Entre el encantador interior actualizado y la increíble ubicación, Gulf Place Six Palms 2B seguramente será el favorito de la familia al que volverá año tras año. Durante su estadía en Gulf Place, tendrá acceso a algunas comodidades espectaculares que incluyen tres piscinas, un anfiteatro al aire libre, tiendas y restaurantes en el centro de la ciudad y un quiosco de artistas locales. ¡Encontrará alojamientos cómodos para hasta seis huéspedes, lo que lo convierte en el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o una escapada rápida!

Dentro del condominio descubrirá dos habitaciones y un amplio plano de planta abierto. La sala de estar está cómodamente amueblada e incluye un gran televisor de pantalla plana. Salga a su balcón privado y disfrute de las vistas del centro de la ciudad y del acceso a la playa a solo unos pasos. Dentro de la cocina totalmente equipada, equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encontrará los utensilios de cocina y vajilla que necesita para preparar las comidas favoritas de su familia.

Beach view was as indicated. Condo was clean and very well equipped. Instructions for entering the building were non-existent!! Accidentally found an elevator door and Condo entrance...frustrating!

Friends Trip

We would 100% rebook this property again. It was just across the street from Shunk Gully and the public access to the beach. It was definitely enough space for the 4 of us, my only wish is that maybe the secondary bedroom had twin beds instead of a queen. The only issues we had was, we didn’t really know where to park, so we just kind of hoped for the best, the pools are scattered throughout the property and there isn’t really a good map to show where they are other then looking on google maps and the biggest issue was the primary bedrooms sliding door. I was stuck in the bedroom for about 20 min until one of my friends found the properties tool kit and was able to maneuver the door open. We tried contacting the property manager and they said they would call someone but no one ever came. Hopefully they will fix it before there next stay because it was a huge safety issue.

Vacation

Nice decor. The area is beautiful and close to the beach and restaurants! Only thing negative is it is loud as the condo is on the street side so bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in later. Comfortable beds and great bathroom’s!

Conveniently located to beach and great restaurants.

We usually don’t stay at town center but we decided to give it a try. It was so nice to walk everywhere. Parking was plentiful when we did need it. Also, no waiting on elevator. There was a lot of activity but everything was quiet by 11pm. Loved it!

Great Location

All in all this is a great place to stay if you want to be in the center of it all. Just know there is road noise as this unit is located on the main road into Gulf Place and 30A. Thankfully we had fans to drown out the street noise and people. Lots of evenings spent drinking a glass of wine and people watching from the balcony. It was nice to hear live music from Shelby's Beach Bar in the evenings. The unit could use a little more cleaning (the vents were coated with dust and we stripped linens the first night and washed them as their was sand in our sheets). Also, the dryer probably needs to be cleaned as it ruined 4 of my lululemon shirts. The dryer gave off some black marks on our clothes. So be careful not to put anything of value in the dryer until it is fixed. The kitchen was equipped with just enough, but if you want something special, bring it with you. There is no crockpot, and not all pots/pans/skillets have their lids. There were coffee filters, so no need to bring those. The parking was an issue trying to find and vie for a space around the property to park, unload, etc. This is the second time I have visited Gulf Place and will most likely be back, I just don't know that I would rent this unit again. But it's still a beautiful place to spend a week and it was a mother/daughter trip, so we made the best of our beautiful week together.

Exactly What We Needed

The space was clean, beautiful, exactly as described, and about 1/2 a block from a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. There was good parking, and there were delicious restaurants just downstairs.

Perfect for a girls trip!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip and it was great! Very clean, plenty of room, well equipped and just steps to the beach!! Will definitely stay here again! 🏖😎🌴

Gulf Place Vacay

This property was small but had everything needed . Nothing fancy. Kitchen was well equipped. Access was easy. Location great. Nearby restaurants. Only negative was the linens. They were thin and tired. Also which switched worked which plugs was a mystery. Would stay there again

We had a great time in Santa Rosa. This condo was perfect. So clean, and walking distance to Beach, restaurants . Management company was very quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Awesome week!

We had a fabulous week. Wasn’t sure what it would be like to be at the beach in the fall, but we all agreed this is the perfect time to be here. Condo accommodated 4 adults perfectly. The location was wonderful; with the beach, food and shopping all within walking distance. Already planning on our next trip!

Excellent Beach Experience!

Stayed at Gulf Place a few times before, and like to mix up occasionally staying in different condos, just for the experiences. This one will be one I would plan to return to. Excellent overall! Enjoyed my time there.

Quick Spring Break

Absolutely love this area of Santa Rosa Beach. Pros - very well equipped unit, plenty of room, really clean. Cons - Balcony very small, air will not go below 69, TV's are terrible. Overall - 4.5!

Awesome rental

Exactly as described. My only issue was I like to sleep in a dark room. Just know that at 5:45 every morning it’s daylight and somewhat noisy on the street. Other than that it was an awesome rental.

Welcoming decor. I felt like I decorated it myself. So cute!

The location is amazing. Within a block or two of everything (shops, restaurants, and beach). Used all the pools and enjoyed each of them. Our favorite was the one in the back of the complex as it was the biggest and least busy.

Nice property

This was a nice property, however there were some issues. We could tell that no one had stayed in it for a while because it was dusty and there were dust bunnies under furniture and light bulbs burned out. The closet space in these units is next to nothing and if you are staying for an extended time ( we stayed a month) there is no place to hang clothes. The kitchen had no potholders, one dish towel, nothing to store food in and hardly any place to store our food. Otherwise it was comfortable.

Great location!

Nice view of the ocean and downtown Gulf Place, convenient to stores and restaurants. Could have provided more towels and washcloths (only one per person), but it does have a washer and dryer. Overall it was very nice!
