Welcome to The Cottage at 37!! This 133 year old classic Victorian has been brought up to date with modern amenities while maintaining its character and Cape May charm. This property, located in the middle of the Cape May Historic District, is steps away from the famous Washington Street Mall and a half block from Cape Mays award winning beaches, perfect if you want to spend the day shopping, or sunning! This spacious 3 story, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has space to sleep 17, PLEASE NOTE LINENS NOT PROVIDED and the dining room and eat in kitchen accommodate everyone for meals, games or good conversation. The Cottage at 37 has two sitting rooms on the first floor that will allow your group to spread out a bit, or relax on the traditional front porch, uniquely located for some of Cape Mays best people watching. The dining room accommodates 12 guests while the eat-in-kitchen offers seating for another 6 guests.There is a sunroom on the second floor, overlooking Jackson St, set up with a small desk, if you are looking to check in at work or catch up on a good book. For those who really wish to relax, a private patio in the backyard provides space and calm to recharge. When its time to retire, or just a quick nap, the second floor has four bedrooms, two with ensuite baths and the third with a large, clawfoot tub, original to the house. The remaining 2 bedrooms on the third floor share a Jack and Jill bath, and views across the city rooftops. The Cottage at 37 has two offsite parking spaces, included with the rental.
