¡Bienvenido a 76 South Sea Pines Drive! Esta casa recientemente renovada de tres dormitorios y dos baños puede albergar a un grupo de hasta ocho personas.

¡La piscina privada es el área perfecta para relajarse y darse un chapuzón! La piscina privada y el spa se pueden calentar por un cargo adicional para las estadías entre el Día del Trabajo y el Día de los Caídos. ¡Llame a nuestra oficina antes de su estadía si está interesado! También hay una parrilla de gas disponible para su uso que viene completamente provista de propano.

La playa está a pocos pasos de distancia. El sendero de la playa está convenientemente ubicado al otro lado de la calle, no lleva más de cinco minutos caminar hasta la playa.

76 South Sea Pines drive es todo un nivel. La sala principal está abierta a la cocina y tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 65 pulgadas montado en la pared. Esta casa está equipada con internet inalámbrico y una pequeña área de escritorio en caso de que necesite realizar un poco de trabajo mientras está de vacaciones.

La cocina actualizada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una barra superior con capacidad para hasta cuatro. Justo al lado de la cocina se encuentra el área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora, además de un refrigerador de respaldo de tamaño completo.

El comedor formal tiene una mesa para hasta ocho personas. Hay acceso directo a un porche proyectado con vistas a la piscina privada y al spa desde este porche. Además, ��tienes muchos asientos para relajarte afuera!

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana de 39 ". También hay acceso directo a la terraza de la piscina desde esta habitación. El baño principal privado se ha actualizado recientemente con una ducha a ras de suelo.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas queen. Ambas habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana de 39 pulgadas y comparten un baño con una combinación de ducha / bañera.

Perfect house for small family

We had a wonderful stay! East, short walk to beach. Spent many hours playing games and relaxing on the screened in porch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Clean, comfortable, and great location.

Everything was easy regarding rental of this property. If I had a question, the rental agency was quick to answer them. One problem arose regarding heating the pool and spa but it was taken care of immediately. Great vacation home.

Wonderful vacation home

Second time staying here and absolutely love it! The home is wonderful and very clean. The inside decor had been updated since our stay 3 years ago and the living area was very comfortable. Love the enclosed patio, hot tub and pool. No need to go to the beach with everything right there, although the beach is just a short walk away. Had a minor issue with the heated pool but Tyler was very responsive even responding multiple times to my emails on a Sunday. He quickly resolved the issue and provided a refund for the couple days it was unavailable. Overall, a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Screened patio area was nice to have. Pool and lounge area were great too. Location was perfect with just a short few-minute walk to the beach. Beach towels (and bath towels) provided were good quality. One note is that no other beach amenities are provided, but a credit at local rental store is provided where you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes which are conveniently delivered and picked up. One very minor suggestion: could have provided a tad more bathroom amenities (toilet paper and soap)

It is the most deeply stocked house with items that anyone would need in the kitchen, can't say enough about that. Lots of nice amenities as well, puzzles, games, blue tooth speaker, box fans, excellent condition furniture, very clean grill, across street from bike path, close to Salty Dog restaurant and shops, and a wonderful very short walk to the beach. Well maintained yard and the screened in porch was a wonderful feature. This house didn't disappoint. If availability and timing is right on our end, we would definitely stay here again.

We have been going to HHI for 15 years and this home and management company are the best we’ve seen! We have already booked a return trip for August. The location to the beach was closer than we expected, everything was immaculate, beds comfy and space was very livable. One thing we didn’t realize was the street was busier than we thought it would be- easy workaround for was to go through the backyard to a quiet Steet that connected to the bike path which was much safer. Great stay and looking forward to our return trip this summer!

Birthday Celebration in Sea Pines

This vacation was a birthday gift to myself for bringing together my kids for a week of relaxation. When they were small, we stayed in Sea Pines for about 6 years with other families. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location and the property itself. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is well equipped. You do have privacy at this property when in the backyard. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and the screened in porch worked out perfectly. The house is right across the street from the beach path access. We rented bikes to easily get around. You can ride to South Beach and with a little longer ride to Harbor Town. I would certainly recommend the house and will probably stay there again.

Everything Was So Easy!

The doors slid smoothly, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. I could go on and on but it was like staying at a friend's very lovely home. We loved that the beach access was right across the road; you could practically see the sand standing in the driveway (a long but straight walk away!). This house was perfect for our 3 adults and 3 children. The pool was a great size for both play and hanging out, and we love the additional backyard space for playing. The screen porch provided a great spot to hang out and watch the swimmers while getting some shade. No complaints from us!When the wifi did go out (a provider issue, not a house issue), a representative from the rental agency was at our house about 10 minutes after we left the voicemail. True service!

Well equipped home

The house is very well equipped (hosted and prepared Thanksgiving dinner!) It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The only downside is South Sea Pines Drive is very busy (even in the "off" season) as many head to South Beach throughout the day and night. The house is also close to its neighbors, so you do hear them when they are around their pools.

Very responsive, heated pool is worth it!

The extra cost for having the heated pool and hot tub was well worth the money. The kitchen was amazing, well stocked, and we used it frequently. The management company was very responsive, friendly, and took care of all of our needs. Sea Pines was an excellent area to bike around and the nearby Salty Dog Cafe was a fantastic place to eat out. Try the wafflelicious!
