Un nuevo estudio de 1500 pies cuadrados ubicado entre el océano y el pueblo de Kennebunkport. En 5 minutos en cualquier dirección, podría caminar por las playas de arena o pasear por las calles del centro. Esta nueva construcción se presta para un escape maravilloso para parejas y familias pequeñas, ya que tiene capacidad para hasta 4. Nevera completa, microondas, placa de cocina, tostadora y cafetera. Una combinación completa de ducha / bañera, toallas y ropa de cama. Una cama king y tamaño completo con sombras oscuras en toda la habitación. Relaxing Retreat & Close to Everything!

The property is light and bright with beautiful decor! You have everything you need and a lush outdoor space too. Short drive to Goose Rocks Beach (very pretty, calm water beach), Dock Square (great shopping) and many great restaurants. The Lost Fire (steakhouse) had the best filet mignon ever but the waiter made the meal the number one experience of our visit. Looking forward to booking again!

Comfy secluded getaway

The overall process and experience was great. Tracy was extremely communicative and accommodating. The property suited us perfectly. It was spacious but cozy, and nicely decorated. The location is great. I only hope it will be available for us the next time we want to visit Maine!

Great stay!

This was a great spacious, comfortable, clean loft space near Kennebunkport. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was great. It was totally as described in the listing. Check in and communication was really easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Simply the best

This property is one of the best I’ve stayed in. It is beautifully decorated, clean and set on an incredible piece of wooded property. The owner cares about her guests and it is very apparent. Highly recommend.

There are two flights of stairs to get into the property, which is difficult if you are not used to that number of stairs. I liked that it was nearby to Kennebunkport and Kennebunk, as well as near to biking trails. Very open floor plan, and helpful owners.

Maine bungalow in perfect location!

We had such an amazing time at this property, everything is clean and in good order. The shower and tub are GREAT and was safe for my 10 month old. My 3 year old had a great time learning to play Twister and we made campfires every night. It's a quick drive to all points of interest in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Please read the guide Tracy provides and heed her warnings on checking for ticks carefully. My sons and I used bug spray, but my husband did not and he suffered daily ticks when I checked him.

Immaculately Clean, Cute Place to Stay

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The Goose Rocks Retreat was immaculately clean and a very functional space. Everything is close by, yet it is private and quiet - perfect for bringing along a little one because their sleep won’t be interrupted.

Amazing Escape Away

Tracy always goes above and beyond to make this amazing studio apartment warm, welcoming and cozy. We have stayed here a few times over the years and we love the retreat everytime. It is always so clean, beautifully decorated, and inviting. It is simply one of the best places we've ever stayed. We love it; and are coming back in the summer with the rest of family!!

Fabulous!

The pictures truly don't do this amazing retreat justice. We stayed for a full week and enjoyed every second. The studio is extremely spacious, incredibly clean and Tracy was a wonderful hostess, who was quick to respond when needed. We are very much looking forward to staying here again soon!!

This home was perfect for us , very clean seemed brand new. we were able to have a couple of fires in the fire pit with wood provided. secluded but not far from town at all. thank you for a wonderful stay

wonderful first trip to Kennebunkport!

Thank you so much for hosting us at your beautiful retreat! My family and I had a wonderful time and greatly appreciated the welcome gifts (wine and chocolate) upon arrival. The studio was immaculate! Check-in was super easy and communication was excellent. Tracy also went above and beyond to provide some essentials that we needed for our toddler. Very convenient location as well. It was the perfect first trip to Kennebunkport and we hope to return again! Highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks so much for everything!

The property had an amazing amount of room, was well decorated, very clean, and was very quiet and close to everything in the area. There was plenty of parking plus a nice outdoor area. The place was well supplied and very comfy and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Goose Rocks Retreat was built on a parcel of land purchased close to the owner’s current home in Kennebunkport. The intent is to build a “forever” home on the remaining 7.5 acres deep into the woods. The Retreat lends itself to the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of day to day rhetoric. If privacy, relaxation, and peace & quiet matched with fine amenities is what you are in need of, look no further.
