Bellamente decorada casa de nueva construcción en SEAVIEW en alquiler. Vistas de la bahía desde casi todas las habitaciones de la casa hasta el jacuzzi para 8 personas en la cubierta. Cinco habitaciones, 3 baños completos con una nueva ducha al aire libre de cedro. Todo el nuevo sistema de Sonos en toda la casa con TV y WIFI.
La nueva COCINA está completamente equipada y lista para cocinar si solo desea una noche agradable en casa.
La casa duerme 11, hasta 13 si necesita el sofá cama.
La cubierta exterior tiene dos encimeras de granito con un fregadero, un lugar de almacenamiento y una nevera con máquina de hielo para disfrutar de una excelente comida y comedor al aire libre. Nueva lavadora y secadora para su comodidad.
Sillas de playa, bicicletas y accesorios incluidos.
Me encantaría tenerte para el verano o el mes, pero se alquilará semanalmente si aún está disponible.
Familias solo sin acciones.

If you have never been to Seaview there is a feeling like NO OTHER when you get off the Ferry. If you didn't know where you were going you would think you were in the Caribbean. For those who have been here before you know Exactly what I am talking about!
Grab a cup of coffee, walk out the front door and savor the smell of the Bay as you watch the Sunrise......

I built this house with families in mind enjoying themselves. For some so close to home yet So Far Away!
It is 3 blocks from all the Shops, Restaurants and most important Ice Cream shops in Ocean Beach, but with far enough to enjoy a good nights sleep as it is very quiet at night.
We also have our own private security that keeps out any undesirables that may have had too good a time at neighboring communities.

One house from the Bay with Beautiful Water views as well as around the corner from the Seaview Ferries, Marina a Great Market and Liquor Store owned by a great family. There is even a quaint Flower shop.
You get off the Ferry pick up your cart that comes with house and Your Vacation has Started!
With the two Outdoor Granite Countertops, bar sink, refrigerator with Ice Maker along with Tons of seating this is a great home for Entertaining!
Invite Friends over from the mainland to enjoy a day at the beach with you as well as plenty of room to continue the fun back at the house!
Because of my attention to detail and how well maintained my home is if you are interested I encourage you not to Hesitate as we book up quickly!
