This is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath located on Lake Dillon with unbelievable mountain and lake views. Sleeps 10. Upstairs loft area has a window air conditioner unit. Living area has comfortable seating, large flatscreen and wood fireplace. Free Wifi and Roku. Fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, a kitchen bar with lots of room for meal preparation and a regular coffee maker. Dining table seats 10. Spacious entry with boot bench, gear hooks. Upper floor of this unit is reached by a spiral staircase. Comfortable deck seating for 3. This south-facing deck can be used year-round. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

2 Parking Permits are provided in the unit. The unit has 2 unassigned surface parking spots in the lot next to the building.

Location
In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, the Coffee Lab, REI, snowsport rentals, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Rec Path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. In the winter enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon. A wonderful central location.
