Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el cuarto piso, directamente con vista al río lento en Phoenix Orange Beach, con increíbles vistas panorámicas del Golfo. ��Evita los ascensores y estaciona en el mismo piso que el condominio! También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. ¡Con más de 1,750 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler!



Las comodidades abundan en este condominio de Phoenix Orange Beach: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y una televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 55" en el maestro, y una inteligente de 50 " TV en el segundo y tercer dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Hay una cama King en el dormitorio principal y dos camas Queen en el segundo y tercer dormitorio, junto con un sofá cama en la sala de estar para alojar hasta 12.

Exceptional condo! Hot tubs were fantastic and so was the lazy river! Close walk to the beach! We were very pleased!

We enjoyed our stay, but the kitchen was the least well stocked we've ever experienced over 10 years of renting in the area. The furniture is different than in the photos. It was spacious enough for our large group and we always love the amenities at Phoenix.

The pictures show different furniture and appliances. ie coffee pot we bought regular coffee and it ended up being a kurig. The mini fridge by wine bar smells of mold and is unusable. Otherl than that stubbing place spread out enough for us as a family of ten. We had a great stay. Would definitely rent there again!!!

Furniture not as pictured

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we realized the living room furniture was not as pictured in the photo. I chose this rental based on it having two recliners due to my husband’s disability. There were no recliners and all of the seating was not appropriate for him to be able to use. He ended up sitting in a bag chair that we brought with us and was unable to keep his legs elevated. The dining chairs were very wobbly a legs were loose and missing bolts. The ice maker listed in the listing was also not operational. Missing lamps and missing sprinkler covers. Note: The picture on the listing has now been corrected after I notified the rental company.

The location was great. Check in went very smooth. I sent a chat just 2 weeks prior asking a few questions about bedding and type of coffee maker and never got a response from the host. Walked into nasty floors, something had been spilled on the floor and had apparently been there for quite some time and you could tell they hadn’t been cleaned. The sliding glass doors going out to the balcony had someone else’s children’s handprints and whatever it was smeared all across them (inside and out)Once I again tried to contact the host about the uncleanliness and got no reply about all of this! NO COMMUNICATION! For the amount of money paid and being on VACATION, I should not have to walk into my vacation with my adult kids and 2 small grandchildren and have to clean. So with that being said, the amount of money that was paid on this trip was not worth it but we managed to make the best of it and have a great time!

It was for the most part clean. The ceiling fan in the room to the right when you come in runs but after a min., sounds like its going to fall out of the ceiling. The outlets in Front bedroom beside the beds the top plug in does not work. The furniture needs to be replaced feels like you are sitting in a hole. The wifi didn't work after sometime in the middle of the last night we were there. The ice machine does not work in the little bar area. Sent repair man it worked for just a few minutes then just quit. Will stay at the Pheonix again but not this unit. Lazy River was loved by the kids and the slide and being right on the beach was amazing!!

Family Beach Vacation

Eleven family members stayed in the condo. Plenty of beds, seating and kitchen supplies. We loved the fourth floor making it easy to access the beach and pool and still have a great view. This is our fourth time staying in 405 and hope to make next year our fifth!!

Condo very nice, loved the balcony and view, pool, hot tubs, lazy river and slide all wonderful Loved our stay. Wonderful beach. In our queen’s bedroom on the right, the ceiling light flickered badly, our bathroom had no toilet paper holder which was inconvenient. The bar’s ice maker had mold in the back of it so we never used that ice. The refrigerator ice was good. Also our bathroom toilet didn’t flush well. Hopefully these things will be fixed or cleaned and someday we can come back.

Nice but needs some maintenance

Nice condo and facilities. Lots of small things need attention. Dryer takes all day to dry. Light over stover and light in freezer doesn’t work. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans pretty much worn out. Otherwise was enjoyable.

Disappointed

When we arrived it took us quite a while to get lamps to work. We discovered that all of them had been unplugged. Also, there were several light bulbs out. I had to buy batteries for several remote controls for the televisions. Most were either dead or missing.

Great location

This condo is a great location. Right on the beach with a pool, lazy river, and water slide. Very close to restaurants and grocery. I usually like to stay in smaller condo complexes but didn't have any issues getting an elevator during our stay. Only one day was the beach so full that we walked down to the public beach. The ice machine was a nice added feature that we really appreciated. Our complaints are minor but we reached out to the property manager on Tuesday about not being able to get the remote to work due to dead batteries and never heard a word back. Also, the kitchen is not stocked for preparing food. No measuring spoons, dull knives, etc. Again, our complaints are minor and we enjoyed the property for the most part.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo, furniture was brand new, different couches from booking photos (they look like they are now updated), also there is a review about the beds being old, those are new too. Overall great experience with condo itself. Had everything we needed. There were a few small things that could have been better. In the condo one of the toilet paper holder was broken, the shower head in one of the bathrooms was also loose. These didn't impact our stay but are just small signs of age. The building overall was great, it is showing some signs of age but everything appeared to be well taken care of. The pool was nice and hot-tub and lazy river were as advertised. Beach access was super easy as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix Orange Beach is in a prime location with a beautiful beach and a relaxing lazy river pool. We’ve stayed at this property before, though in a different unit. This particular unit was missing some kitchen essentials, such as a blender and a pitcher—we purchased a pitcher and left it there. On the positive side, it did have both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, as well as a crock pot for guest use.There were a few maintenance concerns: the stove was greasy along the back where the controls are, and there was visible grease on the cabinet and ceiling above it. One guest bedroom was missing a nightstand lamp (the lamp was broken and left in the closet), and one of the bathroom hairdryers was not working.The living room, however, had new furniture and everything else about the unit was great. Overall, I would recommend that the owners do a thorough inventory and replace any missing or damaged items, as the location and amenities make this a wonderful place to stay.

A family reunion time for my mother

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a 3day getaway with our family from Florida and Louisiana. Mom is elderly and on oxygen with limited mobility. We had family scattered in other rooms so my wife, mom and I stayed in this condo. The condo itself was clean and in good condition. Since we didn’t go out much the kitchen was not stocked well. On the pics we saw a coffee pot and a kueric but it didn’t have it so we purchased one at Walmart. The main building not set up for handicap accessibility. If we did leave we had to go get the car and come to the garage door closest to the room. But all in all a good time my brother and myself both went up and down over 3 times to get a parking pass. No one at the desk

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! Just a few complaints. First the beds; the mattresses are all VERY firm!!! I stayed in the master and actually slept on the couch a couple nights bc it was just too hard. I compare it to sleeping on a piece of plywood. Second the filth under the furniture in the bedrooms. Those areas had not been cleaned in a long time!!! There was a dirty sock under a dresser and a single flip flop under a bed along with months of dust, dirt and sand. The living/dining room furniture was comfortable and clean underneath. ( did not check under couches). Plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses. Los of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was even a large crockpot and really good pot for boiling seafood. It is conveniently located to several grocery stores and Walmart. As well as many restaurants! We had dinner at Bahama Bobs 1 night. It’s a bit of a drive (or Uber). But it’s absolutely worth it! We eat there every time we go to this area! I selected “do not recommend “ solely on the beds. It was a problem for many.
