Acabo de comprar esta propiedad. Voy a rehacer los muebles e interiores a principios de noviembre de 2019. Soy dueño de la unidad de al lado, un estudio. Ves este listado en
VRBO, listado # 1808062, para tener una idea de la calidad de los interiores.

Sal por la puerta a la arena y disfruta de Bradenton Beach. Casi podemos garantizar puestas de sol todas las noches.

Anna Maria conserva el encanto de un verdadero pueblo de playa.

Great place, location

Very nice condo right on the beach! Very clean and had comfortable beds. Good location on the island. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend.

On the beach

The beachfront location was perfect for coast access and beach ambience without feeling crowded. View of waves and breezy patio; location perfect for walks and sunsets. Condo was nicely furnished and comfortable, well cared for, and very clean. Easy parking, close to restaurants. Overall a very nice property to enjoy AMI experience.

Convenient to the Beach

The place was great. Jeffrey the manager was awesome about communication. Having the beach right outside your door was very convenient. This helped with my dad not being able to walk far and carrying all the stuff to the beach.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was nicely decorated and the furniture and beds comfortable. It was also very nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was tiny and had no dishwasher, however that did not keep us from being able to prepare meals there. The beach was easily accessible and close enough to pop back to grab refreshments or use the bathroom. Seriously a wonderful place to spend a week!

Great location!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and literally right on the beach! It was easy to get to Bridge Street and also just a short drive to the north end of the island to the Pine Avenue area. We loved that there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and beach toys were provided. It was a very comfortable stay. The owner, Jeffrey, was very responsive. Our door lock stopped working and he had a locksmith there very quickly to put in a new lock. We would definitely stay here again!

Just book it already!

Last minute trip. Booked on the day of. Had to work closely with the property manager since through VRBO we couldnt book the same day arrival. Jeffery took care of this, no problem and was extremely quick and helpful. Comfy beds and great water pressure. Description online is accurate. Yes it is small esp the kitchen but perfect in everyway. The location is everything and the condo has everything you could possibly need and then some. Definitely check out how well stock it is prior to going to the grocery. I cannot wait to return.

We come to AMI yearly and our typical condo we stay at is no longer an option since the hurricane. We were hoping to find a place to become our regular go to. This condo is in the perfect location in relation to the beach. It is decorated beautifully and at first view checks all the boxes. However, after our stay, we will not be utilizing this condo again, which is a shame because it really is beautiful snd more than adequately equipped. The deal breaker for us was the complete lack of sound proofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors’ movements. However, that was the lesser of the sound issue as these movements slowed come bedtime. The bigger issue was the sound through the wall shared with unit 1. We could literally hear the renters pee, talk, cough, flush, and could identify what tv show they were watching. This became extremely frustrating in the evening as it was difficult to sleep. The first group of renters had a gentleman with a hacking cough and we could hear him all night long. The next renters we only had shared wall space for one night, luckily. They were up until after 2 am arguing and cursing at each other. They also were calling others on speakerphone through their disagreement. I do not share this to put others’ business on blast, but to illustrate how little sound proofing existed as we knew exactly what they were arguing about and could even hear their convos via speakerphone. This trip was relaxing by day, but restless and frustrating by night.

Traum Wohnung am Strand

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage und der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Wir konnten gar nicht glauben, dass sie wirklich so wunderschön ausgestattet ist, wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. Alles ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause und hat nicht das Gefühl, eine Ferienwohnung zu beziehen. Von innen guckt man bis auf das Meer, näher kann man nicht am Strand seinen Urlaub verbringen. Ein absoluter Traum!!! Danke auch für den tollen und stets direkten Kontakt mit Jefferey.

Right on the Beach

It was the perfect place for our annual girl's trip. The beach is right out the front door. Plenty of chairs and beach items for you to use when needed. Had a great long weekend, would stay again. Thanks!!

Worked well for our family

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and is in a great location. It served us well, was nice to have the available beach chairs, liked it being a lower level unit (no stairs!) and plenty of seating in the condo to relax. One issue we kept having was the overall lack of storage or places to put our clothes. Only a few hangers in the closet and no dresser available in the main bedroom. Not a full size fridge in the kitchen either but it worked for us. If a few of the knick knacks & shelf decorations were reduced, there would be storage options for guests. We had to move a few things around, then place back before leaving, to make it all work. Overall, we enjoyed our time there!

Beautiful location

Great location steps from beautiful beach! Cant get any closer. Nice space with all the amenities! Self check in was new to me, so I was a bit nervous waiting for our check-in info, but everything came thru timely and our stay was awesome! Hoping to return!

Steps from the beach

This property was perfectly located. The beach was literally right out the door. There was beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys available for your use as well. The condo was well stocked with anything you might need. The only negative, and I’m being really picky because it was great, was there was a lot of big furniture in the condo. It was hard to walk around. I have two teenage boys and getting around the small condo with all the big furniture was challenging. But that did not affect our stay at all. We would come back in a second!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Anna Maria Island is unique in that it's one of the beach towns that has retained the beach flavor. Not built up or overrun with chain stores and restaurants. Small town "beachy" feel. Easy to get around via car, walking, free trolley, or Uber.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is a private condo. Nothing on the interior is shared. The only shared areas are the patio/walkway in front of the units leading to the beach. You will meet other guests passing by on their way to the beach. It's a very friendly building.

This is truly a beachfront property. You step out the door and the sand is waiting. We can almost guarantee sunsets every night. It takes you about 30 seconds to reach the water. That's beachfront!!

I have a studio unit right next door with an adjoining door, so if you need to accommodate additional guests you can rent both units together.
