This Harbour Tower condo comes with far reaching views of the Gulf from the screened-in lanai and primary bedroom. Many updates in 2021 to include new flooring throughout the unit, giving a natural stage for this beachfront condo. This modern condo is well-appointed and extremely spacious. Walk-in closet and separate tub and shower in primary bathroom. King bed in primary bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom, and sofa sleeper in living room. Wireless internet available.

Beautiful hidden gem!

We loved the views, sunsets, private beach area and the pool. Nice and peaceful. Great location, near Fort Myers Beach, downtown Fort Myers and a lot of cool places. We will be back. We love it here. Highly recommend!! We will be back:) thank you so much!

Hidden Gem

Wonderful stay. The unit was impeccably clean and had every amenity that you could possibly need. The beach and pool were as described and the location was convenient, yet secluded enough to have a perfect resort feel to it. I will definitely be coming back again!

Great place for a family trip

Spent 5 days here in mid/late May with my wife and our 3 year old and 4 year old. Was perfect to have the pool and beach right on site, was never crowded and allowed for perfect mornings for swimming. The lanai was our favorite part of the condo since it opened up widely and made for great family breakfasts and dinners. The beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet were hugely helpful as well. Very great place and would certainly stay here again!

Well Worth It!

Loved the resort. The property, pools, restaurants, and the condo we stayed in were all as advertised on the VRBO website. We had beautiful Views and beautiful weather! And I have stayed in Florida number of times but this is among the top 10 destinations I have been to.

Beautiful sunrise and sunsets

This is a nice private condo with easy access to Sanibel. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The best part of the condo is the screened in lanai with table and chairs that overlooks the water. We saw several manatees as we sat overlooking the water.

Long Weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay. Great location , pool and even its own little beach. We did have A/C issues the entire stay but the management company was great in helping to rectify the problem. Unfortunately it wasn't corrected during our stay. Regardless it deserved 5 stars!

Perfect Condo

Great Spot to visit. Everything you need is at this condo. From laundry to cups and all utensil, even beach chairs and umbrellas. So close to shopping and everything. We loved Biminis Bait Shack Restaurant right at the entrance of the complex. The pools are amazing. We saw dolphins swimming right off the balcony several mornings. We will be back as soon as we can!!!

Perfect beach get-a-way

We used this place for a women's reunion, and it was ideal. Our favorite part was the morning sunrise and evening sunset. We could see the sunrise from the front walkway and the sunset from the beautiful back porch. It had 6 great beach chairs, plenty of kitchen dishware, and towels. We picked this location to use the Marriott facilities but the private condo pool and small beach area were just what we were looking for. We went into Sanibel/Captiva for beach-time and lunch restaurants during the day, and then had relaxing evenings at the pool and on the back porch watching the sunset with drinks and appetizers. We can't wait to return!

Truly a perfect place to stay, in every respect

It would be very hard to think of anything less than perfect in this beautifully-decorated condo. The sunsets are gorgeous, but so is the calm of morning, sipping your coffee on the lanai as your day coalesces. I was looking for a quiet, inspirational place to finish a writing project, and this filled the bill wonderfully. Plenty of good restaurants around, plenty of fitness opportunities, plenty of quality furnishings/furniture. Every day I found myself saying, "Wow, that's really cool how they did that! How nice!" The view from the 8th floor is great, and the unit is right across from the elevator (but still quiet), and thus very convenient for carrying in groceries. The owners were just fantastic to deal with. No complaints! Absolutely gorgeous! Grab it while you can.

Clean and comfy condo!

We chose this condo mainly because it had carpeting throughout. This was important because our 1 year old grandson still crawls everywhere and it would be easier and safer for him. The carpeting seemed new and was a nice alternative to the usual tile that is hard on your legs when you are used to hard wood or carpeting at home. The condo was VERY clean and extremely comfortable. The second bedroom was very private which was a bonus having a baby with us. The owner and management company could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They were extremely efficient in answering our questions and concerns. We mostly went to the resort pool because it was much bigger than the one close to the condo. The spa and fitness center was fabulous! You must spend some time over there! The only downside was not having the usual "starter" items available. There were packs of dishwasher and washing machine detergents but nothing for cooking in the kitchen early the next day. (salt, pepper, cooking oil etc) Starter coffee packs would have been divine :), so make sure your shopping list includes all of those products. It was pretty windy when we were there and the wind coming through the front door made a whistling sound that could be a bit disturbing. Since were weren't in the condo that much it was ok, but if you were spending time working or reading it could be distracting. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this condo and would recommend it to anyone! It was a great location due to its proximity to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers.

Bright and beautiful condo!

This is a bright and beautiful condo with lots of space and everything that you need! It's also very quiet. The Bimini Bait Shack is a great restaurant right down the road. Note: it is not on Sanibel, so you'll have to pay a $6 toll to go over the bridge to get there.

Great quiet location

We stayed for long weekend. The location was great; right by the Sanibel causeway. Nice quiet private beach. Close to the Marriott if you want to walk down to grab dinner or drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Delightful Stay!

My three sisters and myself rented this property for a few nights as a sisters’ getaway. We had a great time! The condo itself was lovely. Nicely decorated and immaculately clean- it had all the amenities we needed. We loved our morning coffee on the screened in balcony. Such a beautiful way to start the day, watching fishing boats headed out for the day. We went to dinner at the Lighthouse Restaurant which was very close and had good food and friendly staff. We spent part of our day at the pool which was very nice. We went shopping at the nearby outlets ( which, sad to say, some were closed -probably didn’t survive the Covid closures).There's a small beach to walk along and gather some seashells , along with a wonderful walking trail on the property. Our last night we enjoyed the sunset dinner cruise aboard The Princess which conveniently set sail from the Marriott which is in the complex. Everyone was so friendly at the condo - very welcoming to us that were just visiting. Other than the two twin beds needing pillow top mattresses to make them more comfy, and some fluffier pillows- we all agreed it was definitely a place to which we would return.
