Acomódese para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones en esta casa clásica ubicada en el extremo sur de la isla de Pawley. Este cuarto de baño de cuatro habitaciones cuenta con una cocina completa y comedor, sala de estar con televisión por cable e internet inalámbrico. Disfrute de muchas vistas del frente al mar que esta casa tiene para ofrecer mientras está sentado en la terraza o en el porche cerrado. El tamaño de las camas es de dos reinas y cuatro individuales, pisos de madera noble originales en todo el lugar, una ducha al aire libre con agua fría y caliente y un elevador para uso de los huéspedes.

The house is so cute and well maintained and the location couldn't be better. We lived on the porch with the windows open when we weren't by the water. It was so wonderful to be here the waves and feel the breeze all the time. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

What a great house!

Kitchen, under beds, bathrooms, etc. Bedrooms would be warm in the winter but worked fine for us.

Great Location But House Needs Work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location. But the house needs work. First there was a lot of water coming in from the roof during a rainstorm. Turns out a lot of tiles were missing from the roof. Secondly the master bathroom needs a lot of work - the wallpaper is peeling and the shower rod is rusty. The couch in the living room is rattan and not very comfortable. The house is quite so an ious and has a nice sunroom.

It was great!My only complaint is when we got there it was extremely hot in the house. It was set at 76 and said "keep at 76". That is way to hot to keep a house when its in the 90's. It did cool off once we lowered the temp but there was no way we could keep it at 76 and be happy and comfortable. The rooms don't seem to have good airflow and were stuffy. They have fans in the bedrooms so we used those. The place could use an updated AC unit. Thankfully the place eventually cooled off in all and we stopped sweating. The house itself was great and the locations is the selling point to this house. I would stay again. Staff was really nice when checking in!

Peaceful vacation

There were multiple leaks, 4 that we counted 3 in the living room and one in the kitchen. Gave me concern that there maybe a mold problem.

Thank you for your review. The homeowner has been working very hard with the roofing company in our area to repair and replace these spots. It typically only happens when there is a heavy rainfall with wind. There is no mold in the property - all our properties are tested for it regularly due to the high humidity of our area. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your vacation otherwise and we hope to have you back in the future! Update: The roof was completely replaced in Feb of 2023.

First and last time at Dingy

Spent too much time putting out pots to catch water leaking in, then making sure the kids didn’t trip over them when playing inside. Would not stay again and think we should get some monetary compensation

Thank you for your review. The owner just had the roof replaced over the fall and continues to make upgrades and adjustments to the home. Unfortunately most of the houses in Pawleys Island face leaks when it rains VERY heavily and that comes with the territory of renting classic Pawleys Island beach cottages. Certainly we hope this did not disrupt your stay too much and we hope to have you back in Pawleys Island again in the future! Update: The roof was completely replaced in Feb of 2023.

Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time - first time at the little house. we usually stay at another house. great location can beat the view of the beach, screened in back was nice, house had some problems though. Kitchen sink was leaking and roof - we were mopping up water. quaint little house. just needs a good cleaning. I left a necklace behind, i believe it fell on the bathroom floor; called the office they said they would check on it and no one ever got back to me. that was disappointing. otherwise overall a good family time.
