Kona Rivera 206 se encuentra en el segundo piso de un pequeño complejo de 12 unidades. Kona Riviera se adapta a aquellos que desean disfrutar de la privacidad y de las amplias vistas, de una espectacular piscina junto al océano donde nadar, de la barbacoa junto al mar, de impresionantes puestas de sol y, sin embargo, cerca del corazón de la experiencia vacacional de Kona. Esta unidad es altamente deseable por su ubicación, su propio lanai privado, desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer, las vistas y los sonidos de las olas rompiendo son inolvidables. Ocean View Corner is legit!

The owner has done a great job stocking the unit with quality fixtures as well as the basics, e.g. kitchen appliances, great pots and pans, shampoo, toilet paper. We loved having beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a great bag ready to go. You do see a roof straight out from the lanai - as advertised - but there are plenty of beautiful views to the side and down at the pool. We would love to come back. Mahalo!

Absolutely beautiful

Our stay was awesome, the condo was nice and the view is just WOW! The kitchen was sticked with everything you need to cook with, there is a washer and dryer and air conditioning if you need it. We seen a whale breach right from the living room!

Sun-Sets and Fluke-Flips

During our stay, as we searched the area for a home, we’d come back to our lil spot facing the ocean and find a sense of peace, just before the daily whale’s breaching just off the coast. Staring in the direction of the sunset our drinks in hand we were facing the show of shows with bodies crashing and flukes flapping, and flipping water 30 , 40 feet in the air awarding the watching, a share in their care free movements. Then to rest in the best bed ever… Only to awaken to it all over again!.

Seaside Retreat

This condo offered us a comfortable retreat after a day at the beach or exploring the Big Island. The kitchen has everything you need except food. The best thing about it is the fabulous view from the little balcony, which is even better by the pool. My husband and I spent a lot of time in comfortable lounge chairs poolside watching the waves crash against the rocks. The stairway to this 2nd floor villa is very steep, so beware if this is an issue. Kona Coast Vacations manages it, and they were great, calling to check on us upon arrival, leaving us a happy anniversary bag of little local goodies, and letting us extend our time (not free, but still). We visited in May, and there were very few people there. The pool is lovely and very clean. It's located on a busy 2 lane street with a very narrow pedestrian path on each side, so not a good walking area. Other than the busy street and steep stairway, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Paradise Getaway!

When I booked our condo last year I knew it would be spectacular just from the pictures listed! We had absolutely no idea how beautiful and perfect it would be until we walked in! O M G!!!! We ate several breakfast’s, lunches and dinners on our deck with that had a perfect view of the ocean as well as those beautiful sunsets every evening! The pool was also amazing to have because you could lounge to the sounds of the waves crashing in as well as relax in the pool doing the same. There are so many amazing local restaurants that are within a few miles as well! You have to try Huggo’s for dinner! Also, the best coffee shop on the island, which is Kaya’s is only about 8 miles away as well! We went there for coffee 7 out of our 8 days on the island! This condo was absolutely paradise for us! I definitely recommend 10 out of 10!!!!

Amazing

We loved our stay. The property was perfect and in a great location. The AC in the bedroom wasn’t working but the management brought us a portable unit to keep us cool during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking view of the ocean with spectacular sunsets.

This place has everything you need. The lanai was our favorite. There is a not so attractive roof in front of you but you still have spectacular views of the ocean. We really loved the sunsets. The only downside was the a/c in the bedroom did not work and when we looked at the vent it was pretty dirty. The bed is hard but comfortable. Otherwise, the place was perfect. We would stay again with the A/C fixed.

Beautiful get away!! My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely, clean, spacious and had a wonderful view of the ocean. It was close to beaches, stores, park and restaurants!!

Beautiful 180’ Ocean Views

Two walls of glass and the back wall opens to the lanai with sweeping sunset views. Easy access and parking in front. Centrally located close to magic sands and great snorkel beach to the south. Town to the north.

Perfect for family with infants

We are a family of 3 and just stayed here for 7 nights with our 5 month old son. The property was clean, quiet, safe, and there was no construction happening or partying happening during our stay. The unit is a corner unit so you have plenty of privacy and LOTS of views. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need pots and pans wise. But there were not oils, or seasonings.
