Disfrutar la vista y comodidades en esta villa de lujo totalmente renovado!

3321 Villamare tiene una vista parcial del océano con vistas completas de estanques, lagunas y paisajes bien cuidados. Los nuevos pisos de baldosas en el dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio han complementado los azulejos en el área de sala y comedor. Nueva cama tamaño king y muebles de dormitorio en la suite principal y 2 camas tamaño queen en el dormitorio de invitados. Encimeras de granito en baños y pisos de azulejos. Ducha de azulejos en el baño principal con hermosos bloques de vidrio que brindan privacidad en el área de la bañera desde el dormitorio. Combinación de bañera y ducha en el baño de invitados también con paredes de azulejos.

Mobiliario actualizado y colchas en todo el condominio. Televisores de pantalla plana en los dos dormitorios y en el salón. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que pueda desear en una villa de lujo. Si necesitas algo todo lo que tienes que hacer es preguntar. También cuenta con una entrada sin llave.

Excelente ubicación frente al mar en Palmetto Dunes. A pocos minutos (aproximadamente 40 yardas) en el océano y un corto paseo de la cubierta climatizada y piscina al aire libre. El Villamare se encuentra en el mejor tramo de playa situado en Hilton Head Island

Palmetto Dunes Plantation, una comunidad privada que contiene el Der Centro Van Meer Tennis, el George Fazio, Robert Trent Jones y los campos de golf Arthur Hills. Todo a muy poca distancia de esta villa de vacaciones. Palmetto Dunes tiene millas de senderos para bicicletas y arroyos disponible para el piragüismo y la pesca. El Villamare tiene más comodidades que cualquier otro complejo de villas en la isla. Difícilmente se necesitará siempre su coche en estas vacaciones.

Está al lado del Marriott y a poca distancia del hotel Hilton Oceanfront. Todo esto en una zona muy bien diseñado. El club de salud privado contiene máquinas de pesas, sala de vapor y sauna. Una tienda de conveniencia está dentro de un corto paseo.

Servicio de transporte gratuito provisto por 'Palmetto Dunes Buggy' vigente desde marzo hasta octubre 08 a.m.-9 p.m.. Paradas regulares en Shelter Cove Plaza, el centro comercial y el puerto, el centro de Plantation, Dunes House & Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. GRAN manera de ir de compras, jugar al golf, jugar al tenis y visitar restaurantes locales.

Nuestra unidad está cerca de la piscina cubierta y centro de bienestar y está a sólo un corto paseo por la exuberante vegetación del mar y una gran piscina al aire libre. Este lujoso chalet tercera planta ofrece un amplio salón y comedor con un amplio dormitorio principal con una cama king-size y baño privado con bañera grande. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas de matrimonio y un baño privado. El salón tiene un sofá cama queen proporcionando tres áreas de dormir. Un balcón está situado junto a cada dormitorio y la sala de estar.

Nice unit, close to the beach and the pool

The unit was clean and very comfortable. It was also located very close to the beach and the pool. The property management company was responsive, and took care of us as if we are their family. We especially like to THANK the persons who came out to fix the air conditioner. He was the best!! Thank you all for making our vacation a success!

Our cleaning company includes bath mats with the towels they leave for the guests, for each bedroom. It was either overlooked or the cleaners forgot to include it in the bundle. I appreciate the heads up and will forward the comment. Thank you.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay. Fan didn’t work in master bedroom. Kitchen linens would have been nice to have. But loved the arrangement of the room. The pool was great. The hot tub didn’t work but was fixed next day.

Our cleaning staff does provide kitchen linens so this obviously was an oversight with our staff. I'm sorry to hear this anyway since I want my guests to have all they need to enjoy their stay. I do encourage my guests to call our management team on the island for any issue they have and they will address it immediately. They would have gladly brought over the missing linens if they were contacted and fixed the fan. The fan has been addressed and fixed as well. I appreciate all the comments since I am not there on the island and this is helpful for me to keep on top of things.

Villamare

Villamare is a really nice complex, close to everything you need. The unit was the perfect size for us, however, it was dirty! We found the following upon our arrival: used soap and shampoo bottles in the shower (tells me it was never cleaned)., a used pillowcase thrown on the bed, used q-tips on the floor in the second bathroom and a dirty kitchen floor. I will not stay at this unit again.

I just felt sick when I heard this review. We have had issues with the cleaning staff in the past and yes this is our 3 cleaning company in 5 years. It is very disheartening to say the least. I again alerted our management company about the problem as this is is what affecting our reviews not the quality of the furniture, appliances, fixtures etc. We take a lot of pride in our unit and keep it updated with the best of things and hearing this is just not us or what we represent. The staff is also responsible for alerting us about wearing items and this staff did not do this either. We have addresses the problem and we are on to another company. I really feel awful hearing this as any owner would who puts a lot of time and effort into a unit and then has no control over the basic cleaning aspect. I believe we have it under control.

Experience was fine except for the fire alarm at 3:30am

Condo was nice and roomy. Living room chairs were broken down. My elderly father sunk so far down in one of them that he had trouble getting out. Also the fire alarm went off at 3:30 in the morning one night and when we evacuated, one of the residents said this happens frequently. There is evidently something wrong with the alarm system because even after the alarm was canceled, it would go off for a few seconds every few minutes for 30 minutes or so.

