Sound View, ubicada en 145 Old Wharf Road, Dennis Port, es una clásica casa de playa de Cape Cod totalmente renovada en 2014 en una casa de vacaciones frente al mar de dos unidades, luminosa, luminosa y espaciosa.

Con impresionantes vistas de Nantucket Sound y 100 pies de playa privada, Sound View tiene dos unidades de 3 habitaciones, 1,200 pies cuadrados, cada una con capacidad para seis. Cada unidad cuenta con calefacción y aire acondicionado, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, lavadora y secadora. Están decoradas en un encantador estilo náutico, con colores gris / blanco / azul marino, paredes de abalorios, nuevas cocinas blancas con desayunadores, camas nuevas y muebles tapizados. Además, una pared de ventanas y deslizadores ofrece impresionantes vistas de la playa y del cambiante horizonte de Cape.

Salga de su terraza a una playa para niños con agua de mar poco profunda, tranquila y cálida a solo 50 pies de distancia. Disfrute de las vistas panorámicas del amanecer y el atardecer en una de sus dos cubiertas con vista a la playa. Ubicado en una vibrante calle de temporada donde se encuentran corredores, ciclistas, paseadores de perros y padres y abuelos que empujan a los bebés en cochecitos.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just like last year it was a wonderful week on the vape thanks to this great beach front property. The space was bright and open and the a/c came in handy throughout the entire week. There are a few minor issues that should be addressed prior to next season. The grills are rusting through on the bottoms and need to be replaced. Some of the beach furniture is also rusted through and one lounger is fully broken. The laminate on the kitchen cabinets is starting to come off the doors, the towel holder in the bathroom comes off easily. There are also a few rusted spots on the vent grates in the bathroom that are a little unsightly as well as the intake grate in the entry way. All minor thing and we can't wait to come back next year.

Hi Courtney! Thank you so much for your feedback. Those grills were terrible! Next time, give us a call! We have an emergency stock of items (including grills) that we could have brought over and made your stay more comfortable. They were replaced for the 2024 season. We also disposed of the broken beach furniture, and replaced it with new items. The other small items were addressed for the 2024 season. We hope to see you again soon!

It is close to everything we enjoy about the area.There was a minor issue with the AC in the unit when I arrived. The property management team had someone out asap to resolve the issue.
