Condominio frente a la playa en un complejo turístico.
Espectacular escenario y vista sobre playa privada en Sanibel Harbour Resort. Orientada hacia el oeste para disfrutar de las puestas de sol más increíbles sobre la bahía de San Carlos.

Condominio actualizado. Recién amueblado en 2017, incluidos todos los colchones nuevos. Suelo de baldosas en todo.

Diseñador condominio con temática de playa. Sala de estar, con vista a la playa privada y al agua: nuevo sofá cama de tamaño queen, y loveseat, gran televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared.

Comedor - nueva mesa de comedor y sillas - asientos 6.

Cocina - totalmente equipada incluyendo lavadora y secadora.

Dormitorio principal: nueva cama de matrimonio con colchón nuevo (instalado en 2017). El dormitorio principal está frente a la playa / bahía y con acceso directo a la terraza delantera / lania. Televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared.
El dormitorio principal tiene baño en suite con ducha y bañera separadas.

Dormitorio de invitados: 2 camas individuales nuevas con colchón nuevo (instalado en 2017). Televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. Ubicado al lado del segundo baño

La lania filtrada domina la bahía y la playa.

Acceso gratuito a la piscina del condominio, bañera de hidromasaje y playa privada, todo para uso exclusivo de los propietarios y huéspedes de alquiler. Parrilla en el lugar.

Senderos para trotar / caminar serpentean a través del resort.

El condominio cuenta con línea telefónica y wifi de alta velocidad. Estacionamiento gratis.

Ubicado junto al Marriott Resort and Spa de 4 estrellas en Sanibel Harbour. A poca distancia de The Spa, restaurantes y bares del complejo, cena al atardecer / brunch crucero en barco ... Great view. Quiet location.

My sister and I loved this condo and were sad to leave. The view is amazing and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The breezes off the gulf keep it cool and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed. We definitely will come again.

Very nice condo

We have stayed at the nearby Marriott many times. The location is terrific for us having family nearby. The condo and the host Lori were both very nice. We would stay again.

Amazing condo

We stayed for a week with 3 young kids ages 3-7 and the condo was great; location, cleanliness, communication with the owner, and amenities. The pool and beach front were great and we had family we visited in Sanibel and the location was perfect. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! Every morning we watched the dolphins that came within 10 feet of shore. There was a small quiet beach and the area was perfect! Would certainly stay agaiN!

Wonderful quiet vacation spot.

This condo was nicely decorated with a pretty view of the harbor. The property was lush and tropical. The bathrooms need renovation and the beds were very firm.

Wonderful condo with gorgeous views

The condo is exactly as described. Very spacious with modern furniture and decorations. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. The views of the bay were very relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect. The causeway to Sanibel Island was very close and convenient. Lori was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond when we had questions.

Gorgeous place, we loved it

I do a sister trip every year with my sister & my daughters. This place was everything we needed & more. The rooms were so spacious & very clean, we all slept well in the most cozy beds. We loved the location as it was close to pool & beach. The scenery was breathtaking. I will be back for my girls trip with friends...

Wonderful updated condo on the water!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit! It is updated with beautiful beach colors. From the screened in lanai, you have a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway with all the boats going by! There’s a great pool and a beach right out front too. We really had a great Spring break here!

Relaxing and great location

The condo had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation. The beach is just as pictured, not huge but not at all crowded. Great location - lots of good local restaurants (Bimini Bait Shack and Lighthouse Waterfront Restaurant were 2 of our favorites and both had live music too), walking distance to activities at the Marriott, short drive over the bridge to Sanibel Lighthouse beach (where we watched 6 dolphins swim near the shore for over an hour), rented kayaks from the Port Sanibel Marina... we had a great time!

Much needed getaway

We were impressed with this property as soon as we walked in. Very clean. Nice little beach area for the kids to play. Very quiet and serene. Beautiful sunsets. They are still rebuilding from the hurricane but it is still a very nice place to visit. Beautiful.

Wonderful condo and location!!

This condo, the location, and communications with the owner was five stars from beginning to end. Spacious condo with plenty of room for 4 adults and one child. The condo is beautifully decorated, updated with new appliances and comfortable linens. The private beach is a peaceful spot to watch boats cruise the water without the commotion of a public beach. The sunsets each evening were breathtaking! We would definitely stay again!!
