¡DISFRUTE DE LAS VISTAS A LA BAHÍA DESDE 2 NIVELES DE CUBIERTA!

Usted puede disfrutar de la bahía y vistas al pantano de casi todas las habitaciones de la casa y de dos grandes cubiertas (planta baja y planta alta). La puesta de sol sobre la bahía!

Esta es una casa amplia y luminosa con el plan de reversa baja, salón (cuatro dormitorios en planta baja, cocina, comedor, y sala de estar en la planta superior).

La playa del océano es un corto de dos minutos a pie. Un parque infantil está a tres minutos de distancia. La ciudad de Beach Haven es un coche o en bicicleta corto.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y su propio cuarto de baño con ducha. Las otras tres habitaciones comparten un cuarto de baño con ducha / bañera. Un dormitorio tiene una (doble) cama de matrimonio; los otros dos dormitorios tienen dos camas individuales. Una tercera parada de la ducha con vestidor se encuentra debajo de la casa.

La cubierta superior tiene una parrilla de gas y una mesa lo suficientemente grande para 8 personas para cenar al aire libre cuando el clima es agradable.

La cocina está muy bien equipado y tiene un montón de espacio en el mostrador. Una lavadora y secadora se encuentran en una sala de lavandería / lavadero de la cocina.

El salón es un formato "sala grande", con una amplia zona de estar alrededor de la TV de 50 pulgadas. Una mesa de juego con cuatro asientos está en el otro lado de la habitación.

Una sala de polvo se encuentra entre el comedor y la sala de estar.

Some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen

The property is ideally located for a family. We walked to the park with our toddlers after breakfast early every morning while the rest of the family was getting ready for the day. We spent our days on the beach— just a short walk away. Spent our evenings on the upper deck watching the sunsets… with more than a few walks to get ice cream at “the boardwalk.” My husband and I hung out with our napping kids in the shady over hang of the house. The owners were responsive and detail oriented. Their home is clean and comfortable, it was easy to block the stairs with a baby gate for our toddlers. It was the perfect setting for lots of family time. We would love to return. I would only caution against use of the grill, it definitely needs to be replaced.

Very nice. Nice size. Excellent location

The house is perfect for our family - and a few of our favorite guests! We have been coming to this house for the last two years and will continue to do so. It is a great vacation spot with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Excellent, well maintained and stocked house. Lots of rooms, bathrooms, and space. Ammenities are awesome - love having the washer/dryer and dishwasher to use! Thanks for another awesome vacation week! Until next year..... The Manginelli's, Pennsylvania

Million Dollar View

When you stay at Long Beach Island you want some sort of view and from this property you get it. Weather permitting you can sit on your second floor deck and witness a beautiful sunset over the bay every night. Add to that a short trip to the beach, 4 bedrooms, and air conditioning and you have everything you need for a perfect family vacation.

Review of Rental 166530

We have rented several homes over the years on LBI and by far this is our favorite house. Extremely comfortable and spacious. The views from the upstairs deck are beautiful and the size of the deck allows for entertaining extended family that visit us on and off all week. Being so close to everything, (dining at our favorite restaurant The Marlin, walking across the street to the beach, entertainment for the grandchildren that visit) is a huge plus. I would highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

This place has it all

Our family has rented houses on Cape Cod and LBI for over 30 years. We were always looking for a place that we'd want to return to again and again. We found that place with this house in Holgate. The location is perfect. We are sunset lovers, and the sunsets from the front decks are amazing, as is the view in general. It is only one block from the newly sanded beach and a short drive to Beach Haven for all the action, restaurants and shopping. It's also great for biking and there's a children's playground close by. The house is spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. We've been back many times and will return again.

Location can't be beat!

We just returned from a week-long stay at this home. This home worked out perfectly for us---my son's family of 5 and us, their grandparents. There was plenty of room for all---quiet space alone, or together time. The sunsets on the balcony were incredible, and coffee in the early morning watching the bird life across the street and the boats sailing by was the perfect way to start the day! The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need---the kitchen, the living room/game room, and even beach supplies! This house is close to a park for kids, one block to beach, one block to crab/fish in bay and a very short ride to the market, shops and amusement park. We had one unpredictable issue but the owner was very prompt to respond and easy to work with to resolve. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We also watched a terrapin turtle laying her eggs and met the local hatchery person who weighed Mom, and her eggs (after Mom scuttled off he dug them up to relocate them to a safer place), marked their new location and he will keep an eye on them until they hatch! All of us got quite an education on turtles! All in all, a great vacation on LBI! We'll be back!

Great family house!

