Con solo 42 unidades en este complejo familiar, tendrás mucho espacio para relajarte en la piscina. La unidad es limpia y brillante y el precio es justo!

Llamamos a esta unidad un "piso frente al mar". Está convenientemente ubicado más cerca del océano en la planta baja y la unidad está en un nivel. La sala de estar y la cocina tienen increíbles vistas al mar y puertas deslizantes que fluyen directamente hacia la piscina / playa. El maestro tiene una cama king size, es espacioso y puedes despertarte con las vistas más impresionantes del océano. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y dos camas individuales. Hay televisores tanto en las habitaciones como en la sala de estar, por lo que puede relajarse en cualquier lugar que elija después de un largo día bajo el sol. Amazing week

This was our 3rd year at Win-San, first year in this unit. We booked for next year. Very comfortable and clean and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking etc….thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Amazing sunrises and view being oceanfront was so rewarding. I have been staying at Win-San for over 40 years, and it is as good or better than ever. A-107 is a wonderful unit, and it is evident that the owners take pride in it. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to being back in New Smyrna, at Win San, and being back in A-107 again very soon!

We have stayed in A107 for several years and coming to Win-San every year since 1978. We have already booked A107 for next year. We consider it the best unit at Win-San. That said, there are some issues that should be addressed. The closets and pantry are always crammed with things we don't need and leave little room for our “stuff”. The furniture is worn and outdated and has been there for several years, especially the sofa. We have never gotten the keyless entry lock to function consistently since it's inception. The gate lock to the beach has always been a problem and all guests will probably agree. Since there are only two of us its easy to leave the unit like we found it. We always enjoy our stay and can't wait to return.

Room with a view

Parts of my family have been staying at Win-San since the late 1970's. We have stayed in the unit A107 now for 4 years in a row. We love the end unit on the bottom row as it affords easy accessibility to both the ocean and the pool. You have great views of the ocean especially after 6 pm when they clear all the cars off the beach. My only dissatisfaction is that the unit is getting tired and needs a refresh of furniture as well as the window coverings. The blinds are always in need of fixing every time they are opened and closed. The couch is uncomfortable and very dated and worn out. We have seen other units that are rented by other family members that have been updated several times in these same 4 years. We were very appreciative that the owner put a pillow top cover on the King bed in the master on this visit. The bed was like a rock the other times that we stayed there. The beds in the spare bedroom were more comfortable and we usually slept on them instead of the bed in the master. The owner has the best unit location in the whole complex in my opinion. It has the potential to be the envy of every guest that stays at Win-San. We are coming again next year and always enjoy the stay. Thank you for sharing the view!

We had a great time! We would like to reserve the same time period for 2022. That is September 1st to September 8th. Unit A-107. Please let me know if that is available. We have been coming for many years and enjoy it so much. One issue we had was the bathtub drain in the master bath was really slow to drain. Nothing else.

A107 is by far the nicest condo we have stay in there. The beds were great, the TV was great and it came with Netflix, Amazon ,etc. The view is the best. Will definitely be coming back!

A-107 and Win San - Top Notch!

I have been staying at Win San since the late 1970's - first with my parents, now with my wife and children. I am very happy to say that Win San has never looked better than it does now. The online check in procedure was seamless, and the communication via email from NSB Realty Team was very convenient and informative. For decades, I stayed with my family in unit C-214. Most recently, I have stayed in A-105, with hopes that A-107 would open up so that we could stay there. When we finally got the opportunity to stay there in 2019, it was even better than we had hoped. When 2020 and Covid wiped out our trip from CT to FL, we looked forward even more to Win San and A-107 for our 2021 vacation, and it did not disappoint. An already perfect unit had a few improvements (furniture rearranged, new bigger tv mounted on the wall), and we had a wonderful stay. A special thank you to the owners for taking pride in the unit and for the personal touches that they have included in the decor. It feels like home and we appreciate the opportunity to stay in what I consider to be the best available unit at Win San.

We have been staying at Win-San for a week in July since 1978. We have stayed in several units during that period of time. We stayed in A106 from 1998 until 2009 when the owner decided not to rent the unit anymore. We were lucky enough to reserve A107 for 2010 and have stayed there every year since. We have renewed for 2022. We love our stay every year. The only issue we have every year is the limited closet space in both bed rooms due to things left by the owners or previous guests. This is also true for the pantry. We have little room for groceries due to things crammed in and left by the owners and previous guests (including two packs of molded hamburger buns this year). We don't require much space since there is just the two of us. We never use the two beds in the small bed room and use only half of the bath linen provided. A closet and pantry clean out and maybe some new furniture would be a great plus for future guests. We are already looking forward to our visit next year. Oh, I have to include that the enormous rate increase for next year was a bit of a shocker !!!

Cleaning crew still in room at 4:30

We always enjoy our stay at Win-San. My parents brought us on our first trip way back in the early 1980's. A lot has transpired since then. I have one complaint and one observation. My complaint is that at 4:35 the cleaning crew was inside cleaning our room when we arrived. Because we were waiting outside the room they did not due a very good job of cleaning. It seemed that they were just trying to finish quickly and get out of the room because we were waiting outside in the heat. Pillows that were suppose to be on the couch were on the floor behind the couch. Underneath the cushions of the couch, where the pull out bed was, it was full of food and all kinds of trash. The couch still had beach sand on it on the topside of the cushions. Needless to say the couch was not used. The privacy blinds were a mess in all the rooms. I had to straighten and fix several of them so that they would open and close properly. Out on the patio deck one of the tables had bird poop on it that had to be cleaned off. I could list other things but I think you can see the picture. RUSH to clean after the 4 pm check in time was just not done properly. I was called at 4pm and asked when I would arrive. I answered that we would be there around 4:30 which we had delayed our arrival to make sure we arrived after 4pm. We were disappointed at the final outcome. My observation is about the parking assignment. Our room A107 is at the end of A building and our parking spot was on the next to last row almost at the end of where the C building is. I was told that you do not set up the parking spots but another realty company does. Whoever sets it up is not doing a fair job. For being on the end unit our reward is we are parking the furthest from our room. Do you think this is fair? We had an 87 year old step mother and my 90 year old dad with us. We go out to eat every nite and most mornings. Our assigned parking spot should at least be on the side of the parking lot where the A building is located. I would love to know why the other company has set things up the way they have. Could it be favoritism towards their clients for parking? That may not be the case but in my opinion the parking should be more in line with where your unit is located. That's only common sense to me. We always look forward to our time at Win-San and have had many pleasurable experiences in the past. I know Covid and getting help is hard during these times. Hopefully the future will become easier to manage. We don't complain and that's why you were not called about this before now! However we thought you should be aware of our experience to prevent other experiences like this. Thank you for your time ......MIKE GRANGER

We really enjoyed our stay at Win San 107. Had a brief problem with the AC. Kate was very responsive and the ac technician had the problem solved in a couple hours. The unit was very comfortable and had great views. I did notice that the master bath toilet was very slow to refill. Plan on coming back next summer. Thank you!

We love staying in A107. It is the perfect place and we enjoy it tremendously. Were sad we had to leave early thanks to Hurricane Dorian but no one knew what it was going to do. We will be back again next year!!!