I did check about the fire alarm as my previous guest, who had stayed a month, said there was no alarms going off so unfortunately, the alarm system did go awry for Thanksgiving week. It is fixed now. As far as the chairs being broken down, I am sad and it is my "bad." We replaced almost everything this past year and a half except the kitchen appliances, these chairs and the couch. Master bedroom furniture, tables, end tables, lamps, reupholstered the dining chairs, new washer and dryer, bed covers but did not replace the couch and unfortunately not the chairs. The couch was replaced a few years ago as it was a very poor choice on our part but the chairs seemed fine last year and we were going to replace them in the next year or two as we rotate replacing items for our own cost base. Well obviously our plan has changed and we will replace them when we go down in January. My Dad is 90 and stays in our condo during part of the winter so this review was very relevant to me and very concerning. I can only say I am very sorry for the inconvenience and issues our guest had. I am a very hands on owner and really do listen to our guests and fix the issues as soon as I can.

Overall good experience

We have stayed at Villamare for 7 years now and love the overall complex. The pool is large and clean, the workout room is recently updated and the location is very convenient to many things on the island. The unit itself was generally nice. The kitchen appliances were just updated (although microwave did not work and they had an extra old one to use). The furniture is old but is functional (owner said new furniture has been ordered but is delayed due to Covid). There is really no direct ocean view but the courtyard is still a great view. The owner was terrific to work with and checked in a few times beforehand to make sure everything was in order and quickly responded to any questions. The price was fair compared to other units in the complex.

Yes, we ordered the new living room furniture 91/2 months ago. It finally arrived September 2nd. We really didn't expect such a long wait and ordered it off season in order to not disturb our guests. The bedrooms furniture is only a few years old so that didn't have to be replaced only the living room. I was not happy to hear that a 2 month old microwave was not working and was told it was going to be replaced. Our management company said they placed the older model microwave in the unit until the new one arrived. I am very sorry about the inconveniences that both of these issues caused but have been diligently working to make them right. I try to make the condo a comfortable place for my guests and work hard at it as well.

Great property, plenty of space

Overall this was a great stay. The Villamare property is fantastic, Palmetto Dunes is amazing, and the condo we were in was great. The owner communicated well with us throughout the reservation process and our stay. We had a minor issue with the AC, but the owner made sure a service tech came out right away to fix it, so that's a positive to me. The rooms were in good condition and both balconies had a nice view of the center courtyard. There are only a few minor negatives that I would point out to be fair here. The living room / dining area feels a bit cramped due to the size of the dining table. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with all of the things you would need, but it leaves minimal storage for the things you would bring. The closet in the kitchen should have shelves put in so it can be used as a pantry. All things considered, it was a great stay and we hope to return next year!

Dirty, poor appliances, bad beds

The unit was dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor, broken glass on the living room floor and after once showering in the main bathroom mold formed on the walls. The dishwasher did not always dissolve the dishwasher soap pellets, the dryer did a poor job of drying clothes. The bed near the window in the second bedroom was embarrassing. The mattress was so dipped that you could see it when the bed was made. It was unsleepable in. We would never stay here again.

Totally surprised and saddened to hear this review. We have had 2 5* reviews before and a 5* review after this stay. We have had cleaning issues in the past but with this new company, a year ago, we have nothing but great comments on cleanliness. Not sure what happened, a different or lack of crew or rushed but the company heard about it as this is the biggest concern to our guests and to me as an owner. The generalization about "bad beds" is really only a singular bed which we were aware of and replaced just after this stay when there was a break in reservations. This particular bed was replaced during COVID after an incident which required us to buy a new one. Unfortunately, during high COVID season, we didn't have many choices on the island for a same day delivery and got what we got. We buy hotel grade beds because they are the best and I am a researcher of products through Consumer Reports and reviews. NONE of the other beds are "bad" or poor quality and that I stake my reputation on! As for poor appliances that just isn't true and I understand the guests frustration about his stay but the appliances are all high quality and researched to the hilt for the best quality and reviews. The dishwasher occassionally doesn't dissolve the pods but having researched this myself when it happened to me, I foundd some answers. First, the dispenser should be dry and not wet. Using pods in wet dispensers tends to have the plastic wrap and the dry detergent stick to the cup before it can dissolve. I dry the dispenser now. Also, over filling the dishwasher and blocking the spray mechanism with dishes, pots and pans, will prevent the spray from dissolving the pod and allowing it to get into the base of the washer. The dishwasher is in fact a high end one which cost a pretty penny because it has a very high decibel count and you literally do not hear it running even standing behind it. This was very important to us as no one wants to hear a dishwasher going while you are in the area. It is not a poor appliance in the least. Addressing the dryer, yes it takes longer to dry clothes in it. It is a stackable dryer/washer set and they don't do the job of a full size one. We asked the same question of longer drying times and the answer was it's size. The dryer can't be overfilled as it needs space to toss and dry items so smaller loads need to be done. Again, my aim is to meet my guests expectations, I didn't here. I'm sorry and hope to in future.

Very nice accommodations. Steps away from the beach and pool. Best of both worlds! Great for the littles ones. We would stay here again

Wonderful!!

Great place to stay on Hilton Head! Villamere has the perfect location. On the beach, great pool, bike trails are perfect for riding to restaurants/ice cream/leisure. The condo was very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids! Everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking and eating was provided. Great condo would for sure stay here again.

Great condo!!

This condo was great! Very clean. Was even able to check in early. Beds were comfy. Had some beach chairs to use. Kitchen was very well stocked. Wonderful view of the pool/ocean. Host was very accessible and answered questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
