Casa de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños con un dormitorio principal king size con baño en suite y 3 camas queen size en cada uno de los otros dormitorios, uno con baño en suite en el tercer piso con una amplia sala de estar con vista al Golfo de México. La casa está a pocos pasos de la playa, por lo que es fácil y conveniente sumergir los dedos de los pies en el golfo. Recomiendo ver el atardecer desde el tercer piso; Es absolutamente impresionante.

House looked exactly the same from pictures. Beach is a short walk from the property. Great location, quiet neighborhood, very responsive owner. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious

This rental was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would stay here again. There were pots, pans, utensils, so that we could cook.The host was easy to communicate for any questions. Everything we needed to cook meals. Blender for frozen drinks, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels were provided. You could walk to the beach, but we had someone in our party drop us off at the boardwalk so we had a shorter walk. The pool was very close, and enjoyable.

Great property for eight adults and pictures are very accurate. Faith was very responsive and easy to work with. Been going to 30a for 20 years and lately have been vacationing in the Gulf Place area. I will definitely rent this property again.

Extremely nice property

Exactly as advertised. Host friendly and easy to contact. We had 5 adults and nice that we all had our privacy areas. House very clean. Beautiful view from upper balcony. Lots of fun beach equipment available to use. Wagon available to carry beach equipment but keep in mind there are steps at beach access and not easy to pull in sand. 10 minute walk to beach. We would stay again.

Short and sweet!

Great stay! A couple of hiccups with the actual beach we were allowed to be at but just make sure you ask the right questions and someone will help! House could’ve been way more cool throughout stay but maybe that’s just Floridia! Would recommend for adults, would be a very long walk to beach for small children unless you had a golf cart. Home was nice and had a great view from the very top!

Came down for our son's wedding

We came down for our son's wedding. Our whole family stayed at the house. It was perfect for the family. Faith, the host was great. Easy to communicate with and on top of any request. Would absolutely stay again.

Great house in convenient location

The 8 of us fit perfectly in this house and it was very convenient to the beach, walking, biking, and restaurants. We loved it being on a quiet cul-de-sac with access to community pool.The refrigerator didn’t get very cold and the air-conditioning unit was locked at a certain temperature and especially the upstairs room got quite warm on our third and fourth days but otherwise we really enjoyed the house and location!

80th birthday bash

My immediate family members, brothers and their wives, son and daughter in law an niece all enjoyed their stay at the house. My sister , daughter and I were at a condo owned by friends. We were within easy walking distance from one another and had a wonderful week together.

Great place

Wonderful house with plenty of parking. Short walk to beach. Closet full of beach items; great to have beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach towels provided! We had the community pool all to ourselves. Loved our stay!

Great House Near Beach

The house allowed us to both spread out to 4 different bedrooms but also had great communal space on the first floor. The house was a short walk to the beach via a walking/biking path.

2024 Golf Trip to Windswept Dunes

Property was perfect, great location, large enough for four of us. Everything from the start to finish was perfect. Faith is a great host, communication for check in and out were very clear. She checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. On our list next year. Thanks again Faith

Lovely stay on the not so crowded part of 30A!

This home is lovely with lots of room. 1 King and 3 queens and 4 full baths are ideal for adult house guests beyond the kiddie ages. Kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was much easier than we initially thought. the walk was quick and beach access was directly across 30A so there is no need to drive to one of the public beach access points with parking lots. One awesome touch is that the owner provided a beach cart which was a huge help with our cooler and 6 beach chairs.

Great spacious house!

This was a great place for 8 adult women to stay for a friends’ getaway together! Very clean and plenty of room to visit and prepare lunch for the beach an easy walk away! Faith was very responsive and helpful!

