El complejo ofrece dos canchas de tenis, 2 piscinas (1 climatizada durante todo el año) y 2 jacuzzis y acceso a la playa. Esta encantadora comunidad costera se encuentra a poca distancia de Fletcher Cove, Dog Beach, Belly Up Tavern, Cedros Shopping District, The Train Station y muchos restaurantes al aire libre. Great Spot by the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo. It was perfect for relaxing upstairs on the deck watching sunset. It's a short walk across the complex and down the stairs to the beach. There is no AC so keep that in mind but there were plenty of fans in the bedrooms and the ocean air kept the upstairs cool. The kitchen has all the utensils you need and there are plenty of eating options within walking distance.

Fall Break at the Beach

It is a long walk to the steps to get down to the beach compared to the other units in the complex, but that doesn’t matter unless you’ve got little kids in tow. The dishwasher pump failed while we were there, but Dave Stubbs had someone out the same day to address it.

Great Location, Great Condo and Great Staff

The location is perfect as the complex is on a relatively quiet street, the unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and it is a reasonably short walk down to the beach (there is a long, wooden staircase you have to go down to get to the beach, so don't bring a ton of stuff with you). The pictures of the unit are accurate and the leasing office staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get us checked in early and, because our flight out was late in the evening and nobody was checking in on our departure date, they let us check out after 5 with a minimal late check-out fee (i.e. the equivalent of a hotel late check-out fee that only gets you a couple of extra hours rather than a whole afternoon). I would definitely rent this unit again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very dirty. The sheets were dirty with stains all over them, kitchen dishes had all food stains on them and some of the kitchen equipment was broken. The dryer did not work and the house had ants all in the master bathroom and closet. The patio furniture was broken and lastly it is not a one minute walk to the beach more like a 8 minute walk and a lot of stairs. If I’m not mistaken more than 30. I did inform the office about all this information and he did bring us new sheets for the master bedroom and dropped off ant spray. He send out a maintenance guy that did nothing with the dryer just said make sure to close the dryer door.After that I did not want them to come back and do anything just wanted to enjoy the rest of my stay with my family.Me and my family will never be staying at that rental property again.

Nice Views in a Great Location

The property was very clean with the exception of some fuzz from the rugs that my one-year-old enjoyed picking up and throwing in the trash. The location is great because we can walk to Station Sushi and Pizza Port - our two favorites. Grocery stores are just a short drive - Gelson’s is our go-to when we’re here.You really can’t go wrong with Seascape Sur and the adjacent properties. The location can’t be beat if you enjoy leaving your car in the garage and walking. We drive to the grocery store and then maybe the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, or LEGOLAND, but that’s it.

I have stayed at many places in the San Diego area and this was one of the better ones. Solana Beach is way less crowded than downtown and has really good restaurants. I would tell anyone staying is that the only concern is the unit doesn’t have AC and on days where the temps are up, fans just didn’t cut it. Made it hard to sleep. Otherwise a perfectly updated older unit.

Family vacation

Great location, amazing view from the deck and living room! The kitchen and living room upgraded and nicely decorated. downstairs there are spacy 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There are comfortable mattresses and bedding. The only thing that it certainly needs some upgrades and cleaning! Overall recommend.

Moonsets over the ocean!

Visiting SD for an extended work engagement. While it was Gray May, the view from the upstairs living quarters were spectacular - saw both sun and moonsets. The condo was wonderfully appointed and had all the comforts of home (down to the coffee grinder). I'm only sad that it isn't available for my next few work trips....
