Great beach weekend!

Condo was a close walk to the beach, 5 mins. Plenty of room for a small family or group of friends. Clean and checkin was a breeze. Added bonus having the community pool right outside the back porch and can access just by walking down the steps. Would stay here again

Great for family and unbeatable location

This location is fantastic. It was just a few mins walk to the beach and the bike ride to Coligny took hardly any time. We were so close to everything without having to stay at a hotel, which was a priority for us with two kids. The property was perfect for a young family - we were steps from the pool and the two floors helped us keep up our naptime and bedtime routine for the kids while the grown ups could still stay up and enjoy the patio or just watch TV. The condo was exactly like the pictures and had everything we really needed to make ourselves at home.

Great location, but apartment needs a good cleaning

We loved the location and the layout of the apartment was great. It just felt very rundown. There were stains on the rugs and carpet, counters and floors were sticky, stains on the walls, and dirty baseboards. We did have some mold in the bathroom and I called management to come and clean it and they did right away. Overall, the apartment would have been a great value if it was cleaned properly.

We are disappointed to hear you were not satisfied with the cleaning at Courtside 104. We forwarded your concerns over to the cleaner and we are glad they were able to correct it. We are also beginning to schedule deep cleans for all of the units we manage. All of the units on our rental program begin to show wear after the summer season because they are booked solid from April-September. Some of the items mentioned, such as baseboards fall under deep-cleaning practices because they are not able to be cleaned during the summer months due to time constraints.

Needs some attention

The property was fairly clean and worked fine for our needs, however, there is a lack of attention to detail that I think potential guests need to be aware of. The kitchen has most of what you need, but there is no knife block and no knife sharpener and the knives are (as with all rentals) dull. There were only about 7-8 forks. Silverware was lacking overall. The drawer in the master bath does not close properly. The bathroom lighting is a bit dim. You get the idea. It will work in a pinch, but I personally prefer a property where the owner keeps it more up-to-date. This unit seems like one where the owner rarely if ever occupies the property to identify issues. It would only take a few hundred dollars to make this a 5 star option. Hopefully, the owner will make some simple updates.

South Forest Beach

Great Beach Stay!

We had a few days to get away before school started and we were so lucky to find this apartment. Close to the beach and super clean! The rental company was great and allowed us an extra hour to check out since no one was coming in after us. We will be back!

Quick Trip

I made a last minute decision to run the Jingle Jingle 5k Bridge Run. Courtside 104 offered the perfect location to stay. The area was quiet and safe. It provided me with easy access to the main roads but kept me out of the traffic on the other side of the island. The townhouse was very clean and described accurately. The location of the rental company was also easy to find and the person who provided me with further detail on the property was extremely friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to planning another trip up to this property.
