Esta linda casa de campo se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie de la hermosa playa de Footbridge. La cabaña tiene 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, sala de estar, cocina con comedor y porche con asientos. Las actualizaciones para 2019 incluyen una nueva cabecera tamaño queen, colchón, ropa de cama, sofá cama Queen extraíble, sofá cama full sleep, TV de pantalla plana de 48 ", iluminación empotrada y refrigerador. Hay aire acondicionado en el dormitorio y sala de estar.

Hay un cobertizo en el patio que está equipado con sillas de playa, sombrillas, juguetes de arena, así como un carrito de playa para facilitar el viaje a la playa. Una parrilla de gas también está disponible para su uso.

Very clean and well maintained property. Proximity to the beach was excellent, with the host providing all of the necessary beach equipment. The host reached out to us well in advance of our stay with check in and information about the property.We would recommend the property to our family and friends.

This small cottage was in excellent condition; the side porch was a great bonus! Nice and close to the beach. Comfortable bed (even the sofa), and easy communications with the owners.

Great place steps to footbridge beach. Steve responded to all my questions during check in. Gas grill worked great and was nice and clean. Hopefully we will be back next year.

wonderful cottage by the ocean

This is a truly wonderful cottage. Perfect for a couple...bright, airy and perfectly decorated. This is the 4th time coming to this cottage. A 2 to 3 minute walk over the footbridge to the beach. I would recommend it highly. Steve and Margi are very responsive and helpful.

Sweet cottage in Ogunquite

This is a wonderful rental. So close to the beach just minutes to the footbridge by foot. The cottage is perfect for 2 people, light, bright and airy. Just love it there. I think this was our third time at the cottage. Margi and Steve are wonderful hosts. I cannot say enough good things about this rental.

The cottage itself was great. Steve was very responsive and kind. We had an issue with the driveway but Steve came to the property before we left to try to fix the situation. Steve was friendly and a great host.

This property is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and trolley stop. The cottage is bright, clean, and has great amenities, including wifi and air conditioning!

Great Escape

We enjoyed our stay with Steve and Margi the back cottage was clean looked like they did a lot of updates in the kitchen and bathroom. The beach was mins. away we walked to the stores, restaurants and coffee shops in the center of town.

Perfect stay!

This cottage is beautifully updated, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need, even beach supplies. It is also located in an incredible spot. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and several shops and restaurants. Plenty to do for adults and kids. Steve and Margi had tons of useful information readily available and responded to my few questions very quickly Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful cottage in a great location!

The hosts were very attentive and answered any questions I had. The cottage was absolutely spotless and had great amenities. The cottage is very updated and perfect for a short getaway. It's all about the details! Absolutely perfect!

Exceptionally and meticulously clean property! Steve and Margi are great hosts! They were responsive to our many questions prior to arrival and also provided lots of helpful information for a great stay! Wonderful rental in a wonderful location

We just had another wonderful week at Margi and Steve's cottage in Ogunquit. The cottage is equipped with everything you can think of. Perfectly clean and comfortable (the bed is very comfortable.) This year they put in a brand new and gorgeous bathroom. I highly recommend this cottage. It is a coupleof minutes walk to the footbridge and beach. Fantastic!

Great property so close to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The cottage was very comfortable with beautifully remodeled kitchen and bath. The screened porch was just great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We enjoyed lobster at the picnic table in the backyard. It was wonderful to be so close to a lovely, pristine beach - just a couple of minutes walk. We went to the beach multiple times per day because it was so close. Very easy communication with the owners. We would definitely stay again.

It was perfect!

Margi and Steve did a terrific job of keeping the old charm of their cottage while totally updating it! Spotless, new bathroom (with washer and dryer) and kitchen! Steps to the beautiful beach! Super charming porch! Not to mention, they are two of the nicest people you could ever meet! We will definitely be back! Thanks again, Kate and Bill

Wonderful rental in a wonderful location

This is a beautiful cottage- in a great location. The owners have thought of everything. They supplied all sorts of things to get started with your stay. The check in process is very smooth - lock box with a key to get in when you arrive. The owners, Margi and Steve were very responsive (although we only had one quick question.) The location was perfect. Just a few houses from the footbridge that goes to the beach. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great Footbridge Beach location; cute cottage

This property was just as described. The owners recently purchased it and upgraded a bit but it still retains the wonderful charm of a Maine beach cottage. Since we needed to fly in we did not have our own car full of beach stuff. That was no problem. The shed was filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, tubes, life jackets and more. The kitchen included enough stuff for the two of us. We were pleased to see items which are often not included in rentals (and we have rented for 40 years or more) - salt and pepper, paper towels, paper napkins, plastic storage bags, cleaning products, and even toilet paper. The air conditioning units kept the house quite comfortable when the temperatures were high. The large TV provided enough channels to suit us. The yard included a great grill, picnic table, and other chairs. We were even able to pick blueberries there. And the screened in porch was quite cozy. We would definitely recommend this place. Note: there were just two of us. I can't speak about how the cottage would be for more folks.

Perfect location!

Steve and Margi clearly thought of everything when it came to a rental! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including the tide schedule! The house is perfect for a small family, or a couple. It is perfectly decorated and definitely had a beach feel to it. The pull out couch and bed we’re both very comfortable. Our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 kids) fit perfectly. Steve and Margi gave us their cell phone numbers, and made sure to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a great rental, I highly recommend It!

We have vacationed in Ogunquit for 20+ years and love to spend time here with our family. Our kids grew up going to this beach every summer and having the opportunity to purchase this house in 2018 is truly a dream come true.

The house is a 2 minute walk to Ogunquit's Footbridge Beach, the Ogunquit tidal river, restaurants as well as the reliable Ogunquit trolley. No driving necessary. Come and go as you please to beautiful Footbridge beach whether its early in the morning, middle of the day or after dinner. The neighborhood is safe for kids, quiet and friendly.
