Esta es la segunda casa de nuestra familia y nuestro lugar favorito para ser! Es un lujoso condominio en el octavo piso de 1450 pies cuadrados, dos habitaciones, dos baños, lujoso en el Sanibel Harbor Resort and Spa, recientemente renovado y de clase mundial; ¡El único resort de cuatro estrellas y cuatro diamantes en el suroeste de Florida! El Sanibel Harbour Resort está situado en una península privada en 100 acres de exuberante y tropical costa virgen de la Bahía de San Carlos, en el Golfo de México.

Geat view.

We have been holidaying at both Bay and Harbour view for the past 10 years, first time after Ian. Everyone has done a great job getting back to normal. Henry was a great host and reacted quickly with any problems. The apartment was in good condition which could benefit from an update in the main bedroom, we found the bed small with burgandy bed sheets. Burgandy decor followed on into the bathroom, the toilet pan was unusually small / low which my wife found difficult to use due to her recovering from replacement knee surgery, she used the second bathroom which had been remodelled. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The view was incredible

The view from the lanai was the absolute best! Owner was very responsive for the most part with issues regarding air conditioner. Day 4 it was resolved. The condo was clean and owner provided a desk for my husband to work at during our stay which was nice. The condo itself had nice furnishings, however, it could use an update. The bed needs to be addressed as well as the flooring throughout. The area is perfect if you like privacy as we do. Note: the elevator quit working at least 4 times during our month visit. Alot of elder people could not use the stairs and had to wait in lobby until company came and fixed it. Overall, nice stay...friendly owners...FABULOUS VIEW!

Great View?

Loved spending time on the balcony looking at the causeway for many boats passing through. Condo was just as described. Thought it was a good value.

RELAXATION

The view was UNBELIEVABLE! Better than the picutres. The condo was better than the pictures. I thoroughly enjoyed the property because it wasn't commercialized and crowded with vacationers. Relaxing at the pool was actually relaxing. You didn't have to listen to someone else's music blaring so loud that you had to scream to talk. It was a different beach experience than I'm used to. AND I loved every second of it. I would definetly come back!

Nice view

It was nice location, didn’t like the open air to get to unit. Needed extra pots and pans and softer bathroom towels. Overall very nice for the price. My daughter and I enjoyed it.

Best vacation in years!

I was hesitant to rent a property on the bay as we usually stay on the gulf. However, the views from this condo are more than advertised! We saw manatees every day, plus many dolphins, rays, and a whole slew of different birds. The little private beach behind the condo is perfect for early morning fishing, if you’re so inclined. (It’s good for swimming and suntanning too. ) In the space of 100 feet of beach I caught mangrove snapper, lane snapper, snook, and a big jack crevalle. I also caught a lot of hard head catfish, but they are considered a “junk” fish on the gulf. The best part about this rental, however, is the owner, Henry. He accommodated us with an early check in when he was in no way obligated to…and it worked great as the previous renters were gone long before we got there. Henry also answered every question we had within minutes of us sending a text or email. I have quite literally, in 30 years of staying in condos on the Gulf of Mexico, never met an owner/manager more committed to customer service and ensuring everything is to your liking. It was a blessing for me and my family to stay there, and plan to do so again next year.

Great view is an understatement

There was some confusion with the email from the owner, but I called the number provided and he called back right away. We were greeted with a bottle of wine which my wife loves, the place was spotless, the view was beautiful. I thought that we would only be able to see the sunset, but because it's on the 8th floor you can also see the sunrise. Easy access to the beach, boat ramp, restaurant, shopping, all of which are just a hop, skip, and a jump away. The only thing I have to complain about is the bugs (no-see-ums) and the mattress. We ended up sleeping in the small beds. But that's no biggie.

Perfect for family vacation

This was a really perfect condo for our family. Very clean and comfortable space with an unbelievable view that doesn’t get old! My kids loved the pool and we spent many hours there everyday. Henry was extremely helpful and responsive. Would return in a heartbeat.

Great view!

This lovely condo has a great view and all the comforts of home to make your vacation enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats and dolphins and watching the sunset. The pool and grounds are well maintained. It is also close to several good restaurants and Sanibel Island.

All that was advertised and more. Unit 833 was very clean and well appointed. Very tasteful decor; very comfortable bed; both bathrooms are extremely high end. Great views of Sanibel Harbor and if you're a boating enthusiast, this is the place to be. Take some time to enjoy the views to the east as well. A great panorama of Ft. Meyers and Naples to the South.

Gorgeous, private retreat

This condo was located at the base of the Sanibel bridge which made it super convenient when you wanted to go to multiple beaches, like Fort Meyers Beach, Lover's Key, Captiva, etc. It also had a small private beach and pool for when you didn't want to venture far. Henry was very quick to respond when I had questions. I would highly recommend renting from him again.

The condominium complex was wonderful the grounds were beautiful and the pool was fabulous. Henry was wonderful and took care of a small issue quickly. I would recommend his place and we hope to go back again!

833 Bayview Tower Sanibel Harbour Resort Fort Myers Florida FL33908

We stayed at this excellent Condo over the Christmas period 2018. The property is extremely well equipped, furnished and maintained with great care to a very high standard by the owner Henry who together with his partner Marie we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay. Henry provided us prior to our visit with comprehensive data sheets on the property and its location as well as excellent information on local restaurants and places to visit. The property has excellent views out over the bay and has an air conditioning and heating unit installed. It has private access to a swimming pool and sandy beach immediately adjacent to the Bay View Tower in which it is located. The Bay View Tower itself together with it's grounds and large private car park is extremely clean and well maintained with it's own maintenance manager on site. We found the property to be a peaceful and relaxing place to stay with the advantage of being on the excellent Sanibel Harbour site with it's extensive grounds and proximity to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We would have no hesitation in revisiting this condo at the earliest opportunity. Jo & Bob

Great condo!

We love this well appointed, well equipped condo with a beautiful view. It feels very spacious and brings the outdoors inside with the sliding glass doors to the screened porch. The building and grounds (pool and beachfront) were nicely maintained, and we enjoyed all the walking trails and even got a temporary membership at the Marriott gym. The location is perfect for day trips to Sanibel and Captiva and convenient to grocery stores and great restaurants. 👍👍

We are mid-westerners who are enjoying our retirement lifestyle. We live minutes away from the Resort and frequently spend time at the condo. We do some travel, recently retired our motorcycle rides, enjoy drives in our vintage Corvette, golf, quiet walks, love the arts (dinner theatres, etc) cook , read, and enjoy family and friends. Our condo is one of our most favorite places for a change of pace! The beach, the tiki hut next door, the heated pool and hot-tub; the piece and quiet. For livelier times Sanibel is just over the causeway, Fort Myers Beach is a 10 minute drive, and Fort Myers proper, about 25 minutes drive, makes for a lovely downtown shopping, and quaint cultural excursion!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with the area in the early 90's while visiting a friend's home. Upon discovering the Sanibel Harbour Resort, I knew that I had to someday own there.
My first impression of the Resort was the beautiful 1/4 mile, winding, tree-lined, private road leading into the Resort.
Upon seeing the openess of the condo units for the first time with their view of the bay, preserve islands, and sunset orientation we knew we had found our little spot of heaven on earth!
