Gran casa junto a la bahía 2 casas del océano con mucho espacio para extenderse y hermosas vistas del agua desde las salas de estar, el comedor, los porches cubiertos, la terraza en la azotea y el dormitorio principal en la hermosa zona de North Beach. La casa fue diseñada para viviendas multifamiliares con 2 cocinas, 2 salas de estar, 2 porches y 8 habitaciones. Vida invertida: fácil acceso al océano (2 minutos a pie) a una playa vigilada y buenas vistas a la bahía y acceso (1/2 cuadra). Mira el amanecer desde la terraza de la playa; la puesta de sol desde la cubierta lateral de la bahía. O disfrute de todo desde la bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza de la azotea que ofrece vistas panorámicas.

La casa duerme 19 en camas más 2 futones en la habitación familiar. Hay: 1 cama king; 6 camas queen; 2 juegos de literas; 2 futones de tamaño completo. 6 baños completos. Televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones equipadas con cable básico y Wifi seguro. Disfrute de las dos duchas exteriores cuando regrese de un gran día en la playa. House también cuenta con 2 juegos de lavadoras y secadoras.

Family vacation.

Our whole immediate family was together for this amazing vacation. Location was wonderful. House was well stocked with beach chairs and beach toys and there was plenty for all of us.We spent many wonderful hours at the beach.

We had a great time at the house. We loved the location because it was a short walk to the beach and restaurant and shopping were close but not too close. There were a few things not working correctly but Heather is very responsive and had things fixed quickly.

Great family vacation location!

I can't say enough positive things about our experience renting from Heather! The house is exactly as pictured and feels even larger in person- plenty of space for our extended family vacation of 16 ppl. The beach is so close, beautifully maintained, and almost feels private. The views from the roof deck are spectacular. Heather was a responsive and super helpful host. I hope we are able to come back here again in the future!!!

Multi Generation Fam Getaway

We enjoyed our stay more than I can put into words. The house was perfect. I loved the layout, the accommodations, and everything about our trip! The house host Heather was easy to get in touch with when we had questions or needed anything. From great grandma to great grandkids we were all comfortable here and happy! Highly recommend!

Long weekend in LBI

We rented this house for our family to all be together for a last summer weekend. We had so much fun at the beach and with the karaoke machine there. I would highly recommend this house to families and friends who all want to stay together in the same house. There were enough bedrooms and baths for everyone.

Perfect for large families/groups

Our hostess, Heather, was quick to respond to any questions or issues. Loved the rooftop hot tub and sunset views are amazing! The house is set up like two homes connected by pocket doors, which makes it perfect for two families or groups. We would definitely rebook this house!!

Perfect house

We rented this house for New Year’s weekend and it was great. Ages ranged from 6 months to 35 and everyone was happy! The two kitchen and two living rooms were extremely beneficial with a large group and a lot of kids. Thanks again Heather!

Fantastic beach vacation!

This house was perfect for a big family trip—ages 1 to 81! There were plenty of bedrooms and spaces to hang out, and we loved having dinners out on the deck and watching the sunset The quick walk to the beach was ideal—especially with little kids and all their gear.Heather's home was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well-stocked. There were tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and other essentials that made our beach days so easy and fun. The open layout of the kitchen and living areas made it easy to cook, relax, and spend time together without feeling crowded. Truly a wonderful spot—we'd absolutely come back!

Perfect getaway

My extended family of 12 stayed at the house for one week this summer. The house is perfectly set up for a large group with two kitchens and two living areas, and in the evenings we would eat all together on the large deck overlooking the sunset. It is a very short walk to a lovely uncrowded beach, and the house is equipped with everything you need from beach gear to bicycles. Lastly, I want to say that communication with the owner was really great- she was so warm, helpful, and available. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect vacation for a large group

We decided to take a trip with 4 other families for a long weekend and stumbled upon the perfect house for a getaway with teenagers. We had our own space and they had their own space. It could not have been situated any better. I Heather was great. She answered all my questions before arriving and provided us with lots of info that made our weekend easy breezy. The house is a short walk to the beach and everything you need is right there. We had a great weekend and hope to be back again someday!

