Great House for Large Party!

I booked this property for a bachelorette party in the off season. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and easy to book. Great location from the beach and downtown. Would recommend to anyone!

This is such a beautiful home! The elevator is very handy as well. Love all the decor and how modern and new it is. It was perfect for a girls' weekend getaway! We had no issues with the beds, appliances, bathrooms, etc. I would happily stay at this house again!The only thing that confused me was that the realtor group that manages this property took over the paperwork/billing outside of VRBO. I got a notice that I was late with a final payment, but there had been no reminder or final invoice sent through email. It all worked out fine and the realtor was extremely nice and pleasant to work with, but it's something to be aware of. Check-in and check-out is at the nearby realtor's office (there's a key drop box if they're closed). There is no keypad entry for the house.

Christmas getaway

This house was the perfect place for my family to spend the Christmas holiday. Clean and beautifully decorated, this house is located on a quiet street one block from the beach. It was the perfect size for everyone to have their own bathroom and bedroom. Extra touches like the gas fireplace made this a great choice for our family getaway. Would definitely select this property again.

Beautiful, close to everything we needed

Our girls jazz fest weekend was beautiful. The only thing I would ask to change is the mold in the top floor shower and fix the tv in the 2nd floor end bedroom to the left of stairs.

Cape May getaway

House needs serious TLC. 8 lightbulbs out or missing, few closet hangers, hall tub did not drain, elevator never worked. Location very good. House layout great for family- it just needs some serious attention to details that make a vacation special. Coastline realty easy to work with.

Beautiful, updated house - very close to the beach

We loved our stay! It was 8 adults there for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. We definitely could have for more people comfortably. It is a 2 minute walk (or less) to the beach. They have every plate, bowl and cup you would need. Plus brand new appliances. We wound up staying in 2 of the nights when we had planned to go out. Harry’s is right there for a great happy hour on the roof, and we rented bikes from shields rentals which made it an easy few minute drive into town.

This was a beautiful home with more than enough room and excellent location!!! Kids could play out front on their scooters!! Walked to the beach every day! Walked to town for shipping and sightseeing as well!! Very well equipped home… only downside were the beds were not the most comfortable… especially with the waterproof mattress covers! Otherwise we had a wonderful time!! Grandparents stayed in the main floor master, parents were on the middle floor and kids were on the 3rd floor!! Perfect set up!!

Bad property management, great location

BEWARE: 1. After submitting your nonrefundable deposit you will be presented with a lease with more stringent terms than VRBO’s terms. This should be illegal and really came back to bite us. 2. Where to start: there was a foil pan by the grill will all the grill tools filled to the top with old marinade and covered in thick colorful mold. Everything was broken: there were poles for an awning but no actual awning on the deck, the windows didn't have screens, the door to the dishwasher was broken, the garbage disposal was broken, the filtered water in the fridge was broken, the elevator was broken, the grout in the bathrooms was moldy, the chairs on the porch were broken, the chair in the living room was broken. We reached out to the realtor who was very quick to respond, who then relayed this to the property manager who took days to take care of these things. 3. Lastly, the biggest issue was that the AC broke on the second and 3rd floors. The third floor was 85 degrees for our entire stay. The second floor was in the high 70s. The realtor’s response was to sleep with the windows open (with no screens). My kids ended up sleeping on the hard wood floor in our bedroom as the only option. On the last day an AC repairman came. He said he had been to the property the day BEFORE our lease started and told the owner the unit needed to be replaced. In spite of this, we were not given any refund for this. Infuriating, especially given how much they charge for this place.

All guests should note that when booking online, you must agree to the TERMS and CONDITIONS, which serve as the lease agreement that you will later sign. Regarding the foil pan on the grill, I apologize for this oversight. The previous tenant was responsible for cleaning the grill, and my property manager immediately addressed this issue once it was brought to our attention. The elevator does work. All doors MUST be completely closed. Concerning the awning, while the lease does not specify the presence of an awning, we had arranged for its installation. Unfortunately, the company responsible for this did not arrive as scheduled despite our reminders, which was beyond our control. My property manager confirmed that the windows have screens, and it is unclear why the tenant reported otherwise. We promptly responded to any reported issues and ordered the necessary parts. It's uncertain how many of these problems were caused by the tenant themselves. Regarding the air conditioning, we acted quickly by having a technician add refrigerant the very next day. I have invoices to show that he was there on May 28 and again on May 30, not just on the last day of the tenant's stay. The technician did not indicate that the entire unit needed replacement but identified a part that needed ordering, which was done immediately. Unfortunately, the part did not arrive during the tenant's stay. As a gesture of goodwill, a refund of $320 was provided to the tenant for their inconvenience.

Great Girl’s Weekend

This property was perfect for our annual girl’s weekend. It was decorated beautifully, it was clean and the bedrooms were perfect to accommodate 8 of us. We were lucky with the weather so we could take advantage of the beautiful porch and enjoy the shining sun. The location was great, we were able to walk to the beach and the shopping areas. We will definitely be back!

Family gathering between Christmas and New Year's in CM

Overall the property is lovely and very accommodating for 12 people. Supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags was less than adequate. The cleaning crew failed to inspect the outdoor grills and vacuum cleaner as they were filthy. We reported that two floor boards on the front porch in front of the door need to be secured...it's a safety hazard. Otherwise, a very nice property in an excellent location.

I need to separate the house from the experience. The house was beautiful snd very well equipped with the exception of blankets and pillows. The location can’t be beat. However the lack of heat on the second floor and the failure to be able to address this on the day we arrived was a somewhat challenging e perience.

The perfect weekend getaway

We were blown away when we actually arrived at the house. Photos do not to it justice. Absolutely beautiful home! We def utilized the front porch during our entire stay. A short walk into town, a block away from the beach, and a fun local hangout in Harry’s just around the corner. Plenty of room for all of us who stayed ( we were there for my cousins wedding) as we were already talking about renting the house again for another long weekend before we even left. It was a weekend I’ll never forget

well kept property on a nice street

We arrived to it impeccably cleaned. The house is a perfect fit for two families to visit together. It's an easy block walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Washington Street. Ami was immediately responsive and helpful when we had inquiries, too. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing Find!

We arrived for a girls weekend and were BLOWN away by the property! We all joked we loved the finishes and style of the place and wished the interior decorating would come to our house! The house had all the things you’d need in the kitchen! It was clean and extremely well maintained! The walk to the beach you can’t beat !! We enjoyed the porch but agreed the back deck table could use an umbrella! Maybe add a firepit to the backyard to make it even more amazing??? The check in check out process was very easy and we most definitely will be back!!! Only negative was the firmness of the mattresses— maybe have a pillow topper stored in the closet for those who prefer a little softer? But that’s it I have to nickpick!!
