Nice condo with an incredible view, non-crowded beach and small pool to take a dip at the end of the day.. plenty of room for 6 adults!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was exactly as described. Extremely clean upon arrival. We've vacationed from Pensacola to Inlet Beach for the past 47 years and this was of the best condos we have ever stayed in. Only a minor issue with the master toilet and maintenance was on site within a few hours to repair it. Only suggestion is to make available carts to help the unloading/loading of luggage/supplies process.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a hard time with key lock and number to get into condo. Had to call 2x’s about it. Also, asked either for a better toaster or for service to figure out what was wrong with toaster, asked 2x’s and nothing was done about it. Large live roach in bathroom, sent an email but no response. I am sorry but given the weekly cost of this condo I expected the condo to be squeaky clean but it really needs a deep clean ( i.e. front on cabinets need wiped down, painted furniture needs dusted and dirt wiped off it.)I have stayed at other benchmark properties but was disappointed with this....the view is the only saving grace

We have stayed at another unit on this property and the location is great and the grounds are kept very clean. We were 5 people and there was enough space for all of us. There are 2 kid beds in the hallway, but we did not use them. My only complaint about the space was not the space at all, but the people above us were very loud/hard walkers and the kids were constantly running, and it woke me up every morning.

Beautiful view. Average accommodations and not completely satisfied with management company. Make sure you contact management company prior to arrival to get a gate code. For some reason this is not included in the welcome email.

Although we brought our Nespresso machine and didn't make use of the provided coffee maker. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking, and we cherished moments spent on the balcony, as well as admiring the scenery from indoors. The only minor drawback was the limited TV options. Having access to more choices such as Netflix or additional channels would have been appreciated, as the only available option was basic cable. Nonetheless, despite this small inconvenience, we would make another reservation for a future stay.

When we contacted the management company they said these are not available. It's not like you can go without a pack n play for a small child so it would've been nice to know this so we didn't have to travel with one. It was part of the reason we booked this condo. All in all the condo was amazing! Clean, great views and great location. We can't wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Clean, and the perfect view! Benchmark was great to work with. We had a problem trying to figure out the master bedroom tv. Called them and they were out there very quickly to help. Very friendly people. The HOA on the other hand is not keeping the pool clean the whole week we were there. The grills were broke which wasn’t good when you have bought food that needed to cook on them. Several people complained but they never even bothered to fix them.

Needed a little more light in walking areas/sidewalks in parking areas. Only complaints were the beds. The mattresses were not comfortable. We all had respiratory issues Thursday, Friday and Saturday. My daughter noticed condensation on the air vents in her bedroom and wondered it there might be an issue because of the extreme heat that week.Other than that, it was a wonderful trip and the other guests were exceptionally friendly. Had a blast!

The only negatives were the master shower was very small and there’s no luggage carts available to use to carry luggage in. I am sure this is a temporary problem, but the front security gate did not work for the week we were there. We highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed the pool and the beach with the nice beach chairs and umbrella. The large balcony was perfect for our extended family to gather for pictures at sunset. We could see a beautiful sunrise and sunset from the private beach. Our only issue was a problem with the building elevator as we were leaving, and having to carry our bags down the steps. A little rough on seniors. This problem was reported and being taken care of. We had a wonderful time! Thanks very much.

When we arrived we found a bathing suit in the bathroom and the floors to be a bit sandy. Otherwise, a perfect stay and we will want to return!! You cant beat the porch view!