What a lovely home, Dave and Linda! Upon arrival, we were pleased with ample parking spaces in the 2 driveways, cleanliness of the house, and extremely spacious living area and kitchen! Bathrooms located on each floor made it easy for our elderly mother to use either floor. That being said, this would not be an ideal house for someone who has difficulty with stairs. The bedroom level was perfect with each bedroom located in each “corner” of the house. While the bedrooms don’t have their own a/c vents, they each have a ceiling fan which kept it comfortable while sleeping. When not enjoying the beach, we spent time watching the wildlife across the street, watching the boats pass by in the bay while drinking our morning coffee and the gorgeous sunsets at cocktail time. The large table on the deck and numerous chairs was perfect for dinners and for company. Thank you for having such a wonderful home.

Another great vacation

We stayed at this very same house in 2011 and so when decided to return to LBI we reached out to the owner and were able to secure an early summer vaca. It was super great and just as we remembered it. This house has it all and is quiet and just a block away from the beach. Thanks for another memorable vacation

I got ripped off

The cleaning crew didn't take the trash away and when we arrived on Saturday all of the trash cans were overflowing with trash. The town fined the the owner and he took a portion of our deposit. Then, he had the nerve to tell us that we should have gone out and purchased more trash cans. How about fine the last guest. Plus the deck move when you walk on it. Not too safe.

Great vacation home for many reasons!

Our family has rented this home several times. It is spacious and family friendly as well as in a great location. We love this part of the island because it isn't too crowded and yet not too far from the action in Beach Haven. The house has unbelievable sunsets snd is only a short walk to the beach. It has all the accommodations for a great vacation. I'm sure we'll be back.

Our favorite so far!

We have been vacationing on LBI for over 20 years now. This house has been our favorite spot so far. We vacationed with our 4 adult children and my father and the spacious house had room for everyone. The kitchen was well supplied, it had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals. The outdoor grill was easy to use. The home was well stocked with books, puzzles, and games and the wifi was convenient. The sunsets from the decks were beautiful. We also enjoyed eating meals out there. It was a short walk to the beach. We even enjoyed the bench among the landscaping in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, great for long walks yet it is only a short drive to restaurants and activities. Thank you Dave for this wonderful vacation getaway!!

Did We Mention the View?

Excellent house with lots of room to spread out! Close to the beach and the view of the bay is outstanding. The street is quiet and a great place to walk and for young children to ride bikes. I enjoy the roomy kitchen and the two decks where the sunsets and fireworks for the 4th were visible!!

Beautiful Bay Views

Perfect location if you like quiet space within 1 block to the beach and a bike ride to Fantasy Island. The view of the bay and the sunsets are beautiful. There is a nice playground just around the corner. Nice 4 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 baths and an outdoor shower. Really perfect for a family with children of any age. Close to all shops and grocery.

Great find

I went for a family vacation with my wife, 2 year old and 3 month old, and my wife's parents. We had a great stay. The view was beautiful. Each night a great sunset right from our deck. The house was in a quiet neighborhood... The beach was so close. I would highly recommend this house.

Our family has rented this house for several years, and it's been great for us. It's not elegant (who wants that at the beach, anyhow?), but it's clean and comfortable. Best feature: a big, top-story deck with a great view of the bay.

Great location, beautiful sunsets, close to beach!

Our family stayed for a week this July and we loved this house. We stayed with another family and there were 8 people in total and it was very comfortable. The house is clean and has all of the basics you will need. The rooms are a good size and the location of the house is wonderful. You are just 1 block from the beach and the walk was easy with small kids. The decks on the house are huge and the views of the sunsets were really beautiful. The outdoor shower is great and there is also a fun park/playground for the kids just over a block away. It is a very quiet family neighborhood yet you are a very short drive to Beach Haven where all the "action" is. Loved this house and will stay again!

great house, great location

Seven of us had a one-week family gathering at this house and loved the house. The bedrooms are all airy, great cross-ventilation (we used the central air only one time). Kitchen has everything necessary and was convenient to use. Great laundry facility. Great outdoor shower. Great location, we loved sitting on the deck(s) and watching the herons in the marshland across the street. Short short walk to beach. Nice walk to bird preserve at southern tip of LBI. Once we got to Holgate, we never had to go more than 2 miles to have everything we needed/wanted. Watched sunsets from the decks. We would love to stay in this house again.

Holgate Gem

Comfortable, spacious, clean and convenient are just a few words to describe this lovely home. I have always preferred the serenity of Holgate and this home is in a perfect location featuring a beautiful view of the bay and short 1 block walk to the beach. The layout is unique and there is plenty of room to relax inside and out. The owners are courteous and go out of their way to insure that you have a most enjoyable vacation. I will definitely return when I get than chance. BONUS: Only two blocks from The Boardwalk Ice Cream Parlor - LBI's best ice cream!

Perfect home for a family vacation

I have to say that this was my first time renting a home in LBI and we hit the jackpot with this home. It was the perfect house for our family. Perfect views, comfortable living space, a block away from beach entrance an all around gem! We celebrated my daughter's first birthday on the beach and spending quality family time. I don't think it would have been the same in any other home...looking forward to next year already :)
