Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, plenty of space in the kitchen and butler's pantry, even an extra kitchen downstairs -- yes there are three refrigerators! The pool was a huge plus. The kids and adults really enjoyed the great pool. The only problem we had was with the garbage company. They only picked up once during the whole week. They never picked up on Saturday. We felt bad leaving full cans for the people coming in the next week. My son in law even took several bags home in his truck. A real problem!

The bedrooms were comfy and the kitchen was especially well furnished. The dual dishwashers were a lovely and useful amenity.There is a mold issue in the master bathroom that needs immediate attention. The wall and ceiling are black and the wall is soft. There may be a leak from above. As you know the weather was godawful thanks to tropical storm Debby. We did get to the beach finally on Friday and Saturday. The proximity to the beach is a big plus. Thank goodness for the Olympics on those rainy days!We had a positive experience and a nice stay. I think we will try to rebook this house if we can all agree on a date for next year.

Reviewer Comments: The master bath ceiling had excessive mildew and the floor was damaged.The front railing was loose. The front door and front storm door locks required repair. The dishwasher leaked. The rental company responded quickly to all issues but the house is in need of repair.We will rent the property next year but if it continues to deteriorate we will pursue other options in the future.Hopefully this will not be an issue.The property location, size, and amenities work well for us.

Overall Good Experience

We loved having two separate living spaces, the extra kitchen and butler's kitchen, and ample bathrooms. The rooms were nice and cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and we didn't mind the walk across the street to the beach at all.We had some concerns over some maintenance issues. The chairs at the game table downstairs were in poor shape. Many of the arms were loose and coming off and had screws sticking out of them. The railing on the upstairs porch overlooking the pool was rickety and had several spots that were rotting. The plastic chairs on that porch were covered with mildew. We felt we could have been better informed about basic items that would or would not be available. This include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels and dish cloths, paper towels, trash bags, and basic kitchen staples like spices, cooking spray, etc. We didn't mind providing them but would have liked to know in advance so we could bring them instead of having to go buy everything.We would definitely stay here again!

good property, would recommend

Galaga machine not working huge let down! Quint was responsive to solve mildewed shower curtain and drain not working in basement. Front stair failed which was a hazard, you guys will want to see that repaired before the next group but we could deal and no one got hurt. All in all a solid property and Suzanne is a pleasure to work with.
