This home was well loved, clean and had everything we needed. Lots of cooking appliances and pans Well stocked dishes and towels. Washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Beautiful harbor and sunrise views. Sunsets on the upper desks we spectacular.

The property was very clean and just as the listing said. The water park was very fun and everything we needed was in walking distance. Property management was delayed in getting back to me a couple of times but nothing that would ruin our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious! The view from the balcony was very pretty. Would definitely recommend!

Location was great. The splash pool was a lot of fun. Unit cleanliness needs more attention. Master bath shower and washer front door liner were both heavy with mildew. I emailed the mgmt company but did not receive a response. Elevator went out so had to carry 40lb luggage down 6 flights of stairs.

Great location

Check in was good though instructions on key access is via email Vs the VRBO app. They were immediately responsive with any questions we had and a minor a/c issue was addressed immediately. The large deck facing the inter coastal is wonderful. The sun rises from the left and I didn’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy it! (we were on the 6th floor),!! Beach access is literally a 3 minute walk max. 2 of the 4 beach chairs were good, but the other 2 were older and very low to the ground and could use replacement. The cart, other beach toys and beach towels were really nice features. The 2 included water park passes were nice and our 12yr son and 25 year da. enjoyed it. There is no other pool to access, so just know any additional people after 2 will need to pay the 22.00/person waterpark fee for any pool access. The unit had basic cooking pots/pans/cookie sheets and a blender… but no mixer. The rooms were spacious and both bathrooms were large and nice. You are within a 5 min. drive to a Publix and a marketplace Walmart. The view and food/drinks at Jimmy iguanas onsite was very good. We loved the grove surf cafe less than a mile north on the main beach road with wonderful food, coffee, and places to sit inside and outside. We bought several things in the on-site gift shop as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic! Extremely clean and well equipped. Don’t worry about bringing beach chairs, umbrella, or toys, they have it all! We loved the balcony overlooking the harbor, and the proximity to the beach. I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one was nearly perfect (the body wash bottles were empty, which I wasn’t expecting them to provide anyway haha). Would absolutely book again! Great price for a great property!

AMAZING!!

Host was very responsive to help through out this stay! Answered questions with in minutes. Condo was so clean, with anything/everything you could think of provided in the kitchen as well as beach equipment! The bed rooms were very roomy, as well as bathrooms. Comfortable living space. Outside patio area with multiple seats, could see dolphins in the water every day! Very quiet and peaceful on patio. Staff in the condo areas were very welcoming, friendly, and offered advice for the area- restaurants/beach/stores. Felt very much "at home" here.

Great location and amenities

Overall, we had a great stay. Our condo was very clean and as described - we loved the extras for our time at the beach. Our only wish would have been free access to the pool for all of us (you get 2 passes daily). Thank you!

Great facility everything you need including beach chairs, and umbrellas. My grandson loved the waterpark and was there every day.

Great family vacation destination

The condo and waterpark made for a great family vacation. Nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops.

Hard to find better location!

This was perfect spot for my family with young kids. Had water park, 5 minute walk to ocean beach, and great view of bay. Every kind of water! We enjoyed sitting on deck and watching nice boats and also saw some dolphins! Place is very nice and slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Kitchen is great with all supplies provided. Washer and dryer very convenient. TVs in every room. Master bed and bath especially nice. Also everything needed for beach provided with nice cart to haul! Property manager was very friendly and responsive when we locked ourselves out! Highly recommend! Only small negative is only 2 water park passes provided each day so we needed to purchase additional for $15 each. Not a huge issue.

We’ve been going to Indian Rocks Beach for the last 5 years and love the area.

The property was excellent just wish we had 4 water park passes like we’ve always had in the past , but outside of that everything was awesome.

June 10-18th

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is very clean and well stocked, and the bed are very comfortable. Restaurants are close by and everything in walking distance. Indian Rocks is a beautiful beach. We have stayed at the condos before in a different unit and enjoyed our family time - which is why we returned. However this stay was difficult for our family. Just some advice for property management, security, and Splash Harbour Waterpark: To many adults drinking (I mean very drunk) with their little children close by and some did not have children . I feel there needs to be a limit on alcohol use at a kid friendly water park. Lots of adults leaving drinks pool side with easy access for little children. I feel the adults should not be able to bring drinks into the pool. - and should have to drink at the bar if they want to do so. The adults language at pool side was not an environment I wanted my children to be at. Also the bathing suits of some were inappropriate - Maybe a dress code at the waterpark or to be enforced. Difficult to sit on the our balcony at night because of other units parties and language. We also got stuck on an elevator for 20 minutes with no air conditioning but the maintenance man did have his own fan blowing in the elevator - who is very nice and very hardworking. I will follow up with we still had a wonderful time even with the issues. We just left and came back at different times. But when you are on vacation shouldn't have to. I had a very difficult time knowing what to put here. I did not want to leave a bad review because our condo was wonderful. Also easy booking through 5 star vacations and very friendly.

Great location, nice and fun place.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, nice, clean and fun place for kids and families. The only suggestion for the host is to upgrade the beach chairs. But overall we will be definitely consider coming back.

Great location and amenities

The unit was in a great location. The extra that came with the unit for the beach (chairs, toys, cart) were very helpful. The property manager was less than helpful. Only one key was in the lockbox which made it difficult for multiple adults to access the room. We contacted the property manager multiple times to get that fixed and they were unhelpful. The bathroom doors in the master were both broken and didn’t lock, which was annoying with small children that kept entering when undesired. Beach towels also could have used some bleach. The beach chairs are rusty and the rust was on the towels making them seem unclean. Overall the location and unit was great for the needs of a young family. Lots of things in walking distance.

From the moment we first got there we knew were going to have an amazing week. The condo smelled so clean and it looked great! The beds were so comfortable! The sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking. The water park is a blast. The beach is just a couple blocks away and restaurants and bars are within walking distance. This place definitely exceeded our expectations and hope we can stay there again!

Great spot close to everything 2 blocks from beach

For a family this place has everything g beach chairs, toys towels great layout. The only thing the elevator was one for the entire complex 2 would be better but that his nit picking. Great to sit I. The morning on the outdoor patio and watch the sun rise. Like I’m definitely coming back and the beds I appreciate the owners spent good money on the beds for the mattresses are very comfortable for my bad back and I slept like a rock. I even asked the owner if they wanted to sell that’s how much I loved the place.

Very nice place, great ciew

Great place, nice and clean. Would have liked a convenience store closer for food, since the food store was not walking distance and needed car to get there. Elevators were slow but worked. Overall would rent again!

Great Location

This condo is located near the beach and has lots of convenient restaurants and shops nearby. Great place to stay for adults with or without kids.
