Unidad de alquiler recientemente renovada en VRBO. com! ¡Calificaciones de 5 estrellas!

Hermoso, tranquilo edificio con muchas comodidades.

La unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños cuenta con una superficie de 1.200 pies cuadrados con un hermoso techo con 9 'de techo. Unidad recién renovada, con pisos nuevos (diciembre de 2018) y sofá cama (diciembre de 2018) en la sala de estar. También hay un Smart TV de 55 "(diciembre de 2018) en la sala de estar y televisores LED en cada habitación.

La unidad también cuenta con una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio principal, una cama queen y una litera doble en el segundo dormitorio, lo que le permite alojar hasta ocho personas con comodidad y facilidad. Cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño, uno de los cuales también es accesible desde el pasillo.

La unidad tiene un gran balcón amueblado (uno de los más grandes en PCB), que ofrece vistas espectaculares de las aguas esmeralda y la arena blanca azucarada de la costa del golfo desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.

También hay una cocina totalmente equipada, ropa de cama / toallas, kits iniciales de café y artículos de tocador, su máquina de café Keurig personalizada (diciembre de 2018), radio reloj, plancha, jabón para lavar platos, detergente para ropa y lavadora / secadora. Disfrute del acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad, tres televisores de pantalla plana con canales de cable premium.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. We had a great time soaking up the sun at both the pool and beach. The condo was perfect for our family of four! The accommodations were just what we needed for a family get away!

The view can’t be beat. Clean, Stylish and Comfortable. Location is excellent. Short walk to beach.

Enjoyed the large deck. Watched Sunset nightly and dolphins in the day. Restaurants and Walmart so close. Host responsive and friendly. Definitely Recommend. Hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Stay for New Years

Great location with direct beach access. Property was updated and clean with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Had some trouble with the laundry room door but owner was quick to respond to provide feedback. Will do it again next year.

Weekend beach trip

Had the best long weekend beach trip with my kids, the condo was very convenient to everything. The condo was as it looked on Vrbo. The only thing I was not happy about was , I don’t think the floors had been mopped , our feet was always dirty after taking a showers if we walked with no shoes on. Besides that everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront Penthouse Condo

Great place for our long weekend. We had two couples and 3 kids. Right on the beach, secure complex with reserved parking spot right by the elevators. Two beach chairs and umbrella that comes with rental, additional chair set and umbrella available to rent for $40 for the day. We only had one small hiccup, the exit gate stopped working, but called the maintenance # listed in the elevator and the on staff maintenance guy came right over to override the gate. We loved the large balcony and master bedroom was large enough for a pack n play.

The beach was beautiful and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Our host was a great, quick communicator and did what they could to make our stay comfortable. The condo space was great but there were some issues with the aging building, from handyman repairs within the unit, to many people getting stuck in the elevators, and closed restrooms by the pool. The elevators were broken off and on for our entire stay, the master bathroom had mold in the shower and the coffee maker was on its last legs. After exploring Panama City Beach, I think we would have been better served in a different part of the city.

Beautiful condo at Twin Palms!

Alen thought of everything! From the super comfortable beds and attractive homey decor, plenty of seating inside and out, tons of drawer and closet space, game closet, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen with fridge with ice maker, toaster oven, coffee maker AND keurig, blender, collanders, you name it, rental chairs with umbrella and a prime reserved parking spot across from the elevator in the parking garage! Twin Palms is perfect for our family with the pool, hot tub, and not as crowded of a beach like nearer to Pier Park. Alen and his assistant were promptly responsive for a small issue we had. I’ve never stayed in a condo with this many amenities and thoughtful touches, and we have been renting for years. Overall I was very pleased and highly recommend this condo for your vacation!

LOCATION, VIEWS, COMFORT

Reserved parking on a covered level.GREAT location. It is super convenient to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. HIGHLY recommend The Local Steamer for snow crab and Juan Taco for lunch(don't go too late because they sell out sometimes)There are plenty of things to do in the area for fun if you want a day off from the beach, but we typically do not because who gets tired of the beach?The balcony typically has a nice breeze, which makes sitting outside enjoying the views even better! The crowd is also not too bad most of the time. It is far better than other places we've stayed. The inside of the condo is always perfect. The beds are comfortable. We always sleep well, just like at home when we stay here. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need for cooking. They even have a closet with extra beach chairs and toys, just in case. We are repeat guests and never have a bad stay. My ONLY complaint is the traffic on Front Beach Road. Lol, But thankfully, the condo is close to a few side roads;)

amazing view of the beach! condo was located in a central location of shopping restaurants etc.. walmart was across the street easy access to grocery shopping. Room was nice with all the accommodations.

Great condo and even better views!

This condo was amazing. Great views, great location, great parking, and reasonably priced. Close to lots of good restaurants and grocery stores(Walmart). We placed an order for grocery pick up before we arrived so that we wouldn't have to waste time at the store. Our family enjoyed it so much we tried to book it again for the fall but it's already full. Not at all surprised though. It was a great stay. The owners always responded to any messages almost immediately. We definitely recommend this property!!!

Great vacation!!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! The Condo itself is beautiful inside and out! The view is breathtaking! There was a perfect amount of space for everyone! The parking could not be anymore convenient, I loved that we were directly across from the elevator...it made our life so much easier especially with small children! The beds were extremely comfortable which is a huge plus for us!!! Overall we had a fantastic stay and had everything we needed for a relaxing stress free family vacation!!! We hope to return soon!!!

Great location, amazing view!

The room was just as advertised! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the view! The parking place provided was directly across from the elevators and made coming and going super easy. Acces to the pool and beach was very easy as well. We Apprciate the fact that beach service was provided! We will most definitely stay again!

Didn’t want to leave!

From the time we arrived until we left this was the best trip ever! We’ve stayed in PC so many times and we will never stay anywhere else. Had a small hiccup when we arrived but Allen took care of it ASAP! Owners are super nice and never made us feel that we were bothering them when we had questions. They even checked on us to make sure everything was good through out the week! Loved having so much space that we weren’t falling over each other and just enough furniture that we had room to move around. I really appreciate having the beach chairs/umbrella included in our fees along with a reserved parking space! It’s the little things that mean the most!!! Overall none of us wanted to leave our spring break home and we are already trying to plan our next trip!!! Thanks Allen and Vanessa for a amazing place to stay!!!
