Casa grande totalmente renovada en la playa de Weir, lista para sus vacaciones. Capacidad para 11 personas: dormitorio principal grande con cama queen, 2do dormitorio con cama queen y una silla plegable para cama individual, 3er dormitorio con litera doble, 4to dormitorio con cama matrimonial y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar del primer piso. Todas las nuevas cocinas grandes, ideales para cocinar en familia, muebles nuevos, 3 baños completos (2 en el 2 ° piso, 1 en el 1 °), electrodomésticos nuevos. Vea los fuegos artificiales de temporada desde la gran cubierta posterior al aire libre con mesa, sillas y parrilla a gas. Lindo porche lateral cubierto grande para esos días lluviosos o simplemente para disfrutar del café de la mañana. Gran patio para que jueguen los niños. Pond Hockey Classic Weekend!

This is a beautiful home with a large kitchen/dining room area to gather with friends. Plenty of beds, rooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked with whatever you may need. We had an amazing weekend! Thank you for sharing yoru home with us!

Awesome home near Weirs Beach

We stayed in Christine’s home for a bachelorette weekend and it was great. The house was clean and spacious, with a plethora of items for our use which was very convenient! This home is a very short walk to Weirs Beach and the pier, which was beneficial and allowed for us to not travel by car much this weekend. This is one of the best rentals I have been in and would stay again.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Perfect stay

House had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We loved sitting by the fire and listening to the bands on Weirs. The extra yard space and privacy was perfect for our family!

Great Place and Host!

Our group had a great time at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice open floor plan so everyone in our group could interact with one another. The host, Christine, did an excellent job of being communicative and helping us in the weeks leading up to our stay. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

Would 100% return!! Amazing spot.

This was our friend group’s first time in the area and this property is the exact place you want to stay. Walking distance from everything you could want out of Weirs beach, spacious/cozy/clean house, and the host was accommodating and so incredibly kind! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home rental. Everything was perfect!

Family had a great time

The house was perfect for our two families. The house was in a perfect location with great activities for the kids around the corner at Weir's beach and others a short drive away. The living area was open and worked very well for all of us to hang-out comfortably.

Great living space!

We had a great time in the house, and the owners could not have been more helpful. Everything was clean, the owners were flexible with check-in/check-out timing, and communication was great throughout.

Beautiful Home!

Our stay was wonderful. Christine is the perfect hostess, responsive, accommodating and above all prepared! Anything you may need is available. She even gave excellent suggestion for the area on where to eat and what to do! Hit up zip lining at Gunstock nearby, the kids loved it!

Great stay and overall experience

House was well-equipped, communication with owners was excellent, and we had a great stay. If you want to be in downtown Weirs Beach this is the place to stay as it is literally a 3min walk to get to arcade area and eateries, or perhaps a 10min walk to the beach. Thank you!

Best place by the lake

The house was amazing! There were so many included details that helped make our stay incredible- the wagon, the fire pit, the foosball table! The first thing everyone said when they walked in was how great the house was and how impressed they were that I found it! The house was clean, Christine was responsive, and they had everything we could need in the perfect location.

Beautiful Home

We had a great time in the Weirs Beach area. This home was only 15 mins from Gunstock and close to several restaurants & shops. Our family of 4 had more than enough room to spread out. We'd love to come back in the summer - the home is so close to Weirs Beach and would make for a great summer vacation.

Great house, great location

Charming older, very clean and well equipped home. You can always tell when an owner is thoughtful about the guest experience - this is definitely one of those owners! Literally right around the corner from all that Weirs Beach has to offer. My teens and their friends had a blast hanging out at the beach, arcades, pier, etc...

Labor Day Getaway

This property exceeded expectations. The gathering areas on the first floor were more spacious than depicted. Check in was a breeze, and the property was walking distance to all the attractions. We were fortunate to hear some live music from the deck over the weekend too. Great rental!

Awesome!

We had a great time. The location is perfect for the Weirs experience. Very close to all the lakeside activities. The house is very nice and we had fun playing foosball and games while we weren’t at the beach. The host was great to deal with and they also have a house next door we rented which is very nice as well. Highly recommended if you’re going to Winnepausakee!

Great location and lots of character!

The house is very nicely updated downstairs. A good set-up with plenty of space for small groups. Great location, right near Weirs Beach! The hosts and manager of the property are both extremely communicative and fast to respond to any messages. The bathrooms and heating system could use some updating. Overall a wonderful stay - Thank you to Christine, Wade, and Karen for everything!!

Wonderful Winni Week

My family enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week at the lake. The house was comfortable, very clean and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed to cook and serve our meals. The live music from the neighboring bar was delightful on Saturday and Sunday but then the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful the remainder of the week. We loved the central location to the popular spots and much enjoyed morning walks on the Weirs beach boardwalk. we absolutely would return for a stay in the future!

Weir’s Beach

We had a great stay at Christine and Wade’s house. The house was clean and organized. The location was downtown walking distance to the whole beach center. When we first walked the area around this house we loved the quaint cottages. We easily made our way to the beautiful lake, sat on the boardwalk, and saw all sorts of activity in town. This house had a comforting feel to it inside, a large yard and "barn". It was on a street that was just a touch away from the main activities. We could still hear the local music playing in the backyard! It was all so enjoyable. We were new to reno work, so we dove in and started to update this 1940's cottage to keep the charm, but to make it new again. At one point it had been converted to a duplex and we wanted to revert it to the original floor plan. We now have photos in a booklet at the house depicting some of the undertakings that we did and finding nice surprises of gorgeous original fir and oak floors!
