Boyleston Place. Situado a poca distancia del muelle, restaurantes y playa. ¡Está en un excelente lugar! Este condominio está bellamente decorado. Hay 2 dormitorios. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, televisión y un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene 1 cama doble y dos camas de día con una cama nido. Hay un baño completo en el pasillo junto con una lavadora y secadora. El salón tiene un reproductor de DVD, televisión por cable, VCR, estéreo y una terraza privada. La cocina da al comedor que tiene una mesa para 6 personas. La cocina está totalmente equipada con estufa, refrigerador, lavavajillas y microondas.

Overall good experience
Check in was easy, location was as described. Trash cans from the units were beside parking spot and stairs so there was an odor when entering and exiting, otherwise nothing negative to say. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants, easy walk to the beach.

The property was very conveniently located, just as described. It was clean and size was perfect for 4 of us. Only complaint was there was not a single scrap of toilet paper, napkin or paper towel provided. Very inconvenient when we traveled thousands of miles to get there and didn’t know our way around the town to purchase supplies.

Perfect location!
Extremely clean! Most comfortable sectional sofa in the living room I've ever sat on. (This is not the sofa in the picture) Location is perfect to walking everywhere! Only negative: 4 adults were not comfortable here. 2 beds in one room; one being a daybed and the other queen bed being an older mattress that sunk in the middle and was on rollers, it moved when you turned over. Our adult son actually went and stayed with a friend in Savannah 2 of our 3 nights...after trying to sleep on it the first night. Would probably have been fine for children. Next time we will know, this is great for the two of us but not with 2 other adults.

Overall we were satisfied....the decorative pillows on the beds were not super clean, but the sheets and regular pillows were ok. Nice space, otherwise, and suited our needs.

Loved It!
Great location! I don’t ask much of a beach rental, because I’m not looking to spend much time in the condo, but the rooms, beds, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean and spacious. Two things that people never mention that have tripped me up in the past are; shower water pressure and TV service. Both were great. No view, but the walk to the beach is so short that it’s well worth it for the price. The only thing that was an issue was the parking. I have a ‘garden variety’ Ford F150 and getting in and out of the parking spot was an exercise in 9-point parking. There’s nothing that the property owner can do. It’s just the way the buildings are constructed. If you’re bringing a big vehicle… pack some patience. Overall, I highly recommend.

Great location but could use updating
The balcony floor and outside table was dirty. Dirt was sticking to our feet. Also the sliding glass door needs oiled or greased. The kids could not open easily. I swept when we arrived bc dirt was sticking to our feet. Under the couch could use a good sweeping. The furniture and decorations are very out dated. Other units that have the same layout are much more updated. We scheduled last minute so we didn’t have much choice. The location was great. It doesn’t sleep 6 adults. For the kids it was fine. They each had their own bed. A couple extra towels would great. It was fine for our short stay. If we scheduled a few months earlier we could have much nicer condo for around the same price.

Location was great
Location was the best you're going to get without paying "beachfront" prices. There is no View, at all, but location was Great. Could definitely use some updating. Id like to be able to set the thermostat wherever I want when I rent a place but this one limits your setting ability to 70.

Great location for Tybee Island Beach vacation
My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot at this 2 BR Tybee Island condo/apt unit. Two full baths and plenty of space for a family of four (two adult children). Nice kitchen, dining, and living room space, and a nice sized deck. The location gave free parking spot which public parking on Tybee is worth somewhere around $2-3.50/hour during 8am-8pm when parking anywhere other than a few shopping parking lots and tourist lots. We loved walking to the beach and dining, not having to get sand in the vehicle to get to/fro. The downsides were minor and mostly fixable. Minor things like not having any leftover old spices/kitchen sundries was annoying, all my VRBO stays have some starting amount of basics like aluminum foil; this stay gave bare minimum of salt/pepper, one paper towel roll, one trash bag, one TP per bath. Minimalist. Toilet seats need replacing as does the couch inside. Outside porch 'carpet' needs replacing as does the wicker furniture outside, and cleaning the siding would be a nice improvement over the dingy it had when we stayed there. The neighbors upstairs can be loud, so YMMV as it pertains to who chooses to run a vacuum over hard surfaces at 10:30pm-1am.... Annoying for us but not a permanent problem. We very much liked it and would recommend it to someone else wanting to stay a spell on Tybee Island. It was super convenient to catch sunsets and sunrises at the main pier and pavillion. Lovely vacation! :)

True to description, I'd return again!
This was a nice, clean property. I did wish for quieter neighbors upstairs. I also wish I'd realized from the listing that we would have stairs (just the 1 set) - the elevator being very awkwardly placed. However I would certainly stay again - it was so close to everything in Tybee!

Needs help
Lack of towels, lack of pots and pans, lack of dishes. Thermostat would not go lower then 70. Guest bedroom….. bed was horrible. The floor was more comfortable. TVs were great maybe in 1990. The towels that were provided were full of stains. We left a day earlier then scheduled due to unhappiness.

Great place to stay at Tybee
This place is great for a single family vacation. All items for daily living are included. Best part is the location with a short walk to the beach. Parking is a little tight but that's how it is everywhere on island. Screen on porch would be a nice upgrade to the property.

Overall we had a great time. We planned a somewhat last minute vacation and still managed to get a location that worked out amazingly for us. With myself and three family members, we still felt like the lodging had more than enough space.
