Con vistas de millones de dólares, Rhumb Runners es la villa perfecta para su tiempo especial en St John. Rhumb Runners está diseñado para una vida abierta. Rhumb Runners ofrece un completo centro de entretenimiento, TV de pantalla plana vía satélite, reproductor de DVD y WIFI de alta velocidad. La cocina de tamaño completo, que da a la piscina, está equipada con un nuevo horno de microondas, una nueva cafetera, una nueva estufa de gas y un refrigerador. Se ha instalado una nueva cocina con encimeras de granito. El comedor tiene asientos cómodos para hasta seis personas. Una cubierta cubierta envuelve el gran balcón.

El segundo piso es el hogar de las suites king con aire acondicionado, cada una con su propio baño privado con duchas. El segundo dormitorio se puede convertir fácilmente en 2 camas individuales. Ambas habitaciones tienen una sensación de amplitud debido a los techos con vigas altas y grandes ventanales.

Great views and a constant, cool breeze. We felt at home and well taken care of. We always love the Coral Bay side of the island. Miss Lucy's on Thursday nights is can't miss for local musicians and a great community vibe. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with stellar views! The constant breeze on the deck was amazing. Pool was perfect for post beach dips. The beach towels, chairs and cooler were much appreciated. Great size for a family of 4 (two twin beds worked well for our girls ages 7 and 11). Host was super helpful with travel tips. I recommend experienced drivers getting to and from the property, but well worth such beauty :) Thank you Chris for the little welcome gifts for the kids! What a nice special touch.

Fantastic Stay

Everything as described and even though the pictures are amazing they do not do the view justice. We were absolutely thrilled with the property and accommodations and couldn't recommend it more.

Panoramic Views

Beautiful views of Coral Bay and BVIA 4wheel drive vehicle is a must to get to this Very steep hillside property. The road to property is narrow, one car width wide and switch back turns all the way up.If you are familiar with the island you will know this is common. You must access the property thru a gate which is heavy & cumbersome to open and close with all your coming and going.The provided washing machine is only accessed by walking thru the gate and down the steep driveway to the lower level room.The living space on the first floor is fresh & clean with a well stocked open concept kitchen. A full length balcony with sliders continually gives you breath taking views of the Caribbean.The second floor accessed by stairs has 2 bedroom with their own bathrooms. The bedrooms only have AC units in the walls.We did not use them Bedding and towels are in good shape.During our stay we issues with quality of the water. We found it unacceptable for washing dishes & bathing.The third day in we addressed the issue with the hostess& owner. Both were gracious and very concerned about our complaints.They both took immediate action to attempt to rectify the problem.Unfortunately the problem didn’t go away. The owner graciously released us from the contract.I want to make it abundantly clear I am not trashing the property. I feel if the water safety issue can be resolved this is a good property for people whom are ready to use their physical ability to enjoy Coral Bay

The Peaceful Side of St. John

Beautiful views from the living room, porch and pool deck. The house is in a gorgeous location overlooking Coral bay. Only a short drive to all the best the island has to offer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a laid back spot in St John.

Lovely home with gorgeous views

The home is exactly as stated in the description. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. We slept with the windows opened to enjoy the breeze. The pool is perfect after a day at one of the beautiful beaches. A 4- wheel drive is highly recommended for the drive up to the home.

Beautiful getaway on the quiet side of the island

My wife and I stayed here for a week with our 2 young children and we loved the house. Quiet, comfortable with a beautiful view of Coral Bay. We'd definitely stay here again!

