Property description:
Your beach home awaits! This 3-story, 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is located in the quiet, serene north end of Brigantine, just one block from the beach and seawall. Brigantine truly is a vacation spot not to be missed. Just minutes from the glitz, gambling, and night life of Atlantic City, Brigantine offers everything you’d want in a beach vacation - beautiful beaches, golfing, playgrounds for kids, and during the summer one of the best outdoor Farmer’s Markets in the area.

The first floor has a common area equipped with a smart TV and pull-out sofa. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional twin bed, great for the kids.

The second floor is an open concept with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room includes a television with Roku and sectional sofa (including four recliners) and an additional recliner chair. The dining area has a table that seats ten. There is a full bathroom with a shower and bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a washer / dryer and additional ice maker in the pantry.

The third floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower and jetted tub) and walk-in closet. There are also two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower.

We rent weekly from July through Labor Day and allow for long weekends are okay in June and September, post-Labor Day.

Wonderful location

Pictures did not do this home justice. A short walk to the beach and convenient location our group had a lovely time. Plenty of space and the home was stocked with everything you could need!

Beautiful large home in Brigantine

The house had so much space to gather together or allow us room to get away. The kitchen was well supplied and even had plenty of space to put our own groceries. Linens were are really nice and the beds were comfy. It was also a great location to the beach.

Great home with tons of space

This property was really great and Jim, the owner, was fantastic at responding and providing important info before and during our stay. The 3 levels and 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and outdoor shower made our stay super comfortable. There’s also a ton of decks.if only we knew the neighbors whose beautiful pool and bar area you can see from the deck!

Brigantine 2024

We had a great time… family, food, beach and great memories. It was great being all together again in Brigantine. We made trips to A.C. and O.C. The house was the perfect for our extended family and the location can’t be beat. The large bedrooms were perfect for our adult and older teen children. It would be perfect for younger families and multi generational families too.

Amazing Brigantine property

This was a great house for a stay with our extended family. There was plenty of space for the kids to roam around. The area is on the quieter end of the island which is great for bike riding and walks along the sea wall. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The house is a short walk to the beach. The best part of the beach is that there isn't a long walk thru the sand dunes to the water. Thank you Jim for a wonderful stay in Brigantine!

House is spacious and clean. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. House is a bargain. Definitely book this property if you are looking for a place to stay in the area. Easy to check-in and out.

Perfect multi-family home

Perfect home for my family.. Oldest daughter ( she’s a sister of St Joseph) got her own room on the 2nd floor with a queen bed. First floor accommodated my middle daughter and her husband in queen room and their 3 children each with their own twin in a second bedroom Third floor for my husband and I in the master and my youngest daughter and husband in the queen and their two young ones in the twin room. New for us after vacationing in Sea Isle for many years was the host providing linen and towels! Extra paper towels, plates and toilet paper were in the house when we arrived also. Location was quiet… beach wasn’t crowded… and sunrises were beautiful.

Absolutely Amazing Family Trip

We so loved the house, it was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Jim was great, he quickly responded to all of our questions and made our entire 1st experience with VRBO easy and worry free…. So we were able to really enjoy our vacation. The house was great to accommodate our family… giving everyone a little breathing room… for a great afternoon nap. The house had everything you can think of which is not often the case with beach rentals. The beach was outstanding and a quick walk to watch the sunrise in the morning. My Mom has wanted to take a family trip for many years but due to her health has been unable to do it… so this entire experience meant so much to all of us. Thank you so much again Jim!!!

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful home in great location . 12 People and we were all very comfortable. The house is even nicer than the pictures! The wagons, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and toys made the beach fun and relaxing . We had a great time! Recommended

Perfect for our Fiends and family

Beautiful house in great location. Communication was perfect and everything was convenient. Beach was beautiful and clean. Those darn green head flys in July sure do bite. Everything else next to perfect! Great place and wonderful stay!

The Best Long Weekend Getaway

The house was FANTASTIC. The pictures do not do not it justice... It is enormous- so much space in the bedrooms and shared areas. The best part was the kitchen- Stocked with essentials and everything you might need with a large island and big fridge. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow. The many porches were a perk and we enjoyed having meals out on them. The house is so close to the beach, which was wonderful- clean, not crowded and great for swimming. Jim was an awesome host. Prior to our visit he answered all of my questions and had a great info packet for check in and utilizing the house. He responded immediately to a few questions during out stay. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and linens. 5 Stars! Highly recommend

Countless birthdays, Memorial Day BBQs, 4th of July extravaganzas, New Year’s Eve celebrations and Thanksgiving feasts have been shared within these walls.
