"Knot a Care", una hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños, ubicada en el atractivo vecindario de Frangista Beach, se encuentra a pasos de la playa PRIVADA DEEDED. ¡No es necesario luchar contra grandes multitudes en condominios de gran altura! La piscina del vecindario es visible desde la cubierta trasera y se puede acceder desde un sendero arbolado que personifica la belleza antigua de Florida. Disfrute del servicio gratuito de temporada en la playa, que incluye una sombrilla y dos sillas, durante su estadía del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre.

La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una barra de desayuno. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo que el chef de tu grupo necesita para preparar un festín fantástico. Además, el piso principal incluye una amplia sala de estar y comedor con capacidad para 10, junto con un tocador y una, de dos, master suites.

La suite principal del primer piso tiene una cama king size y literas gemelas, baño en suite y acceso al porche trasero. En el segundo piso hay una segunda suite principal con una cama king size, balcón privado y baño privado con lujosas mejoras que incluyen una bañera de hidromasaje, ducha a ras de suelo con azulejos y tocador de granito doble. También encontrarás un tercer dormitorio grande con 2 literas dobles / dobles y baño privado. Esta habitación tiene un televisor, reproductor de DVD y juegos para mantener a los niños entretenidos.

My husband and I book a trip every year to Miramar Beach Florida. Our family has grown and we have 12 people coming from different places. This property was absolutely perfect. We made the best memories and have no complaints at all. The house was definitely big enough plenty of bathrooms, which was nice and very close to the beach. We have two small grandchildren that had no trouble at all walking with us to the beach it is very likely we will book this home for next year as well.

Place is amazing. The rooms are big. Ac works great. All the amenities are right there. We literally walked more than we drove to get around. The beach is very close. You cannot bring tents but they provide an umbrella with chairs which is super nice. There is a rather big staircase to get down to the sand but it’s private and not busy. A would stay here again without a doubt.

Great getaway

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful and the just a short walk to the pool and private beach. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend “Knot a care” if vacationing In Destin!

Great house in a great location

We love this neighborhood and this was a great house in great shape. It's clear the owner takes great pride in this house and every detail was perfect. House even included a welcome basket with some snacks to get us going after a long drive.

Perfect getaway!

This was the 6th year my family has stayed at Frangista Retreat and as always everything was perfect. The home is very clean and is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. I honestly can't imagine staying down here in a different place. This has become our home away from home. Look forward to next year!

Perfect location, adorable house

This home was perfect for us! So comfortable and had everything we needed for a great week! We had our three kids (12, 15 and 17) plus two of their friends with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the short walk to the beach, and also spent time at the community pool. Loved being within walking distance to ice cream, good food/drinks, shops. Overall I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back someday!

Great place

This was a family vacation consisting of 12 people. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked which was great. Numerous full bathrooms is also a plus. Easy quick walk to the beach. The pool is also so close and easy to get to. Laundry in the house was really helpful. We would stay again.

PERFECT!

Book this place! We had a group of 7 and had an amazing time. The location is prime time. You have privacy with and is the best distance from the beach. Legit 2 min walk max. Close walking to the stores and the coffee shop! If we come back we will be booking again.

Great location

The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for a group. We enjoyed how close the house was to the beach and how easy it was to walk to the Seascape resort where we were attending a concert. The house is about 2 blocks from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The community pool is just through the backyard and very easy to access. The house itself is well appointed with everything you need. Would recommend, particularly if you are attending a concert at Seascape and want more room and privacy than the resort.

Much needed winter escape!

Loved our stay at Knot a Care! The house is darling; so well equipped and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals at home in the evenings. Great location with access to a lot of activities! The weather was sunny and beautiful most days, although a bit cool so we didn’t make use of the pool, but enjoyed the beach, walks, the state park and exploring the area! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great house in Frangista Beach

We love Frangista Beach. We go there at least once each year. It's nice to have smaller houses like this so just our immediate family can go, in comparison to all the giant multi-family houses (which we also use). This house was well stocked with all the essentials and had plenty of living space. Our boys (4 and 7) loved the bunk room. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and ownership was very responsive to the one phone call I had to make to them.

Great place for a family vacation!

Stayed here with my family and my aunt and her family and it was a great place for our annual family vacation! Location was great and close walking distance to beach and pool. Awesome that we had 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach with our stay so it was super convenient for anyone wanting to hang out on the beach for a little while without having to drag a bunch of stuff. Nice walking distance to a few stores and coffee shop. Close driving distance to everything. The house was very clean and the rooms were much bigger than they appeared in photos. Plenty of bathrooms for a larger group. Great place to stay!

Great house!

Some houses look great on the listing and don't deliver in reality. This is not one of those houses. It's really pretty perfect. The kitchen is truly nicely stocked--many properties promise this but fall short. The house is as cute as it looks in the photos and is super close to the beach and even closer to the neighborhood pool. I'd happily stay here again.

Knot a care

Our beach house was spacious, clean, and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay. When we asked if we could stay a day longer, the owner made it easy. My only complaint would be that we were provided with only 1 kitchen garbage bag, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. This meant our first trip to the grocery store had to include household items as well as food.

Great Family Home

This house was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Unfortunately it rained a lot but we found fun things to keep us occupied. The owner was very responsive and even had some household items like garbage bags, laundry pods and hand soap available. We rent frequently and this isn't always the case. The neighborhood rocks and their is an amazing coffee shop and ice cream store right around the corner. I highly recommend.

Perfect beach vacation🏝

We absolutely loved our stay at Knot-a-Care! The house itself was decorated perfectly for a beach house! It is so cute inside and out. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. You can tell the owners take pride in this house and keep it clean and tidy for each guest.. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The bedroom setup is great- especially with small children! The location is great- a very short walk to the private beach access, steps away from the community pool (out the back door) which was very nice to take a break from the beach! It also is a very short walk to our favorite coffee shop in the area and some cute shops we found. We would definitely love to book here again in the future!

The Temples and Wynnes have enjoyed vacationing together for several years and decided to buy a vacation home together at one of the most beautiful beaches around. We love the sugar sand and turquoise water of the Gulf in Miramar Beach. Our favorite thing about this home is that you get the feel of a small, quaint town like Seaside in the Frangista Beach neighborhood without giving up the nearby shopping, dining and activities that Sandestin, Baytowne Wharf and Destin have to offer.

We love the spacious feeling of all of the rooms in this house. Being comfortable and able to spread out and relax in beautiful surroundings is just as important to us as being close to the beach and pool.
