Convenient Location on the Riverfront

We spent the weekend and this place met all of our needs while keeping the price reasonable. I would recommend River Row Flats to anyone looking for a conveniently located, apartment-style accommodation.

Excellent and Affordable Option in Asheville

The apartment was clean and inviting, and communication with management was excellent. Parking was free and easy, and the location near the River Arts district was handy. A grocery store was a 3-minute drive, making this location a great option for vacation in Asheville.

Simple and Just What We Needed

Nancy was clear on everything that was going to and needed to happen for the rental. Her space is clean, thoughtful, and simple. The location was great for walking to breweries, restaurants, and music and art venues.

Perfect

Clean, quiet, close parking, great owner communication. Great attention to details like the blinds on the front door. I would definitely stay here again when I come to visit my son. Loved the view from the sliding glass door. Very good internet and tv reception. Bed was also quite comfortable. The coffee from Penny Cup was a nice touch. They have delicious coffee.

Great stay would highly recommend

Beautiful and clean place. It was a good size apt for 1-2 ppl. Neighborhood was private and right across the street from New Belgium brewery which was awesome. Check in was easy parking lot is on the smaller size but i had no issues finding a spot while I was there. I would definitely stay in this place again and highly recommend it!

Loved it!

We loved our stay. The location was in a great spot. Just a short Uber ride downtown. The nearby restaurants were also really good. The condo itself was very neat and clean with modern fixtures and appliances. Loved the spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, and living space. We will definitely book again the next time we are in the area!

Super clean, fun condo close to the Art District and really close to the New Belgium Brewery. Only stayed for a night but would have enjoyed more time - highly recommend.

Note to management

Really clean nice apartment. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. You may want to check your TV remote frequencies though. Our TV turned on several times in the middle of the night and early morning. And seemed to always be on when we got home from a day in town. Just a bit frustrating at 6am.

Everything you could ask for!

From the very beginning Nancy made our stay away from home feel like home. For a weekend get away or staying for business in Asheville. I highly recommend giving this place a chance. This place exceeded everything we were looking for.

Great place, but........

The location, room and price were great but I gave an overall rating of 3 stars for two big reasons. First, there were about 3 or 4 dogs staying in other rooms that were left alone and barked quite a bit. Second, you hear everyone on top of you and to the sides of you while in the room. I wanted to really love this place overall, but these two reasons would probably prevent me from staying there in the future.

From the ease of check in, to the perfect location, I highly recommend this unit for your next vacation stay in Asheville! Nancy was fabulous at check-in, the unit it’s self is beautiful and stocked with all the things you need for a perfect stay ! The bed and hide a bed were extremely comfortable. Location,location,location! Everything in Asheville is just minutes away. New Belgium brewing is right across the street and other food and drink are within walking distance! We will definitely stay here next time we travel to Asheville ! Thank you so much!

Great place but kinks in processes

This is a new, spacious comfortable and stylish space. A smart concept in vacation rentals: with the checkin pad, keyless entry, smart tv and great location near downtown Asheville, i’d Visit again. But they have a few kinks to work out. 1)The transparent doors with outside security lights beaming through, was the biggest annoyance. Perhaps not a big deal for some, but for the light-sensitive it was a major hindrance to a restful night’s sleep. 2)Parking for residents must be secured since the local brewery has frequent festivals. Both nights festival goers hogged the building’s spaces and the property manager had no way to distinguish between the cars. Since towing warning signs are already posted a simple parking pass system would fix this issue. 3) Finally, we had to make several inquiries with property manager before successfully receiving checkin and entry instructions; and then not until hours before our arrival. Their communications could be improved considerably. As a relatively new listing all these kinks can be worked out. And they in no way over-shadow the great advantages of this property. Also want to mention the great service received by the onsite housekeeper/fix-it lady. She was a gracious help!

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and minutes from downtown shopping and activities.

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
