Cute place perfect for a beach getaway. We did think it was on the beach directly, however, we did look at many properties. Communication was easy with management company and smooth check in and check out. Steps to the beach very nice.The front door does need repair as it lets light and shakes throughtout the night as if someone is breaking into the place. Simple fix I am sure. Overall - cute quaint stay

Nice location. Beware of the difference between ocean front property and ocean view property.

Walking distance to restaurants. Site pictures lead you to believe that it is an ocean view property. That is not accurate.

Overall my experience was positive. It was very clean, however, I did find 3 roaches but that was due to the weatherstripping around the front door that needed replacing. I think that is to be expected in Florida though. I did bring it to the owners attention. The location was perfect. The pool was nice. I liked that it was gated entry. I would not be opposed to staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 6 days. It was nice. There are a couple of things that need better attention. The lock on the door needs changed to a key pad. That is so much easier. The bolt lock is getting old and the wood is chipped. Don’t be so cheap and fill up the hand soap by adding water. Just replace it. There should be better amenities offered for personal hygiene. So those are the only things I could see. The place was very clean and cute. I love how close it was to the beach. I love how there was an air conditioner in every room to keep the place cool since it was so hot. It’s a gated area which was great! The owner was very informative of everything we needed. There is so much to do and places to eat in the area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic vacation experience, despite some initial reservations. The exterior of the building area didn't exactly scream "welcome," but once we stepped inside our space, it was a different story. A bit of TLC on the front entrance – a fresh coat of paint, a new door, and functional welcoming mat behind the secure gate – would go a long way.However, the interior was a diamond in the rough. The living room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with clear instructions that showed the owners cared about communication. The kitchen was fully stocked and spotless, and the hallway had a convenient rack for hanging belongings. The bedroom and bathroom were also clean, although the bathroom's small size and broken/missing tub tiles were noticeable.The back patio could use some work – getting rid of rusted chairs and a bit of sweeping would make a big difference – but with the beach and pool, restaurants, entertainment, stores nearby, it wasn't a deal-breaker. All in all, we'd definitely consider coming back. With a few tweaks, this place could be truly special a special diamond in the heart ♥️.Thank you guys!

JEM BY THE BEACH!

Great little condo by the beach. Easy access to beach and pool. Eating places easily walkable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative we had was that the bathroom is inside the one bedroom. Those that sleep on the sofa bed don't have access to bathroom at night. Would come again though!

Close to beach, shops & restaurants

Enjoyed the short walk to beach to watch sunrise nearly every day & daily beach walks.I really liked the fact that parking was private just for that condo complex and that it was gated!The condo is an older building but this condo was well kept & well furnished.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was equipped with most everything you need to cook. Clean,other than the mildew smell. Should do more about that,because its a great place otherwise. Close to everything. We didn't care for the construction right nextdoor, but we get it,given the season.

Condo needs somatic new front door and new door casing the reason I chose that place because it had a pool that should be heated for the amount of money we paid to rent that place I didn’t like the texting game I had to use to talk to the property manager

Good fit for the short stay

Short walk to the beach. Walking distance to places to eat, shop and visit. Really enjoyed the stay!

Great home away from home.

The unit was within walking distance of restaurants, bars and ice cream (I like to walk). The pier was a short walk also and I watched the sunset from the pier. There were lots of surfers to watch and the sunrise was beautiful! The unit was perfect except I did not remember my login for the TV (streaming only). I did watch Netflix as I remembered that login. I got very lucky with the weather. No rain/only beautiful Florida days! The pool was lovely! The picture does not show this unit and I was surprised that the path over the dunes goes right to the beach! Loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day we arrived, the smell in the unit was of must and mildew. We didn't even unpack, we went straight to Walmart to pick up Ferbreeze and scented candles. It helped a bit, but not very much. All the A/C's were off, so it was very hot in the unit. After they were on, the bedroom A/C leaked so bad, I had to put towels down to soak up the puddle. The shower was dirty and had tiles falling off the wall. We were left with only 2 rolls of toilet paper. The glassware was dirty, with lipstick present on one glass. The delaminated front door was in such bad shape, I had to wedge a chair under the handle for security. Location was great, steps from the beach. The unit left A LOT to be desired.
