....... para alquilar esta casa inmaculada en Dory Pointe! The Lobster Lodge es una hermosa y cómoda casa, construida en 2006 y se ha utilizado con moderación solo como segunda residencia. A solo unos minutos a pie de la playa, cervecería, cafetería y otros establecimientos locales. Cerca del río Nestucca para pescar, practicar paddle surf, kayak y otras divertidas actividades acuáticas. La casa viene equipada con un kayak, sillas de playa y juguetes, así como 4 bicicletas para su uso. Las actividades en la casa incluyen: ping pong, dardos, spike ball y otros juguetes de playa, sistemas de juegos, juegos, rompecabezas, libros, karaoke, televisión por cable, WIFI, parrilla de barbacoa y una hoguera. ¡Todo lo que necesitas para pasar un momento divertido y relajante!

El primer nivel de la casa incluye una cocina abierta, una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 más 3 taburetes, sala de estar, chimenea de gas, medio baño y un pequeño escritorio / área de trabajo (si es necesario). La casa se encuentra en una zona boscosa natural con acceso a senderos para caminar y es perfecta para explorar.

El segundo nivel tiene el dormitorio principal con baño completo, que incluye bañera de hidromasaje, dos dormitorios dobles adicionales, otro baño completo y un cuarto dormitorio grande con literas (completamente en la parte inferior), colchón de aire, sistema de TV / juegos, juegos, etc. fuera para los niños!

Amazing stay!

This house has everything you need and more! Warming atmosphere made you want to cuddle up and relax! Beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great!

Pleasant stay

Great house. Lots of games, and a ping pong table for entertainment. Great proximity to the beach. A woods in the back there was an aura of seclusion.

Excellent house and location!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is an easy walk to the beach, and also has a wooded area and trail system in the back. Best of both worlds! Beds were comfortable and it was no problem accommodating 5 adults and 4 kids! We would stay here again!

Amazing location

This was the perfect location in Pacific City, close to the beach, hiking trails, and restaurants and pubs. We had family living nearby and we could easily walk to there place. Very clean and up to date, and it had everything we needed.

Dory Days Family Fun!

Amazing location! Home was everything we could have asked for and more. Enjoyed visits from the deer, walking to the coffee shop in the morning, and a comfortable, well stocked home base for our Pacific City adventures. We would definitely choose this home again!

We were very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of this house. It is well layed out for a family gathering. We have been spending Labor Day weekend at Pacific City for over 15 years.

Excellent family retreat!

This property more than met our expectations! It was lovely, comfortable & so well equipped that it was easy to just relax & enjoy! For kids, it was “Christmas” with so many toys, games, books to try & the ping pong table!! Tina, the manager, was quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this property

Beautiful space, great location near the beach

This was a great place to stay in Pacific City, easily walkable to restaurants, markets, bakery, or the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen easy to use, and the outdoor space relaxing. There were a lot of extra amenities and the wine and smores materials were nice extras. Tina was very easy to work with. Thank you for this great experience for our family.

Fabulous Beach House

This was our 2nd visit to this lovely beach house. It is so comfortable and accommodating, and the house is very well stocked with all the cooking appliances one could need. Easy location to all that Kiwanda/Pacific City offers. Tina is a dream owner, so kind and informative. We truly hated to leave. Thank you, Tina. You are so appreciated by my family.

Perfect stay at a perfect property!

We stayed here 4 nights for our family vacation. The house is beautiful, updated, and modern. The garage is stocked with a ton of supplies and toys for the beach including very comfortable beach chairs. The furniture in the house is very high quality and in great shape. The house is stunning and the pictures do not do it justice. Tina was very responsive throughout our stay. Short walk to the beach or into town. Backs up to beautiful BLM land.

Great House

Tina was a great host, very communicative and responsive. The home was very well accommodated with a great layout for a family, we had 6 adults and 4 kids and did not feel cramped at all. Backyard and fire pit are great, very private and a nice view of the forest behind the house. Very quick beach access and a quick walk to Pelican and coffee. Everyone loved the house and already talking about the next visit. We have stayed in several properties in Pacific City and our favorite so far!

Great location!

This house was located within walking distance to beach access, a beautiful trail behind the house, and a few local places to eat and shop. The furnishings were comfortable and the kids room was a great space for our son to hang out in. If we stay in this area again, this house will be our first pick. With body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided, you just need to pack your clothes, a toothbrush and toothpaste to stay here. The scented hand soaps in the bathrooms, the beach towels and toys, and the warm water spicket outside for rinsing off the sand were nice amenities. If you're looking to stay in a less touristy area, Pacific City is a great option. Be sure to eat at Grateful Bread and check out the camels at Green Acres!

Great place for a family vacation

We stayed here for our annual family vacation with our two sons and their families. We ranged in age from 11 to 66. This was a perfect place for us. The beds were large and comfortable with bunk beds for the grandkids and queens/kings for the adults. The house is fully stocked with kitchen items, toys, books, DVDs, games, 6 bikes, and more. Tina even left us a bottle of wine, coffee pods for the kurig, firewood and smore makings. We enjoyed a hike into the BLM land behind the house, renting a dune buggy from down the road and playing on the beach. There is a beach access just north of town where one can drive onto the beach. That's great for the "old folks". We highly recommend this property for a family vacation or small group.

Weekend stay

We stayed for 5 nights with 6 adults, a 1 year old, and a 4 year old. It was great for all ages. Tina is amazing and location was great too!

Family friendly gem !

This is the second year we've stayed here. Four grandboys for our annual trip to the coast. Ages range from 6 to 16. There's a lot of cooking going on while we're there, the kitchen has everything you need and plenty of dishes and silverware. We love the patio area and wooded area behind the house. Deer wander through. Ping pong table and dart board in the garage and video games in the bonus room were great for rainy days. Plenty of beds and rooms for a family stay. Wish the beach access was a little closer or easier to navigate but that is the only downside I can think of as far as location. House is in a small subdivision , there's even bicycles in the garage ! Host was amazing both stays. Almost hate to leave a review and let my secret out , haha!!

Clean, spacious & newer property

We were all impressed with the cleanliness. All of us remarked that when we walked into the rooms, they smelled clean, which is so important durning COVID The house is nicely furnished with up to date furniture, also very comfortable and is spacious with lots of room for everyone👍🏼 Although we could not see the ocean, the beach is only a 5-6 minute walk away. The beach is beautiful ! 😍 We also loved the short hike up the hill behind the house, that is well marked with red reflectors Tina was very responsive to our questions, welcoming us with a nice sign, & a bottle of RED and gave us good suggestions to make our stay enjoyable …. We would definitely book this property again in the future and recommend it to friends and family Thanks, Tina 🙏🏼👍🏼😍