The views from every room in the home are just breathtaking! To wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise and boats coming in and out of Coral Bay was mesmerizing The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The ceiling fans were the only thing you needed to help keep the house cool with the breeze is that blew through there was no need for air conditioning at all. It was just lovely.! Chris was so easy to to work with she met us down in coral bay and brought us up the driveway to RR and went through everything with us. It was so helpful and so kind of her. We were there for two weeks and Chris came at the end of the first week and changed out bedding and tidied up. That was so thoughtful and so kind.! And the days that we did not visit one of the many beautiful beaches that there is on Saint John we stayed back at the house and enjoyed the pool and the views it was all just breathtaking ! Just down the driveway is the dolphin market with everything that you could possibly need. There are restaurants right in coral bay with lots of entertainment, and I highly recommend a skinny legs cheeseburger best I’ve ever had. There is so much to do right there in Coral Bay you need not to go to Cruz Bay. Everything you need is right there and then some. ! There is also some cute donkeys and some goats that roam around town truly remarkable place and I cannot wait to get back to Coral Bay and RR ! Thank you again, Chris you are an amazing host

Sweet cottage with brilliant sunrises and pool!

We loved watching the bananaquits at sunrise and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon when we returned from the beach. The living area was big enough to host some family members for dinner and the deck large enough to enjoy a couples massage overlooking Coral Bay. The kitchen was easy to use and having a washing machine was a big plus. Host was super responsive. We’d definitely stay again!

Coral Bay

Nice location, nice views. Cozy set-up and comfortably furnished. If Coral Bay is where you want to be, this house is a fine choice at a fair price. Owner and manager offer excellent service.

Beyond incredible!

Rhumb Runners is hands down our favorite rental thus far on St. John. The view is spectacular, making even a day spent at the house special. We stayed at the home for most dinners as the kitchen & grill were well equipped. There is also a market just down the road in Calabash with fresh & deliciously prepared foods. This home checked all the boxes and then some. Can't wait to return!

Coral Bay - ST John USVI

Had a good stay at the Villa. Overall clean. Views are outstanding. Wish I could upload the pictures from the balcony. This is a two story home. Bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. 1/2 bath is downstairs. Full kitchen, dining table, sofa, chairs, TV and wifi. No issues with the house. Clothes washer is outside and below the house in a shed. (Needs to be replaced). No clothes dryer. We hung clothes on a line w/ clothes pins. There is a pool on the property, but we did not use it. This location is up the mountain/hill. Driveway on Howard's Way is a concrete path that is steep and has several switchbacks. Owner or representative will meet you near Coral Bay to show you the location and how to negotiate the driveway. Recommend you rent a Jeep or a 4WD vehicle to get around and to/from the property. St. John is basically a big national park. You are 25 minutes /- from Cruz Bay. This is the Eastside of the Island. Lime Out is in Coral Bay. Not far from Cinnamon Bay or Maho Bay. Overall, nice stay. Have the owner notify the neighbors you will be staying to avoid anyone blocking the driveway.

Perfect

Great property in great location in Coral Bay. Road is steep and narrow with switchbacks, which is every house in Coral Bay, so not unusual. What is, was that it was paved the entire way, which was great. Beds were comfy and the breezes kept the place super comfortable.

Amazing view and great location

It was our first time on St. John's and we had a wonderful time enjoying the fabulous snorkeling and beaches! The home offers incredible views and is close to several good restaurants and a grocery store. If you're a strong swimmer (and have a Jeep) don't miss the snorkeling off of Little Lameshur Bay Beach (swim to the point of the peninsula on the left as you stand on shore) and then a stop at Miss Lucy's for a late lunch on your way back.

My husband and I were immediately impressed with this amazing home - all ours for an entire week!! While the photos are accurate, they don’t completely convey the serenity and privacy that you experience. It truly is a haven and was a wonderful place to spend a week celebrating our 34th anniversary! We want so much to return and spend another memorable week in this beautiful retreat!

Sunrise over coral bay

Nothing better than sitting on the deck high above coral bay watching sun come up and in the evening watching twilight coming in and the lights of coral bay beginning to shine. A great property. great deck and very nice little pool to refresh you after a day on st johns beaches.

Lovely stay in a relaxing villa

Had a great week at this villa - it's perfect if you enjoy privacy and amazing views. Plenty of space for a small group with a full kitchen/grill if you feel like cooking and a pool that gets plenty of sun during the day. You need a little courage to navigate the switchbacks, but the view of Coral Bay from the porch is worth it! The owners were very friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely come back!

They maintain and care for their home themselves and enjoy sharing the island's culture and beauty with visitors to St John.
