Kealia 105 tiene pisos de baldosas, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo para mantenerte fresco; una cocina totalmente equipada para mantenerte alimentado; y una lavadora / secadora en la unidad para mantenerte limpio. A beautiful location to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. So close to the airport and other places. The grounds are well kelp and beautiful. The views are amazing. Sit and chill at the pool or on the beach. It’s a half mile beach walk to get shaved ice and goodies at the ABC store. The pool is relaxing. They have a nice BBQ area where you can enjoy dinner and the sunset. This place is wonderful!! The staff is so friendly!!

Great location. Well kept property

This is a nice first floor unit. We slept with window open in bedroom as the ac didn't really cool it off. I'm a light sleeper so was a bit noisy with window open. Condo had everything you could need except thought it was odd with no bar stools to sit in the house to eat and cool off. Felt like a safe area. Had lots of little black flies at night. Not sure what they were except annoying. Everything was a pretty short drive away. Loved sitting on the Lani.

Just steps away from the beach. The newly renovated bathroom is very senior friendly as it has bars in the shower and a raised tiolet seat. The property was always very clean. The manager and maintenance man provided great customer service.

Quiet Beach Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Kealia Resort is a nice quiet location at the north end of chain of resorts spanning down Kihei road. The Sugar beach is in your backyard which you can stroll along the soft white sand or just sit and relax in the beach chairs provided in the unit.Close by is an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop(The Malasadas there are excellent), and Ululani's Hawaiian Shaved Ice.Grocery stores and restaurants are a 5-10min drive down Kihei Rd.The unit was nice and roomy, comfy bed, AC, and a full kitchen. We ate breakfast daily out on the patio with the ocean as our backdrop. Be wary of the chicken that roam the outside, they will try to steal you breakfast if you're not paying attention.The room has beach equipment that you can use. We only used the beach chairs and and umbrella, they were well used and probably should be replaced soon, but they served their purpose.Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

The Owners and staff at the Kealia Resort provided for an excellent, welcoming, very much appreciated 12 day stay. ALOHA was everywhere. Furnishings. Towels/Bedding. Decorations. Kitchen. Bath. Washer/Dryer. The abundance of conveniences made everyday naturally beautiful and comfortable.

Maui Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Up to and making reservations was great and people were very easy to work with. we appreciated this help very much. What put a damper on the whole vacation is when the facility put swimming pool access restrictions while we were there. Our family of kids and adults couldn't swim after 5:00 pm or from 12-1. This was not family friendly. There were no compromises. We feel we need to receive some monetary return as we would NOT have reserved the Kealia Resort for family vacation. This is what the manager and elderly people need to understand - noisey children are not bad children. Old people can have their sunsets and balcony evening wine even when the kids - supervised mind you - are playing in the pool. The whole experience was so upsetting. A person there said they have owned a condo for over 30 years and never experienced such a thing. So, what should have been an absolute happy wonderful family holiday became very sad. Destination Maui needs to advertise that children are not welcome.

The Best View!

Property was great. We saw some reviews that said it was dated. We didn't think that. The furniture was a bit dated but condo was updated. Be careful with the shower because water will splash out. There is a Safeway a few minutes south which was a great place to buy supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view with isolated beach

Loved the location of this property. The beach is footsteps away and it is peaceful and isolated. The view from the porch was amazing. The condo also provided everything I needed such as beach chairs and a snorkeling set. Only feedback is that the condo could use some updating but didn’t bother me at all although it may drive other renters away. For those of us that care more about the view and location, it was perfect!

Awesome condo

This little condo was the same as it was described. Kitchen was fully stoked with dishes, we were able to save some money cooking comfortably at the condo. Two adults and two kids comfortably fit in the condo. It was so nice to have all meals at the lanai. Will sure come back. Thank you.

Nice place, close to many attractions.

Overall enjoyed our stay here. No air conditioner in bedroom so hot at night, but fan helped. Spot check cleaning in bathroom and bathroom sink area. Some dishes and utensils also not clean. We cleaned them if we needed to use. Chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and towels, and small table available that was stored in bedroom closet. Would stay at this condominium again.

A slice of paradise

Lovely updated condo, private lanai perfect for awesome sunset watching, very nice amenities but was missing a pineapple cutter/corer. 4 stars for road noise but its not much and the surf does drown it out for the most part. On 6 mile quiet sugar beach, perfect for long walks, the grounds are lovely. Walk to farmers market near kihei canoe club, sugar beach bakery, try the malasadas! and Ululanis shave ice, abc store. Overall wonderful place, i will be back here, hopefully soon!

We have been coming to the Kealia for years and we see many of the folks here when we come. The management team is the best and guest are friendly. We used to stay in other properties in Maui but as I said we love this place the best.
