En la "tranquila" Granja Briggs. Te encantará el vecindario y las cómodas camas. Te encantará nuestra casa, está idealmente ubicada a pocos minutos en coche de algunas de las mejores playas del estado oceánico. 1.8mi. a Scarborough, 3. 0 mi a Roger Wheeler, 3. 0 mi. a Narragansett Town Beach y Pier. Navega en el ferry de Block Island ubicado en Pt Judith que se encuentra a solo 3. 4 millas de distancia. Nuestra casa recientemente renovada y bellamente decorada tiene un concepto abierto. El gran salón incluye aire acondicionado FIOS / INTERNET. Trae tu laptop. Televisión de pantalla plana arriba y otra abajo en la sala de estar. En la planta baja hay una gran sala familiar con capacidad para 2.
Las amplias habitaciones están en un nivel y están recién alfombradas y amuebladas con dulzura. Cocina reformada. Langosta ollas / sartenes / artículos de limpieza / barra de desayuno. Lavadora y secadora de gran capacidad.
Todas las habitaciones están en el mismo nivel. Las camas son (3) Queen (1) Full. Nuevos colchones, fundas de colchones.
Ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones.
La sala de bonificación de abajo tiene asientos de cuero que es una cama plegable Queen. A / C en la sala de estar de arriba. 2 baños completos.
AL AIRE LIBRE: ducha CALIENTE / FRÍA / Fácil acceso al patio trasero arbolado de gran nivel y pequeña terraza desde la cocina. Trae tu juego de voleibol y bádminton. Gran parrilla de gas Coleman y muebles de patio al aire libre.

Beaches / Pier / Block Island Ferry /: Hermosa casa limpia con habitaciones decoradas con buen gusto. Amplio espacio para estacionamiento de 4-6 autos.
Block Island Ferry y 2. 8 millas a Pt Judith. Disfrute de atracciones cercanas, minigolf, heladerías y excelentes tiendas. Desayunos, restaurantes de mariscos y vida nocturna. Las carreras de globos en agosto en el campus de URI, que está a 8 millas de distancia.

10 minutos al muelle de Narraganset, pintoresco pueblo con vida nocturna, tiendas y playa de pueblo pequeño. El ferry de Block Island está a 10 minutos, Mystic CT. 20 mi. Los casinos Foxwoods y Mohegan Sun son 30 millas.

No puedo pedir una mejor ubicación para relajarse en 3 playas estatales con tantos otros lugares para visitar.

easy care cottage, close to the beaches, and restaurants, nice safe neighborhood. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms & living room kept it comfortable. we had a great 2 weeks staying here.

Perfect spot for a family trip to Point Jusith, RI

Plenty of room for everyone. Clean comfortable and spacious. Great location close to beaches and restaurants and stores, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Large backyard perfect for get togethers, cooking out etc. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Basic Home in a nice Neighborhood

The house was very cute. There is a nice yard and a good location. The neighborhood is great for walking. Sunset Farm is next door-close to beaches, restaurants and parks.

Lovely beach house

House was very bright and clean. Had ample space in all rooms. Loved the open kitchen area. Finished basement and outdoor shower were real pluses. Had all amenities for a carefree vacation.

We had a great week and the weather was perfect.

Loved that all the bedrooms were on 1 floor and no stairs for the 1 year old to attempt to climb. The door to the basement remained shut at all times. It made it easy to relax for the week. Also loved the island with many stools around it.

Family Vacation

This was a very clean house. Nice yard for the kids to play in. No AC but quite comfortable with the fans. There is a window AC in the living room which cooled the house nicely. I would highly recommend this house.

Excellent week at the house.

House is close to everything. It was a hot week for august, nights were warm with 1 window unit in house. Other than that house was excellent and had a great time. Would return again.

Family Vacay

Briggs Farm and Margret were great. Kitchen island was perfect for the 6 of us to sit around and visit and play games. The house was perfect distance to beaches,ferries and Newport. Margret always responded to any questions. She was very accommodating to our needs. The rainy weather didnt dampen our fun as we found plenty to do!!!

Quiet neighborhood close to beaches. Any issues were responded to without delay.

Good location. Owner addresses any concerns we had forthwith. Comfortable beds. It was warm and the one air conditioner was not adequate for the whole house ,however the bedroom ceiling fans were a help. All’s s all a good rental.

Summer 2023

Quiet house in quiet neighborhood. No floor squeaks or door squeaks when adults were up with little ones asleep. Owner was very nice to work with. Listing is accurate. Close to our favorite beach-Scarborough. Wonderful week!

This home really worked well for our extended family—three generations including a 5 year-old and a toddler at 18 months. We spent lots of time at the two nearest state beaches, just minutes away. There was plenty of room for us all to gather in the evenings with the open plan kitchen and LR. The flat grassy backyard was perfect for the kids to blow off steam when we weren’t at the beaches and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Margaret, the host, was easily available for the couple of questions we had early on. The kitchen is well equipped, and with two bathrooms and the outdoor shower there was never any waiting. The A/C worked well when we needed it early in the week, and later we were delighted to just have windows open at night, easy to sleep in such a quiet neighborhood.

Great stay in Naragansett

My family spent a great week in Naragansett. The house was perfect for us. We loved the fact that everything was on one floor with the exception of the bonus room in the basement which worked out great for the kids. It was more than spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children under 10. The 2 bathrooms and the outdoor shower were more than enough to avoid any gridlock at shower time. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, and the supermarket and the community was beautiful. Margaret was terrific throughout the entire process and always available, such a nice person. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again next year.

Beach/Wedding Week

Good layout with the open floor plan - 4 bedrooms on the main floor accommodated everyone! The outdoor shower was the most popular! Very grateful for the A/C unit and the fans in every room. Also, appreciated the dehumidifier in the basement to keep everything nice and dry. (I emptied it every day but 1!)

Great spot

House was very clean, which is very important to me. AC units were great to have! Owners were very approachable and responsive. Really felt like a home away from home. Lots of pots and pans, plenty of dishes and serving items, grill was perfect, lots of basics (paper towels, seasonings, trash bags, toilet paper) to get us started for the week. I would suggest bringing room darkening drapes if you are light sensitive because these lovely sunny days start early! Close to the stores and beaches, quiet neighborhood, very nice neighbors. Highly recommend the place.

Nice size, near beaches

Renting and communicating with owner was super easy. The house has plenty of room-we could have easily slept 12 people! The outdoor shower plus two full indoor bathrooms were plenty! There was a miscommunication with the cleaners after the previous renters, but the owners quickly rectified the issue and communicated effectively about the situation. The house could use some updating and some additional air conditioning but overall it was pleasant and convenient. We’d rent it again!

Great 4th of July in RI

We rented the house for 2 weeks in July - we had a great time. The house was really clean when we arrived and nicely decorated with all the beachy items. The downstairs room is great for the kids to play - I have 3 children under the age of 11. There were videos for them to watch and board games for them to play. The owner provided linen for a small fee which was great one less thing to pack for a family of 5. There were so many things for us to do besides the beach. There was fireworks for the 4th of July; the annual balloon festival in Newport. We also did the mansion tours in Newport. What a great time. One of my favorite things was going down the boats in Galilee to get our lobsters and fresh seafood. The brochures that the owner provides for the local sites, activities and restaurants were great. Can't wait for next year!!

Vacation in Rhode Island

We had a great time . The location was only 5 mins from the beach which was great with a 4 year old. We could come back to the house for lunch and a nap. Enjoyed the backyard and the wild turkeys that came through the yard with their proof. Everyone had plenty of room to relax.
