Bienvenidos a EAGLES NEST FLORIDA! Esta encantadora casa de 1500 pies cuadrados ofrece una escapada tranquila, pero aún está ubicada en el centro ya solo 5 millas de hermosas playas, restaurantes y vida nocturna. Ubicado en un poco más de 1 acre de tierra en una calle sin salida. Dos amplias habitaciones están arriba junto con el baño principal en suite. En la planta baja hay una cocina completa, un comedor, una gran sala, un lanai y un segundo baño.

Great place to stay in Naples

We enjoyed this property a lot. Beautiful gated location. Sun room for breakfast and working was perfect. We had my brother and his kids for two nights. Very kid friendly. Spacious master suite and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Great Time

We, normally, stay on Ft. Myers Beach. However, Ian ruined that until, at least, Spring of 2024. So we had to find a different location for our winter trip. We were not disappointed! Great location and easy access to IS 75. Very comfortable home. Clean and had everything we needed.

Hidden Gem

This property was perfect for us! We especially loved the location. Easy to get to downtown Naples as well as the ability to jump on I-75 to head out of town. The house sits on a huge lot with a wonderful lanai that provided beautiful green private views. The owners live in the house behind us and were available for anything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and they provided top of the line linens and luxurious towels. Upon my request, Libby even made sure darkening shades and curtains were installed in the master bedroom prior to our arrival. It was only my husband and I, but families would love this property as well. Great stay!

Beautifully furnished home

The home was beautifully furnished and very clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable! There was a cohesive design throughout the home and very suitable if you have a baby (complete with a high chair, changing table, child cups). I give our stay a 5 out of 5! They even had an assortment of 3 bubble baths to choose from! Everything is nicely labeled.. My only constructive feedback were sugar ants in the lower level and tiny red fire ants that bit me on the outside couch. I’m sure the owners will take care of these for the next guests! We would love to stay here again.

Nice property

When we arrived the gate was wide open. Bud the house was completely unlocked with all the windows open. Turns out the gate was broken in the hurricane and the previous guest turned the AC too low and it needed to defrost. We were not informed of either item until I messaged the property manager. The house was fairly clean overall. You could tell the carpet had just been vacuumed. However, there are a good amount of stains on the carpet and could use a good cleaning before any kids play on it. There were also small bugs that appeared on the stove top everyday, even after we cleaned it again (we never even used the kitchen). The master bed squeaks really loudly with the slightest movement. It was ok for a short stay. The property manager responded quickly, but wasn’t very welcoming or helpful with the AC.

Bad experience

Our first impression of Eagles Nest was not good. House smelled horrible as soon as we walked in. Carpets had stains everywhere, upholstery had a stale odour. We decided that maybe the AC had not been on for a while and to give it a chance. The biggest issue besides cleanliness, was the spider-type bugs running all over the range top, counter tops, dining table etc. At first, we ate out but the bugs persisted and we reached our breaking point. How can a smelly, dirty, and bug-infested situation be remedied while we are staying in the house? Owner repeatedly ignored our emails and calls. VRBO also tried to contact owner on our behalf. When we did finally make contact owner gave excuses as to why she could not view the email videos we sent showing the spider-type bugs using the range top as a runway or even respond to us. On the advice of VRBO and common sense we checked out and advised the owner. After we left, the owner admitted that she hired a bug exterminator, carpet cleaner and had outside of house power washed. Owner blamed the condition of the house on previous “dirty renter”. We have not received a refund or anything close to a satisfactory response from the homeowner. Had we seen the recent review posted in December 2022 that mentions bugs, stained carpets, and an unsatisfactory response from the owner back when we committed to rent months ago, we would not have chosen this property. VRBO were very understanding and agreed that we should leave when we did but ultimately, they represent the homeowner not the guest as we know now. RENTER BEWARE. Roomy and comfortable

More than enough space for just two of us and very comfortable home. Jacuzzi bathtub downstairs is very nice. Living area very comfortable. Saw a rabbit in backyard. This home would be perfect for a family. Includes all items for babies and up. Kitchen is well supplied.

Beautiful home with a great yard

Beautiful home with a great yard: very nice landlords. Very accommodating. Very peaceful place. We love the porch, the tub with jets. Netflix what is available and easily accessed.

The entire house is yours to use. We have provided everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our goal is to have repeat customers year after year. We want them to refer their family and friends to us.

Note:
The house is close to I-75. We have not had any complaints about the noise from any of our guests.
Both bedrooms and one bathroom are on the second floor.

The house has room for two couples, an average size family or a group of 4 close friends. (1500 square feet of living space).

Kitchen
The kitchen is larger and well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker toaster and blender. There is RO water on the sink and a water filter system in the refrigerator. Dishes washer and soap for the dishwasher are provided. Along with one roll of paper towels

Laundry
There is a full-sized washer and dryer located in the laundry room.
There is an iron and ironing board in the same area.

Great Room
The great room is located at the rear of the house just off the kitchen and dining room. It is a two-story with lots of windows, ceiling fans and it is open to the master bedroom. There is a comfortable pit group with two swivel chairs. The family room is the place for viewing a curved OLED Smart TV with Netflix and a DVD/Bluray player.
