-Phillipe was such a great host!! He allowed an early checkin since our plane arrived so early. He also came over to help us figure out the a/c (we Americans get hot at night) and bring a wine opener that we needed and even explained which metro to take to get our train. The apartment is beautiful and authentic Parisian and I would stay there again. Just be aware, the upstairs neighbors can be quite loud when they arrive home In the evening but this only happened 2 nights out of 6. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place Jean-Phillipe!!! 😀

Great location

This is a charming Paris apartment with an equally charming host. Kitchen has great appliances, bathroom (especially shower) worked great. One bedroom is very quiet, the other has some street noise, but only an issue one night. Location was great for exploring all of Paris and there's a wonderful boulangerie super close.

Fabulous Central Spot

This is a great place to stay! They supplied everything we needed, including kitchenware, appliances, wi-if, Netflix, and all. It’s a comfortable apartment with great furniture and amenities. The central location can’t be beat. We walked to a ton of museums, restaurants, and such. Plus, you’re right by a big mall and a Metro stop. We’ll stay here, again, next time.

Exceeded expectations

Brought my 87 year old mom to Paris, it was her bucket list and the property was perfect. Jean was very helpful when we checked in and during our stay was responsive. I'm definitely returning, I highly recommend this property in a perfect location

Amazing Stay

Absolutely no complaints. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Fantastic location: you can walk through the heart of old Paris and the metro is about 10 steps from the front door of the building. Jean-Philippe is a great host. Easy communications prior to arrival and simple check in with him directly at the apartment.

Parisian Perfection

First let me say that Jean-Phillipe was incredibly helpful, very responsive and friendly. Check in process was very easy and Jean-Phillipe made great recommendations for areas to find a bite to eat. Apartment couldn’t be better situated with a metro stop right outside the door that can take you to the train station or one quick change at Chatelet to go to the airport. Lots of cafes, grocery and shopping around. Felt very safe with two sets of secure doors. Very clean, and comfortable with great views from the windows. Loved the funky lighting in the living room at night while drinking wine and relaxing. Nice variety of coffee brewing options. Modern bathroom with even a clothes dryer which is unusual. Beds were comfortable. The lift made moving the luggage easy as the apartment was on the 3rd floor. Walkable to many major sites. We were sad to leave but know that we would stay here again and again for sure!

Great apartment for our family of 4. So much to do right outside the place and the Metro was literally out the front door. Air conditioning was bonus as it was warm but we loved having the windows open to hear and see the city below. Shower and toilet were separated which was great. We loved the charm of the place and will rent again.

Fantastic Apartment!

Jean-Philippe was a phenomenal host, he met us at the apartment early, showed us where everything was, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before leaving. I sent a message on the second day with a question, and he responded very quickly. We never had any issues. The apartment was clean, very spacious, and both beds were very comfortable. The apartment is steps away from the train station and multiple bus stops, though most places are within walking distance. The cafe downstairs was one of our favorite meals of the trip. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Paris. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re back.

Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this flat. Metro exit just outside the frontdoor, only 5 stops from Gare du Nord. This apartment is clean, and well appointed. It had everything we needed. You could not find a better location just 10 minutes walk to Centre Le Pompidou.

The apartment is everything we were hoping for and more. The old school charm combined with the updated kitchen and bathroom are perfect. we were provided with basic amenities that were very helpful. The location of the metro, stores and cafes were very convenient. Highly recommend this apartment.

It's like staying in an art museum!

This beautiful apartment has large windows to see all of Paris. It is appointed with paintings, statues and other art that make you feel like you are in an art museum. The elevator is a blessing after a day of touring. Two large bedrooms, a sofa bed and two mattresses were great for all of us. Modern appliances in the kitchen, as well as every kitchen gadget you might need! It is literally five steps from the metro station which is great for touring!

Delightful, spacious apartment in fabulous location

Lots of space which is really unusual for Paris. Great location, comfy beds, amazing shower, convenient separate water closet and fully stocked kitchen. Safe, secure and lift makes hauling suitcases easy. Views of classic Parisian neighborhood and metro at doorway. Super short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Access to metro and taxis very convenient. Beautiful place and would happily stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Paris

We stayed at this lovely apartment with another couple for four nights in September. Jean-Phillippe, the owner, was friendly and helpful. He greeted us when we arrived at the apartment with advice on the neighborhood and the city. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen adequately stocked although we did not cook in the apartment. The lift was an added bonus. The apartment was well located with a Metro station out the front door and the train/metro hub nearby. The Rue Montorgeuil pedestrian street was nearby and we enjoyed our breakfasts sitting on the pretty street in an outdoor cafe. There were many excellent restaurants within walking distance. If we ever return to Paris, and we hope we do, we would certainly try to stay in this apartment again.

Great place in heart of Paris.

My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in the apartment. JP met us there and gave us the all the instructions. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adult children, 21 and 18). The apartment was quiet with the windows closed but the sounds of Paris were numerous with the windows open. The train metro entrance was 20 feet from the front door which makes travel easy with luggage. Beds were very comfortable, pictures are very accurate of apartment. We walked to the Louvre and to several places to eat and shop. I would recommend this place for anybody that wants to be in center of Paris.
