My Blue Sky está ubicado en el codiciado barrio "Old Blue Mountain Beach", cuenta con una vista al sur del Golfo 30A, se encuentra a pasos de la playa y está lleno de una hermosa decoración costera.

Esta idílica casa de playa estilo "Old Florida" se encuentra al sur de Scenic 30A en una calle muy tranquila en un vecindario de Gulfside con acceso a la playa privada en la hermosa playa Blue Mountain. El acceso a la playa escénica es un paseo muy corto y fácil de un minuto por la calle hasta la prístina arena y el agua. Solo 4 casas a la playa!

La unidad cubierta para cochera para 4 automóviles mantiene sus autos a la sombra en los días calurosos de verano. La casa cuenta con una entrada de ducha interior conveniente para lavar la arena.

La casa es ideal para que la familia y los amigos se reúnan en la sala de estar, la cocina y el porche del segundo piso. La cocina está actualizada con encimeras de granito y cuenta con una máquina para hacer hielo integrada. Está completamente equipado con pequeños electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina y utensilios para cocinar y servir comidas gourmet.

Las cuatro habitaciones están ubicadas en el tercer piso y cuentan con ropa de cama de diseño completamente nueva. Las dos habitaciones del lado del océano, con cama tamaño queen, tienen baños privados y comparten una terraza con vistas al golfo. Dormitorios tres y cuatro comparten un baño de Jack y Jill. ¡Muchas ilustraciones de playa personalizadas en toda la casa hacen de este el refugio de playa perfecto para crear recuerdos con amigos y familiares!

The locations is awesome and the porch is wonderful.

Loved the spacious rooms and the porch is awesome. The dryer doesn't really dry and a burner was out on the stove, but I have never used 4 buners at once ever. Great neighborhood!

Very easy to deal with. Place was advertised. I would say our only complaints were the floors were not very clean when we arrived, and the refrigerator did not work very well. It needs to probably be replaced.

Hope to Come Back Next Summer

We had a wonderful vacation and would look to rent this property again. A short walk to the beach and the convenience of location for restaurants added to our experience. We especially enjoyed the decor, ice maker and screen porch. The house has been well loved but we appreciated the updates along with comfortable bedding. I was very satisfied with the communication provided by the property management.

Great Location

Our family had an overall great experience and would rent again. The property management was responsive to any support I needed and I received timely clear instructions for our rental procedures. The location is ideal. A quick walk to the beach entrance made it easy for our family to come and go. The property has been well loved but some updates were appreciated and overall we enjoyed the environment especially the screen porch. Several good restaurants are a short bike ride away along with an ice cream shop.

The house was fine from a floor plan POV. We did encounter some dead a live roaches within the house. Otherwise, the screened -in porch was a great touch and we spent a great deal of time on the porch when not at the beach..

Thank you so much for taking the time to review! Since the stay, we do want to note that pest control has been out to spray and continues to on a regular basis. Rest assured any unwanted visits from nature are not the norm and handled. We do agree though, this home truly does have a unique atmosphere which is complimented by the screened in porch to use!

Great stay!

This place was very adequate for our group of 8. Perfect location! Very short walk to the beach! Also it’s a walkable distance to ice cream, bakery, and other shops. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. There is construction on nearby houses currently (June 2023) but none of it was bothersome to us. The only issues we had was there was no cold water available in the kitchen due to a waterline issue. And one of the two sliding doors to the beach was a beast to open. Would be happy to rent in the future!

The screened in porch is massive and keeps cool, and the jack-and-jill bedrooms are great for a couple with young kids.There is a ground-level shower just inside the front door, plus a hose outside for rinsing off sandy feet. With this house, the list goes on and on.This is the first vacation rental I've stayed in that I could see myself renting again.I made several requests before and during my stay, and the property management company, Scenic Stays, was quick to respond and eager to help.

Great location

The location of this house was the best! We definitely knew what to do if there was a problem as we got plenty of communication. Check in and out was super easy. While the home is older, it was cheerfully appointed and felt beachy. We used the fire pit but I wish there would have been some fire tools on site to maintain the fire a bit more easily. And I wish there was a broom and dustpan in the house as the vacuum didn't cut it for my need to not step in sand throughout the house even though we always took shoes off at the door. We walked with 5 kids easily to Blue Mountain Creamery, Red Fish Taco, Blue Mabel and Blue Mountain Bakery. It was a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

I miss it already!!. What an amazing vacation!.. Having this beautiful home to stay in instead of a hotel was so much more enjoyable and personal. I was able to have one of the best birthdays ive ever had. This house is so close to everything,we barely had to drive anywhere. Your very close to the beach and restaurants and shops and blue mountain is seriously the cutest little place. The house is perfect for a family stay. It was extremely comfortable. The back porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. The beds were so comfy.. after being at the beach all day they were perfect. Maintenance was quick on reponding when we called about one of the upstairs bathrooms. I will definitely be booking this home again in the future. Its really the perfect home for a little getaway.

My Blue Sky

Good Morning, This house is in need of some serious attention. Doors falling off, bannister on deck is need of serious repair, door handles to outside are bad. I understand the owner is in this to make money and time is money but they really need to do some serious upgrades before someone gets hurt. The repair team answered ASAP and fixed the few issues. The location is amazing. You could eat off the floor. Just needs some TLC here and there! Thanks, Brian

We very much enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home! There are a couple of things that I wanted to let you know about. first, I think the heating element in your dryer isn’t working very well. We had to dry each load 2-3 times to get everything dried. Also, the floors in the house are very dirty. The bottoms of our feet were black each day from the floors, so we had to wash our feet each night to avoid getting the sheets and bedding dirty. The door to the refrigerator was also stained and dirty. Other than that, everything was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience, very nice house, access to the beach could not be easier. Blue Mountain is a perfect town that is not as crowded as some of the other 30a towns. I will say that this house is a duplex and the pool is shared with the other side of the house. This was not clear in the description when we rented the property. The other owners were there for both weekends of our stay but did not get in our way at all. They were very nice and accommodating, even helped to re-fill the pool as it was leaking and losing water all week. Also, you have access to 2 parking spaces in the carport, not all 4. They also did not have beach toys or beach chairs so bring your own.

The house was great for our trip and was really well-kept and clean upon arrival. The only two constructive feedback items we can give are: - We never received a response to our question/message on our portal a week in advance of our trip about umbrella/chair rentals. Yet we kept getting emails and texts that we could use the portal to ask any questions we wanted and get a response. Not getting any response at all was disappointing, it took a lot of phone calls and decent effort to track down one company that could provide this service for us. - The dryer doesn\'t dry. Both washing machine and dryer sound like they need to be replaced or repaired. Everything else was great and we\'d come back and stay there in a heartbeat. Thank you!
