Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Flat Summerhouse Unit 458

Frente al mar de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños planos. Entras en el primer piso y no tendrás que preocuparte por subir escaleras. Esto hace que su estadía sea más conveniente sin la necesidad de subir y bajar equipos de playa. Está amueblado con un rey en la suite principal, dos gemelos en la habitación de invitados y un sofá cama. Tres televisores, dos DVD, VCR y un estéreo. Alfombra en dormitorios, baldosas en el resto de la unidad. Hay una parrilla de carbón para que nuestros huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la parrilla en su propia unidad. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas. La unidad tiene una lavadora / secadora y su propio acceso a Internet para guardar su teléfono en datos. No acepta reservas por menos de una semana.

Nice relaxing furniture and what a great view. Only bad thing is it just keeps getting more expensive every year. I just hope they don't price us out of there.

Our Vacation in Condo 458

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All around excellent experience. We did have a few roaches (dead or dying) come out at night but this wasn't serious. My only recommendation is for Summerhouse to treat the umbrella tables around the pool for ants. The ants invaded my shoes while I was in the pool then had a feast of my feet when I put my shoes on. Unless you put your feet on another chair, there was no way to get away from them. My feet were blistered for a few days but the salt ocean water helped them heal.

There were however- German cockroaches- we saw them every day in the pantry, dishwasher, counters, etc. I kept everything in the fridge and all of my bags in my car so not to bring them home with me. Other than that, everything worked well and it was a pleasant unit to stay in. If the roach problem can be eliminated, it would be the perfect unit.

Late Summer get away

I really loved our location, our condo and the ability to see the ocean every morning day and night. I would have liked the unit to be cleaned much better due to the current situation (COVID), I felt it was just an average clean. We ended up changing our air filter in the unit as it was totally black with dust, thankfully there was a new filter in the closet, all air vents really need to be vacuumed. Would I stay here in the particular condo again - ABSOLUTELY!!!

Everything about our experience has been excellent and this year is no exception. We started with one 3 bedroom unit in the south building and in recent years, three units, one ground level and two town houses. Love Crescent Beach - we'll be back next summer!

There are no high-rise buildings nearby which we love. There are several pools, none of which are ever crowded. It is great walking the beach down from Summerhouse with no condos/houses along the way. Very peaceful. Definitely recommend!

The secluded beach is one of the best in Florida. Great for long walks and beautiful sunrises. We always enjoy visiting Washington Oaks Gardens which is nearby and beautiful historic St Augustine. Summerhouse is a hidden jewel. The only disappointment the last couple times was the access to the beach closest to our condo was closed which meant a much longer walk to the beach.

Right on the beach, a beautiful view. The condo's were well equipped, clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that there is a pretty steep stairway down to the beach which was a little bit of a challenge for my elderly father.

The view never gets old and the owners have excellent taste. We did think the living room furniture needed a little refreshing and some of the pots and pans were pitted.This was a hard year for everyone but the staff did their usual excellent job and we are looking forward to spending our 6th year in 458!
