El complejo cuenta con bañera de hidromasaje durante todo el año y piscina climatizada al aire libre en verano. Duerme 12. Decorado en un estilo clásico y cómodo. La sala de estar tiene techos abovedados, ventanas de dos pisos, cómodos asientos, chimenea de leña y pantalla plana. Wifi gratuito y cable. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene mostradores de granito de losa y mucho espacio para la preparación de comidas. Asientos de mesa de comedor 6. Beautiful location!

The condo was very nice and had a beautiful view. The condo itself had everything we needed. The pool was not in working order which is the main reason we chose this condo. It was disappointing that it wasn't communicated to us prior to our trip.

Excellent Property

This is a spacious four-bedroom, four bath property, with plenty of open areas and a well-equipped kitchen, all offering a beautiful view of Lake Dillon. Comfortable seating areas and beds. Unlike other condos I've rented, this one has plenty of hooks everywhere you would want one. The only negative was a bathtub upstairs that wasn't draining, but that's an easy fix. We fully enjoyed this condo, and it contributed to a great trip all around for us.

Great space and location for a family ski trip!

This condo is great with 4 bedrooms, each with it's own full bathroom. We stayed here with 2 families and a grandmother and had plenty of space (5 adults and 4 kids). The bunk room great for the kids, allowing them to all stay together so the parents had their own rooms! Be ready to walk to the third floor because there is no elevator, but the view from the room overlooks the lake and is beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner every night. We drove to Keystone to ski every day, which was an easy 10 minute drive from the condo. The beds are very comfortable and fans are provided for every bedroom. One very minor issue was that the closets are full of the owner's things so unpacking would have been easier if the closets were cleared. However, that would not deter me from staying here again. It is a great place and felt like a home away from home!

One thing after another

Arrived and No toilet paper. Called and they delivered some. Day two we returned from hiking at noon and no water in the unit. Called PM who had to call and check, all water was off due to some emergency but was told it would be restored by 1pm. Called at 2, still no water and was told it might be restored by 5. When I said that was problematic because we needed to shower to get to Breckenridge soon I was told we could drive to some fitness place in the next town, get a day pass and they would reimburse us! Are you kidding me? Other problems, hot and cold water faucets in master sink are reversed. Master shower doesn’t get hot water. Keurig, garbage disposal and ceiling fan didn’t work. Despite tnat, the area is LOVELY! property management is a disaster.

Great location with great view

Stayed at the property over Spring Break 2022. Property is nicely equipped with most things you would need to feel at home. Great layout with two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. Very close to almost everything you would want to do (ski, shopping, groceries, etc.). Unit is on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator access but that wasn't a big issue for us. Also, property management was responsive for the most part. Would recommend and stay at the unit again.

Family vacation

The most amazing view of the Rockies and Dillon Marina. The bedding and towels were wonderful, beds were really comfy…plenty of room for 6, we never got in each other’s way!! The kitchen essentials were nicely stocked!! Thank you! We will come again

What a View!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So so happy I went with this place! 2 adults, 3 teens/pre teens. It was a fantastic set up as we had the common area to chill by fire together and eat, but everyone also had their own space for downtime. Not only did they have their own rooms, but their own bathrooms too! That was huge. - my kids rarely see snow so to play with them in all that fresh powder on the frozen lake was great, in addition to enjoy watching them play from the balcony with my warmCoffee was perfect. The stairs were not bad and everyone helped carry luggage and groceries up and down. There is a Kurig and regular coffee maker, firewood, and some toiletries. The location is great - only 10 minutes to Keystone. Being on the lake was a true gift/ sunrises/sunsets- gorgeous view! Definitely recommend!

Great location

Centrally located within 20 mins of many ski resorts. The town of Dillon also has everything you need. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Great to have 4 bathrooms. Fantastic views as well. Would recommend.
