Spacious home for seven people in for a wedding dress shopping weekend. Decorated nice for the beach location and has a nice limited coast view Convenient location. The home is clean surface wise, but there is some wear on the furniture and rugs. Would stay here again.

The location was good for the activities we had planned in the area. The living room sofa needs a bit of TLC or updating, and the beds were small queen-size. Overall, we had a great stay. However, the disclosure in the listing of the stairs leading up to the house from the foyer would have been appreciated.

A beautiful place

The morning views are beautiful. The home was comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed, would have appreciated some extra rolls of Toilet paper as the rolls were not full and there were no extra, but that was a small complaint, not a big one! I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Location, Location!

This beach house was tucked away enough to have privacy without compromising proximity to the beach…it was just a short walk to paradise! The house itself was spacious and comfortable. The ocean views from the living room and bedroom were stunning.The only reason this didn’t get a five star review was because of a few things that needed some TLC: the shower curtain was too small for the pole; the queen bed mattresses were worn soft; there is no air conditioning (if needed); and the garage trash barrel container was too small. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here otherwise! Thank you.

Great House

We stayed here for our daughter's college graduation and had family over for a cookout after. It was raining so unfortunately couldn't' enjoy the large deck but the house had a nice open floor plan between the living and dining area that we had plenty of room! House was very clean, kitchen well stocked. Already recommended to our friend for when his son graduates in 2 years!

Great retreat!

My family of 7 liked the big main room and wide deck for relaxing and enjoying the cool air. Very short walk to get to Wallis Sands beach and the house comes with a little cart to bring beach supplies. You can drive down to the bustle of Hampton Beach boardwalk, but retreat back to this Rye house for a quiet night. Although there is no AC, there are plentiful fans and the air moves pretty well through the house with 4 big sliding doors to the deck in the main room. Very clean and we would return!

Nice Property

Lots of positives about this property: it was clean, well-stocked with kitchenware and towels/wash cloths, location was great. The one suggestion is to update the mattresses in all bedrooms. They were old and quite uncomfortable as well as stained. This would be an easy fix and really enhance the experience.

Great experience

We loved this little vacation! There were stains on the carpets however there isn’t much u can do about that so it was great! A little mildew smell but you are on the beach so you are more likely to have that anyway :) definitely recommend!

Great house and location

We had some trouble getting into the property when the lockbox appeared to be dead. We were able to get it resolved through the Vacasa/Vrbo help lines but it did take over an hour to get resolved. Fortunately after that everything about our trip went well! We very much enjoyed the house and other than a few ants here and there everything was clean and easy to manage. Would recommend this for a stay close to the beach and downtown Portsmouth!

Beautiful Home but some issues

The home was absolutely stunning and clean, but there were a few things that weren’t so great. There were stains on the sheets, and one of the sliding doors locks were completely broken so we were unable to lock it. We didn’t feel very safe because of this and being in a new area with lots of people we definitely would have liked to have been able to lock all the doors. Other than that we had a wonderful experience.