Great family reunion

The 15 of us had a wonderful time in a lovely home, walking distance from the beach. Everyone had a comfortable room with good mattresses! The house was delightfully air conditioned for the heat wave we had during our week. The owner was available to answer all our questions and kept in touch. A small quibble: there wasn’t a big enough table inside to seat us all. The porch tables were fine but it was just too hot to have our meals out there! All-all a 5 star vacation for all of us.

Perfect House in the Best Location!

We enjoyed every minute of our beach vacation! We could not rave more about our stay. The property is very well maintained and super clean! Our group was concerned about social distancing and being outside and this property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Two of everything and a ton of space to be outside on the rooftop deck or balconies. As a property manager, Heather was so nice and really communicative. She answered any questions we had within minutes! The location is ideal, just a minute or two walk to the beach or a short bike ride to town. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we come back to LBI!

Great for kids and adults

We stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 7 kids ranging from 1-7 yes old) and the house was perfect. The kids loved the amount of bikes and ride on toys. It’s not on a busy street so the kids were able to enjoy them without the parents worrying. The bayside deck was a favorite, with stunning sunsets. Great spot for large groups and families.

Great Family House

The house has everything an extended family needs for a great beach vacation. Lots of room to spread out or gather together. There is one bedroom on the living space floor that we gave to the grandparents so they had less stairs to climb. The owner was also extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Family Reunion Week

Our large family had an amazing week at Heather’s incredible house. Even during the rain we had tons of space, games, views & enjoyed being together. Sunshine brought walks the the bay and beach—all within a block. I’d give the house and interaction with the owner 10-stars if I could!

Exceptional experience beginning to end

First for anyone reading this, the design of this house is ideal for anyone looking to escape the confines of pandemic-quarantine and also be able to invite friends/family while still maintaining healthy physical distancing. The house is divided into two distinct sections, each with its own bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen, and deck-with-a-view. The only shared space is the roof deck, which is spacious enough to gather together and keep your distance at the same time. The hosts were spot-on in ensuring the house was squeaky-clean — everything from the rooms to the linens were fresh and welcoming. When we arrived, there was a lovely, thoughtful gift basket, complete with a binder of helpful information about all the best things to experience on LBI. Beach badges are included. It's the kind of personal touch that really communicated to us that the owner is more than just a renter — they're a true, gracious host. The property: The location is just perfect — all the best LBI spots just a short drive or walk or bide ride away, and yet it still feels distant enough from the world that you can retreat to your own daydreams without interruption. The spaciousness of the house is the perfect respite we all so desperately need right now. The deck on one side of the house has a view to the ocean, and the opposite deck has a view to the bay. The house is located within a 5-minute casual stroll to the ocean and a 2-minute casual stroll to the bay. There's no need to choose between sunrise and sunset — you get both, every day. Outdoor showers let you quickly change into your swimsuit and rinse off the sand when you return. They've also thoughtfully provided bicycles, which we loved, as LBI is the best place for a relaxing bike ride. There's also a fantastic hot tub on the roof, where you can bask in every horizon while you soak in privacy and quiet. There's a lovely fireplace where we roasted marshmallows for s'mores one evening. The kitchens are enormous and fully outfitted with everything you could need for some casual cooking, including a grill downstairs. The master bed and en suite bathroom are luxuriously spacious, with a jacuzzi tub and a huge shower with water pressure you dream of. Honestly, we can't say enough wonderful things about this property and its people. We're sure that later on, we're going to think of more praise we forgot to add. We love to give glowing reviews whenever an experience calls for it, and this one absolutely did.

Why We Fell in the with the House:
Windows, light and water views!!! There are water views from all the living areas. porches, roof deck and the master. Even if we are stuck inside on a laptop, we can take in the beautiful water views. We love being with family and friends in this house because we are able to accommodate everyone without feeling like we're on top of each other. There are plenty of places to gather together as well as steal away for quiets moments alone.

Why We Fell in Love This Area: North Beach has a tranquil atmosphere that is away from the island chaos and traffic yet a short drive from the island entry, shops, restaurants and entertainment. We also loved the larger lots. Most of all, we LOVE OUR BEACH. Walk over the beautiful dunes to big wide beaches that are never crowded and have a lifeguard. Our house is close enough for our kids (and us!) to bike for ice cream or to Sunset Park to play.