Great Space/ details matter

First off I gave the stay 4 stars due to faulty alarm issues that took about 30 minutes of aggravation to resolve as soon as we were trying to check in, followed by 2 straight days of handymen stopping by to check on repairs due to a recent storm the week prior. I do not like strangers having access to the house while we stay due to valuables laying around. But I understand the need to fix things and the owner trying to coordinate from another state is probably frustrating, so we accomodated all the requests. The house is spacious with big areas to spread out and enjoy family time. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill on the premises is awesome. There is a nice yard for the kids to play when not at the beach. There is a closet full of beach gear: 4 umbrellas, 4 chairs, a wagon to pack it in , assorted floats and toys for the kids and even a cooler. So only pack items if necessary! We had 2 small children and an infant so it is an effort to pack out for the beach. The walk is about 15 minutes with the littles. We had an extra wagon we had them ride in. Without that it would have probably been to far for the 2 year old to walk. Adults, older kids will have no issues. There are about 20 stairs on the boardwalk going down to the beach, be prepared to manhandle the wagon and gear down these. 2 adults could do this. The house is a smart home, so unplug the interior cameras and turn off the google microphone to ensure privacy, VRBO does not allow these with guests inside.

Best kept secret in Santa Rosa!!!

This was the perfect house to host a wedding weekend! Spacious for 10 adults, super comfortable large cozy beds, and plenty of bathroom space. We had unanticipated rain but the indoor setup was perfect for hosting family and friends to gather and celebrate. Everyone was able to enjoy the easy beach access with the added luxury of having a private pool space away from the hustle of 30A. The host was amazingly kind and extremely responsive to any questions. It made the weekend very stress free. Our family couldn't be more grateful for the memories this location provided us. 10 stars out of 5!!!

Perfect weekend for a last fling before the ring!

My fiancé and I along with 3 other best friend couples enjoyed a weekend of relaxation and making great memories, sharing laughs and enjoying each others company on the last weekend before we get married. The house was perfect and had everything we needed or wanted. Great location and restaurants near the house…we didn’t need to venture out too far. Ms Faith was easy to get ahold of and quick to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place on 30A to book here.

Girls Trip

I took my four daughters and two granddaughters to celebrate my 18 year old granddaughter’s birthday and graduation. We found the perfect place for all of us to relax and enjoy the beach, shopping, and dining on 30A! Our host was so sweet and responsive to all our questions. The house is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to come back soon!

Nice home clean and quite area. Short walk to beach

We enjoyed the stay, the support was great with the property manager, quick responses to questions. We would stay again. The only issues were the stairs in the home are not all uniform some of them are almost 3/4 inch difference. We had a guest fall down one flight the first night. Once you know that they are different widths it's not so bad but still have to pay attention. Also I got a notice that my insurance for the trip had a claim for 70 dollars on a broken lamp switch. Not really confident on that being broken by us. It would be nice to know some details in the claim other then just a bill for the accusation. Over all tho good stay.

Always the planner, an empty nester, but still not ready to retire, I found the home perfect for enticing my grown children into scheduling visits with mom!! Since my daughter's live in opposite directions, and I am busy with 9-5, I had to find a solution where everyone wanted to spend limited free time together. One of the best decisions I ever made, it's seriously our favorite spot, sun drenched days at the beach or lazy afternoons at the neighborhood pool, it's why I work so hard. I would like to keep it a secret, this special hidden gem tucked away between Santa Rosa Beach Golf Course and Oyster Lake, but what fun would that be since by nature I love to share happiness. We love being at the beach and the sleepy location adds to the old Florida charm we have grown to love.
Family and friends are always ready to plan time for relaxing fun get togethers, and this home has grown to be the family central point for holidays, vacations, and making special memories. We hope you enjoy it and make loving memories while you are here too.

The first time traveling to the Santa Rosa Beach, instantly I knew that I wanted to stay, make memories, in this sunny charming area of Florida. My desire is to pass the home down for generations as this location is truly a memorable. Beautiful beaches, turquoise water, the dunes, the unique parks and rich wild life, scenic 30A, shopping, restaurants the things we love. There are so many undisturbed state parks, pristine beaches, its hard to remember we are so close to shopping, dining, and exciting local activities.
SeaPointe Lighthouse is a humble home with cozy furnishings, comfortable private bedrooms and beautiful views of the gulf and a neighborhood pool.
