¡Hakuna Matata es un lugar exquisito para tus próximas vacaciones! Esta increíble casa de vacaciones ofrece 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños, además de una hermosa y amplia área de cocina y comedor. La comunidad ofrece una hermosa piscina y un centro de tenis para su disfrute. Se proporcionan 2 bicicletas de supervisión que le permitirán subir y bajar por el hermoso y pintoresco 30A y se encuentra a solo 7 km del punto de acceso a la playa.

Al entrar verá el hermoso plano de planta abierta y, a su izquierda, un porche cubierto que es perfecto para su café de la mañana. La hermosa cocina contiene una maravillosa isla grande. En el primer piso verá un amplio dormitorio principal con una cama king size y un magnífico baño principal. La lavadora y la secadora están ubicadas en el primer piso para su comodidad, así como también un enfriador de vino. Ubicados en el segundo piso, hay dos habitaciones: una con una cama tamaño queen y otra con una cama king size con un baño contiguo entre las habitaciones.

Encontrará muchos restaurantes excelentes en el área dentro de 2 millas. Si lo que buscas es pizza, la pizzería y pasta Angelina no te decepcionará. Si la pizza no es lo tuyo, 723 Whiskey Bravo tiene excelentes hamburguesas, mariscos y bistec. Amavida Coffee and Tea, junto con Great Southern Café son un par de otros favoritos locales.

The home is spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. Super Convenient to beach and right across from pool. Ample space for our family to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped and made hosting multi-family dinners easy. We loved the screen-in porch and the bikes were great! Special family memories made in this beautiful home! Can’t wait to return soon! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Winter get away in quiet Segrove

Although not tropical conditions the weather was fair and got us away from the Cincinnati winter. The house was great. Very clean and well appointed. Everything was there we needed. Location in quiet Seagrove neighborhood was easily accessible to everything the area had to offer by bicycle. Would definitely recommend and may be returning.

January 2022 Stay

We loved our time at Hakuna Matata. The kitchen is well equipped including an Instant Pot, Crock Pot, Keurig & standard coffee pot. Only item I wish it had was a liquid measuring cup. House could use a deep clean but nothing we couldn't deal with. Ohers have commented on the comfy couch, we disagree but that's personal preference. MBRM bed was comfy, bath was nice but needs some attention. We would recommend this house to others but probably will not return mainly due to couch.

June 2019 Stay

We couldn’t be happier! What a wonderful home for a family vacation! Everything was immaculate when we arrived. Just as the pictures depicted. A half mile walk or bike ride to the beach access and a mile from Seaside. Perfect for us, our daughters and their friends. The beach in this area was not crowded and so relaxing. The house has everything you will need, a well-stocked kitchen, a great layout and great screened porch! Highly recommend and will be back!! I didn’t take a pic of the house BUT all of the pics online are 100% as it is! Beautiful!! Hard to leave!

The pictures don’t even give it justice and it was immaculate! .5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from Seaside. Perfect location. The kitchen has all of the things you will need, perfectly stocked. The bikes are in great condition, the screened in porch was fabulous! We would totally rent again! Loved it all!!

The house was spotless, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The photos do not do this place justice. We loved the open concept of the house and especially loved the big screened in porch. The neighborhood was quiet and adorable and we enjoyed many walks and golf carts rides. We also took advantage of the bikes almost daily, which was so much fun. We have talked about coming back next year and renting Hakuna Matata again. It was a perfect spot for us.

Great house with some A/C issues

The layout was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and there is a room that is off the living room with a door that was a perfect office for the work my husband needed to do during our stay. The property was generally clean, and nothing rose to the level of needing to contact the management company but the bathrooms could use a new round of caulk and the kitchen could benefit from a deep clean (cabinet fronts had food smudges, food fell off the placemats when we moved them the first night, food stuck on some utensils and the strainer, etc). The air conditioner has something strange going on and is very loud and doesn't seem to work efficiently so it runs often. There is a portable air conditioner in the primary bedroom which does work to keep the room cool but is also very loud. If they are are able to fix the central A/C it would be a place we would love to stay again. The neighborhood amenities (pool, tennis/pickleball courts) were great and a lot of fun. We rented a golf cart to go to and from the beach and although not necessary, made trips back and forth much easier and nicer. We had one issue with the door lock that required the management company to come out and they responded quickly and solved the problem temporarily for us and had a plan to fix it but we left the next day.

By far my wife's favorite part of the house was the swing on the porch!Overall the house was great, could use a deep clean sooner rather than later but nothing we couldn't deal with. Neighborhood was very quiet and we very much enjoyed the visits from the deer.

We did drive each day, but we could have easily have biked to the beach. The home was lovely and the couch was so comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the evenings and even using the grill. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!
